excellent and affordable sales pipeline

Pros

The sales pipeline view is excellent as it is very clear and easy to understand and our team uses it all the time. The price is another big plus as overall it is much cheaper than other similar systems.

Cons

One potential limitation is the automation which is not very customizable. It is fine for our small team currently but as we grow we may need more advanced and flexible options.

Best for handling sales pipeline

Pros

This is an excellent choice for startups. What stands out is how it consolidates our entire sales process and lead nurturing into a single, easy-to-manage system.

Cons

The user interface is decent but it could be improved. I feel like a more modern design would make the platform even easier and more pleasant to use.

A great deal for our money!

Pros

Bigin by Zoho CRM is a great deal for our money and has good customer support. Plus it gives us all the important customer management tools we need without anything extra we won't use. It also works perfectly with other Zoho apps.

Cons

Being tied into the Zoho ecosystem can feel a bit restrictive. It is not as customizable as some standalone CRMs though its simplicity is also a benefit.

User-friendly and full-featured CRM

Pros

It is a user friendly and full-featured CRM, perfect for my business. It is also very simple to use while still allowing you to customize a lot of its functions. I highly recommend it.

Cons

I do not have anything negative to say. On the occasions I have contacted customer support, they have always been quick to respond and very helpful.

Simple, efficient design

Pros

The softwares simple design helped our team get organized immediately. We could manage our entire customer process from day one without any complicated training.

Cons

It is perfect for our basic requirements but I feel like the reporting tools could be more powerful to allow for deeper, more tailored sales analysis.

Pros

Managing leads and sales is very simple now. Plus my clients understood how to use it quickly without needing to watch any how-to guides.

Cons

My main wish is for more integrated AI capabilities, so clients could get answers from an AI assistant instead of always needing to contact me directly.

Fast system that saves us time

Pros

The system is fast and easy to use. Adding new leads from emails and website forms is simple too. The Gmail tool saves us time. The tasks and reminders help us stay organized. Even the mobile app works reliably even at events.

Cons

It lacks the advanced automation, reporting and complex workflow tools of the full Zoho CRM. I would also love more detailed field mapping when capturing leads and richer email automation sequences.

Love the mobile app!

Pros

Bigin's streamlined mobile app is a major plus when I am meeting clients off-site. So I would definitely suggest it to you if you need a flexible tool that is not overloaded with features.

Cons

I do not have any complaints at the moment. I am really looking forward to seeing how the platform develops and grows over the next few years.

Ideal CRM for small businesses

Pros

It is the ideal CRM for small and expanding businesses. It is also user-friendly, quick to set up and provides a clear pipeline that makes monitoring deals and follow-ups simple.

Cons

It does not have the advanced features of a full-scale CRM like Zoho CRM or Salesforce so it might not be the best fit for very large corporations.

My favorite tool!

Pros

My favorite part about Bigin is how simple it is to use. Plus it has a mobile app, plenty of integrations and a clean, modern interface with all the essential features built-in.

Cons

I would love more options to customize the system to my needs. And yes it was a bit confusing at the start but it is actually simpler than many other platforms. You just need a little time to get familiar with it.

easy to setup with a clear pipeline display

Pros

I was really impressed with the simple setup, the clear pipeline display and the user friendly mobile app. It keeps me organized without being confusing. Overall it feels like a tool designed with the user in mind.

Cons

Bigin is missing some more advanced tools and deeper customization which could hold back a growing business. I also noticed that connecting it with other Zoho apps can also be a bit tricky initially.

Smooth contacts and deals management

Pros

Honestly, this is way too simple to use. It helped me manage all my contacts, follow-ups and deals from a single dashboard. The mobile app is my top feature as it is clean and runs without any issues. It is also ideal for small teams that need to stay organized without a complicated setup.

Cons

Some of the features are pretty basic. So as your company expands, you might find you need to upgrade to Zoho CRM for more functionality. I also think the reporting could be more detailed.

Very efficient system

Pros

It is very efficient at pulling in leads from various sources and connecting them directly to our sales workflow. We rely on it daily for all our customer management needs.

Cons

We find the restrictions on maintaining certain records to be a bit of a downside especially since you have to pay extra to lift those limits.

The top CRM for small business owners!!

Pros

Its no doubt the top CRM for small business owners!! especially those with small teams. It is also great for turning contacts into customers and provides clear visibility into each team member's contribution to sales.

Cons

Importing data from Zoho Books is not a simple process which makes it hard to consolidate all our information in one spot.

great price for a user-friendly system

Pros

The price is great for what we get. It is very user friendly, uses a drag and drop interface, has a Kanban view for the sales pipeline and the contact list is simple to populate too.

Cons

It can be a bit slow at times but it is not a major issue and a few useful features are locked behind the Premier subscription though they are not essential.

Flexible and easy-to-use platform

Pros

I love the platform for its flexibility and ease of use. I have been using it for almost four months to monitor my teams sales pipeline and my experience has been very positive overall.

Cons

Figuring out the workflows was a little challenging for me at first but the support team gave me all the help I needed to get up and running smoothly.

Simple to set up

Pros

What I like most is how simple Bigin is to set up and operate. The interface is clean and logical, focusing only on what small businesses require. The mobile app is excellent too and the pipeline view makes tracking deals incredibly easy.

Cons

It handles all the basics perfectly but you will find some of the more advanced features, like in-depth reporting or certain integrations are limited unless you pay for a higher plan. I think it would be nice to have that extra flexibility without having to move to Zoho CRM.

Pros

It's very easy to use right away, makes sense, has great free learning materials and the sales and support teams are quick to answer our questions.

Cons

We have to pay more to unlock advanced features and setting up complex sales pipelines is confusing.
