“Worth the money”
Pros
Gives me a budget-friendly CRM option without making me feel like I am settling for less. I have been able to connect it with Zapier which has helped me automate parts of my workflow and the overall setup has felt very user-friendly from the start.
Cons
Honestly, I have not run into any real downsides so far. If I had to point out one thing, I would say I would personally like to see more features tied to sales ordering but that is more of a wish than a complaint.

“Broad range of features”
Pros
Bigin has been really user-friendly for me and I've found it packed with useful features while working reliably across all of my devices. What I like most is how feature-rich it feels without being overwhelming and it connected with my Zoom Phone setup without much hassle. In our company, we use Bigin every single day and from my experience, it was adopted by the team pretty quickly. I've also been happy with the customer support because whenever we've needed help, it has been there on time.
Cons
For me, this is a bit difficult to answer because Zoho Plus and Bigin seem to be designed for different types of businesses so I don't really compare them directly. Up to this point, I honestly haven't run into anything that has bothered or frustrated me about using it.

“Simple to get the hang of”
Pros
Feels clean and minimal. I was able to understand the basics just by watching a YouTube video and before long I had everything set up and working. For a small business like mine, it really feels like it was designed with that kind of user in mind and from my experience, it absolutely delivers.
Cons
The main thing I feel is missing is a more complete all-in-one setup. I'd really like it to include billing and payment features too because having those integrated would make it feel much more like a true one-stop solution.

“Pleasant experience”
Pros
It is easy to use from the moment I start using it. I can understand where everything is without having to second-guess myself and that makes the whole experience much more comfortable. It gives me confidence while entering values and moving through the different stages because I don't feel like I'm going to make mistakes all the time. For me, it has a very user-friendly setup that keeps things clear and manageable.
Cons
Integration options are a bit limited. In my case some of the marketing tools we already use don't support proper two-way integration with this CRM which can be frustrating. When that comes up, I've found that it makes more sense to look into the apps they officially recommend since those tend to work better with the platform.

“Has all the necessary features”
Pros
It covers the main features I need when I'm looking for a CRM that's simple to use. In my experience, it handles the core functionality well without feeling overly complicated which makes it practical for day-to-day work.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that it still lacks integration with social media apps. For me, that missing connection is a drawback since it would make managing communication and customer interactions much more convenient.

“Lots of functionality”
Pros
What I like most about it is how much functionality it offers while still feeling very user-friendly. I can get a lot done in it without feeling overwhelmed and that makes using it a really positive experience for me.
Cons
From my perspective, the main thing missing is built-in quotation functionality and I'd also really like to see team email capabilities added. Those features would make it even more useful for the way I work.

“Useful CRM for daily work”
Pros
This is a really simple and user-friendly CRM for day-to-day work. What stands out most to me is how the pipelines help me stay on top of where each client is in the admissions process so tracking progress feels much more organized and manageable.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into many negatives while using it. That said, I do wish it came with a built-in two-way SMS feature that I could connect directly to my Twilio account since that would make communication even more convenient for me.

“Helpful pipeline and lead tools”
Pros
What stands out most to me is the way it handles contact and lead management. I also really like the inventory features and the pipeline management has been very useful for keeping my work organized. On top of that, the workflow automation and email integration add a lot of value so from my experience the overall feature set feels well-rounded and practical.
Cons
Honestly, I have not come across anything major to dislike. I personally like all the features in Zoho CRM and so far nothing has really felt like a downside to me.

“Amazing start for sales tracking”
Pros
As I started my new business, I was getting overwhelmed trying to keep up with calls, deadlines, emails and everything else at once. Then I came across Bigin and from that point, I finally felt like I had control over all the different workstreams I was managing and could clearly see what stage everything was in. What I really like is that this platform feels like a complete and user-friendly standalone CRM that works well for small and medium-sized businesses, especially when team collaboration is involved. I also find the pricing to be a real advantage since the subscription plans feel practical and affordable. If I needed to recommend a friendly CRM that gives me the features I need to stay on top of my sales pipeline, I'd honestly say Bigin is a very strong place to begin.
Cons
The dashboards are decent and cover the basics but I still feel they should offer more room for customization and configuration.

“Closest thing to highrise”
Pros
I've always been a big fan of what 37Signals used to offer with Highrise and for a long time I couldn't find anything that really gave me that same feel. What I wanted was a simple CRM built for a small business like mine, where a handful of people can stay organized and collaborate without getting buried in unnecessary complexity. So far, I've found that Bigin comes closer than anything else I've tried. It feels like it could land right in that ideal middle ground for me--somewhere between managing everything manually in spreadsheets or Trello and jumping into a full-scale CRM which usually ends up feeling overloaded or more expensive than we actually need.
Cons
Overall UX/UI still feels a little less refined than a lot of other SaaS tools I use. I'm also not comfortable with the level of Gmail access it asks for just to enable email integration. Because of that, I haven't been able to make use of that feature which is definitely a downside for me.

