“Helpful built-in templates”
Pros
I've found the built-in template options really useful and the available choices have been good for what I need.
Cons
haven't run into any real drawbacks because it already includes all the features I was looking for as a startup.

“Refreshing CRM without the clutter”
Pros
For what I need, most CRM platforms usually feel overloaded with tools I'll never actually use so finding Bigin by Zoho CRM was honestly a nice change. I get a much simpler setup without feeling like important features were stripped away and that balance has worked really well for me. What I also appreciate is that the pricing feels much more in line with what I'm actually getting which makes it feel like a smart choice rather than an overbuilt system I'd be paying too much for.
Cons
A bit more flexibility when it comes to customizing the forms would be nice. I can work with what's there but having more options would make it fit my needs even better.

“Simple and practical CRM”
Pros
What I really like about this CRM is how simple and practical it feels in day-to-day use. It fits naturally into my routine and I've found it very convenient for managing daily tasks without any unnecessary complexity.
Cons
At this point, I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike about the CRM. From my experience so far, it has been meeting my needs really well without giving me any noticeable issues.

“Powerful deals and pipelines”
Pros
It doesn't feel complicated at the beginning. The deals and pipelines features are the most effective part of the platform and they really help me keep track of opportunities in a clear and organized way.
Cons
The form design could be improved since it feels a bit limited right now. I'd find it much more useful if I could export the full HTML code of the forms so I could customize them more effectively based on my needs.

“Flexible pipelines and handy integrations”
Pros
The ability to build custom pipelines that match the way I actually work is a plus. I've also been able to connect it with several other platforms which makes it much more useful in my day-to-day workflow. Another thing I appreciate is how I can share information with other people in my organization and even with contacts outside the company when needed.
Cons
The platform isn't the most user-friendly system I've used so it took me a little time to get comfortable with it. I've also found that the sync between the desktop and mobile versions can feel a bit slow at times.

“Incredible value and usability”
Pros
Simple to work with while still offering a lot of useful functionality. I've found it very user-friendly and that has honestly been the biggest advantage for me. From my experience, it also compares really well with other options when it comes to both pricing and features so I feel like I'm getting strong value for what I pay.
Cons
The integrations feel scattered across different apps instead of being managed from one central place. I also think the pricing can get a bit complicated once I start adding more features and connected apps which makes the overall cost harder for me to track.

“Comprehensive workflow”
Pros
It covers the full workflow I need, from managing leads to tracking my pipeline and handling outreach engagement. I've found it really helpful to have all of those pieces included in one system because it supports the way I work day to day.
Cons
One thing I'd still want is a training session during the trial period as well. I feel that having some guided onboarding at that stage would help me understand the platform faster and get more value from it right from the beginning.

“Easy to move around”
Pros
I find it to be a very visual CRM and I can get around the features without much effort. The pipeline templates are practical, the lead and deal views are clear and well presented and the integrations add useful value to the overall workflow.
Cons
I see it as a fairly basic CRM and that really defines the product. In my view, it does not compete with the more advanced CRM platforms on the market because it stays in the simpler and more limited category. While the integrations are decent enough for everyday use, I still feel like they leave me wishing for broader and deeper functionality.

“Customer data all in one place”
Pros
It brings all my customer information into one place so I can see a full picture of every customer without jumping between different tools. I've been able to keep better track of interactions and it has really helped me support both my sales and marketing efforts while also improving the way I stay connected with customers.
Cons
It takes a fair amount of time and effort to set up properly and keep maintained over time. From my experience, that can be tough for smaller businesses that don't have a lot of extra resources to dedicate to it. If something isn't clearly laid out or self-explanatory, I can see it becoming difficult to work through.

“Minimal learning curve”
Pros
Pretty simple it is to use. I was able to start working with it right away without needing any formal training which made the whole experience feel very natural and convenient.
Cons
From my experience, the Google integration could still be improved, especially when it comes to syncing calendars and contacts. It works but I feel like that part has room to be better.

“Superb automation features”
Pros
It includes so many automation features it includes. I've been able to do quite a lot with it and for the price, it feels like a very cost-effective option.
Cons
The main drawback for me is the 50k record limit. I'd say that cap can become restrictive depending on how much data I need to manage.

“Valuable sales analytics”
Pros
I've worked with several CRMs and from my experience, Zoho CRM has been one of the more simple ones to manage. What stood out to me most was the quality of its automation, along with the sales analytics and dashboard tools which have really helped me keep my work better organized and easier to track.
Cons
That said, I've still run into a few issues. At times, the limited customization can be frustrating, especially when I'm looking for more advanced functionality. I'm hoping Zoho improves that over time because it would make the platform even more useful for my needs.

“Adapts well”
Pros
It adapts to my business needs well. I have all the fields I need available, product creation feels simple and I can move through the pipeline quickly while keeping track of sales forecasts without any hassle.
Cons
The weaker area is still the telephony and SalesIQ integration. I found that the telephony setup is not fully complete with the Yeastar P series and SalesIQ has not been integrated yet so that part still feels unfinished.

“Smooth mobility and integrations”
Pros
What I value most about it is the mobility it gives me and how well it connects with Zoho's other products. In my day-to-day use, I can move around and still stay on top of my work and I've found the integration across the ecosystem really helpful.
Cons

“Limited quotes”
Pros
I found Bigin by Zoho CRM simple to understand and working in it feels easy in my day-to-day use. From the moment I started using it, I was able to get comfortable with the interface without much confusion which made the overall experience feel approachable for me.
Cons
What has been frustrating for me is that Bigin does not offer a quote customization option. In my workflow, that limitation stands out because I would like more flexibility when preparing quotes and right now that feature feels missing.

Pros
What I like most about this Zoho CRM is the pipeline feature. I genuinely love using it because it stands out as the best part of the platform for me and makes the whole experience feel much more practical.

“Easily customizable”
Pros
It is user-friendly and I was able to customize it without much effort to match the way I work. I also appreciate that the APIs are open which gives me a lot more freedom when I need to connect it with our ERP and build out integrations that fit our process.
Cons
The integration options with other Zoho apps still feel somewhat limited and from my experience, a lot of that connection relies mostly on workflows rather than deeper built-in integration.

Cons