“Simple, polished and customizable”
Pros
It's convenient while still offering everything I need as a company taking those first real steps from spreadsheets into a proper CRM. I've found the interface clean, modern and very user-friendly yet it still feels complete rather than stripped down. The mobile app has honestly impressed me a lot too, especially because I can see it was really built to take advantage of iOS capabilities. As someone who values working on the go, I'd say it's incredibly useful for salespeople who spend a lot of time out on the road. From my experience, it stays neat, flexible and highly customizable so I can see it fitting all kinds of users without much trouble. I'd absolutely recommend it without hesitation.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints so far. If anything, the only thing I'm still hoping for is broader integration with Zoho Mail in the future.

“Runs well across devices”
Pros
Ease of use stands out. I've had a really good experience using it on both mobile and desktop and the overall customer experience has been very positive for me. On top of that, the pricing feels very reasonable for what I get.
Cons
Personalization features are still missing and I'd really like to see more integrations added. I can work with it as it is but those improvements would make it even better for me.

“My team likes it”
Pros
We usually run into issues with software because it feels too complicated and after a while my team tends to stop using it. With Bigin, I've had a very different experience because it feels simple and people on my team are much more willing to actually use it consistently.
Cons
At this stage, I feel like it covers everything we need. The only small issue I've noticed is that when a company is already linked to a contact and sitting in the pipeline, creating a new deal can make it show up again so I can see some risk of a duplicate contact. Still, I've been able to manage that by using filters.

“Logical interface”
Pros
As a young startup just getting started, I felt like Bigin was built with teams like ours in mind. The interface made sense right away and I didn't have to deal with the kind of steep learning curve I've run into with other CRM tools. What I really appreciate is how it gives me the right mix of useful functionality without making things feel overwhelming. For a startup that is still finding its footing, it has been a really strong match. At this point in our journey, I honestly can't picture a better option for what we need. Even though no software is ever completely flawless, the small areas where Bigin could improve are far outweighed by the value I've gotten from it. That's exactly why I'd rate it so highly. If another early-stage startup is looking for a CRM that actually fits where they are right now, I'd absolutely recommend trying Bigin by Zoho.
Cons
While I've found Bigin by Zoho very user-friendly, I still wished for a little more flexibility when it comes to customization so it could better match some of our specific requirements. From my experience, it works really well for beginners and growing teams but having a few more advanced features included would make it even better.

“Inexpensive tool”
Pros
Pricing which feels very reasonable for what I get. The pipeline feature has also been really useful for keeping my deals organized and moving through each stage clearly. On top of that, I've found the Google Workspace integration helpful since it fits into the tools I already use and makes my day-to-day work more connected.
Cons
I'm still hoping to see better contact segmentation. So far, I haven't been able to figure out how to segment my contacts the way I want and that has been a limitation for me.

“Extensive set of features”
Pros
It is easy to use while offering a really powerful set of features. In my experience, it fits naturally into my team's daily workflow without creating extra hassle and that has made a noticeable difference in how we get things done. I've found it both practical and effective for staying organized and I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone trying to reach their business goals more efficiently.
Cons
At this point, I'm genuinely happy with what Bigin by Zoho CRM provides for me and my team. So far, I haven't run into any real issues with the features and everything I've used has been meeting our needs well.

“Customized templates”
Pros
it comes with ready-made templates tailored to different kinds of businesses. Since I work in an educational organization, I found that part especially useful because it fits our setup quite well and makes the implementation feel very simple for me.
Cons
Because we're moving down from Zoho CRM Plus, I've definitely noticed that a few features we used before aren't available here. One thing that has been disappointing for me is the email parser since it doesn't really extract attributes from emails the way I expected it to.

“Plenty of features”
Pros
Offers a solid range of features while being user-friendly. From the start, I was able to get it implemented without much hassle and I didn't feel overwhelmed while setting things up. I also appreciate how well it integrates with other tools which makes my day-to-day work much more convenient. On top of that, I use it frequently because it fits naturally into my workflow and whenever I've needed help, I've found the customer support team responsive and genuinely helpful.
Cons
My main issue with Bigin by Zoho CRM is the pricing. While I do see the value in what it offers, I personally feel it is a little on the expensive side. For me, it would be even better if the pricing were made more affordable and practical for businesses that are trying to manage costs carefully.

“Tracks everything for me”
Pros
Getting started with it was very simple and I had everything up and running in no time. As a small business owner, I really appreciate how much visibility this software gives me because I can keep track of everything happening across all of my sites in one place. It honestly feels like a fantastic tool for staying organized and on top of day-to-day activity.
Cons
There really isn't much for me to complain about which says a lot. If I had to point out one thing, though, it would be the project management side, especially when it comes to tracking costs. I'd personally like to see stronger cost-tracking features built into that part of the system.
