“Helpful for tracking outreach”
Pros
It works well for using it as a market platform to connect with potential customers and stay on top of how communications are progressing.
Cons
I'd really like to have data synced with Zoho CRM especially for the tasks and deals sections.

“Easy to manage contacts”
Pros
Managing contacts and setting up tasks has been very easy which makes staying organized much simpler.
Cons
Nothing serious has come up yet since I'm still learning the system although the tutorial didn't turn out to be very helpful.

“Helps me run things solo”
Pros
Running things solo, I rely on ZoHo to stay organized and keep everything moving in the right direction.
Cons
I do need more help with the setup and getting the support I need to get everything configured has been challenging.

“Syncs nicely with other apps”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how nicely it connects with the other apps our organization already uses. The contact groupings are also very specific which makes it simple to tell them apart and keep everything organized.
Cons
All Zoho apps should include an option to automatically add notes to an account's profile page. Right now, the note-taking can feel repetitive and sometimes ends up creating duplicate entries.

“Valuable Mailchimp integration”
Pros
Being able to connect Zoho with Mailchimp is a really useful feature and adds a lot of value.
Cons
At the time I wrote this review, there still wasn't a way to automatically update Mailchimp subscribers which was a limitation.

“Customization that really stands out”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility in Bigin. It offers plenty of customization choices and setting up user-defined fields is very doable which makes it adaptable to different needs.
Cons
The number of available options can feel like a lot in the beginning and getting through everything at first may be a bit overwhelming.

“Importing data is not difficult”
Pros
Across the different suites, everything feels very user-friendly which makes importing data and managing tasks simple.
Cons
With so many suites available, getting everything customized for your specific needs can feel a bit overwhelming at times. Thankfully, the support team is excellent and helps a lot.

“Works for companies of all kinds”
Pros
It works really well as a CRM platform for companies of all kinds. Whether someone is technical or not, the system is simple and usable for everyone.
Cons
The interface could be a bit more visually appealing although it is still very user-friendly overall.

“Using it to sync my contacts”
Pros
I'm currently testing it to sync all of my contacts and that's the main reason I'm using it right now.
Cons
At this point, it still hasn't synced all of my Gmail contacts yet. I'm going to keep trying and share an update later.

“Consistent mobile experience”
Pros
One thing that really works well with this system is how simple it is to use. The biggest advantage is that the mobile app gives the same experience as the browser and a lot of companies tend to miss that important detail.
Cons
I haven't come across anything I dislike.

“Allows importing contacts directly from Gmail”
Pros
Getting started was quick since I could import my contacts directly from Gmail. It's a really useful cloud-based tool and I was up and running in no time. On top of that, exporting my contacts to Zoho CRM works very well.
Cons
The biggest issue for me is duplicate entries. I still have quite a lot of duplicate contacts and I'm hoping there's a way to merge them all.

“Non-existent learning curve”
Pros
One affordable price for the whole organization is a huge plus. The system is simple to use and really doesn't come with a learning curve. Other CRM platforms I used at previous companies, like Salesforce and SugarCRM, had a lot of power but were far too complicated for what I needed. Another big advantage is that everything is bundled into the same price. Since I handle multiple roles, I need to reach clients from different addresses like sales@, support@ and billing@ and I can do all of that without paying extra fees.
Cons
The main thing I'd still want is more flexibility in arranging custom fields or even mixing them with fixed fields in an order other than alphabetical. I'd also welcome additional integrations especially with Google Calendar and Tasks. Still, considering the low cost, it's hard to complain much. Another useful addition would be a simple first-letter search for companies, where clicking A, B or C at the bottom would jump to a list of companies starting with that letter.

“Centralized database”
Pros
Having everything in one centralized database has been really helpful. Multiple people can access the same data and update it at the same time which is a big improvement over working in Excel. It makes collaboration much more practical and keeps information in one place.
Cons
A few features still feel missing and page loading can be slower than it should be at times. Also, ignored records and duplicate data are not visible which makes tracking those entries harder.

“Budget friendly option compared with alternatives”
Pros
Zoho's contact management tool comes across as a budget-friendly option compared with more established platforms and it still connects well with existing systems and major email automation tools.
Cons
The interface though, doesn't feel as user-friendly or polished as Zoho's CRM. Parts of the customer-facing UI look a lot like other popular services and because it follows the same style as Zoho's broader product lineup, it ends up feeling a bit cluttered rather than truly unified.

“Works well for us”
Pros
Getting all of our different systems connected has been fantastic. We did have help from a very skilled vendor, Ari but there was still plenty of prep work on our side to get our software ready for exporting into Zoho. Aside from the contact merging challenge, the whole process has gone really well.
Cons
Merging contacts feels a little clunky and definitely needs better organization. The fact that you can only merge three contacts at once makes it awkward. When there are more than 10 duplicates for the same contact, it gets complicated because you have to repeat the merge process several times. It's manageable when there are only two or three but anything beyond that becomes difficult.

“Awesome contact management system”
Pros
The overall structure of the contact management system is nice. I find it clean organized and simple to use. It has genuinely helped me stay on top of follow-ups and keep a clear record of future interactions with potential businesses. It does a solid job of supporting users who need a practical way to manage outreach and stay focused on their goals.
Cons
That said I do feel there is still room for improvement in a few areas. One thing I would really like to see is better support for managers when it comes to tracking team performance and generating reports. In my view, the software should make it easier to measure how successful users are when reaching out to specific contacts since that kind of reporting would add a lot more value.

“Appreciate the whole system”
Pros
What I appreciate most is the platform Overall rather than trying to single out just one feature. If I had to mention a standout, it would definitely be the statistics section because with just one click, I can see everything I need right away. Beyond that, I really enjoy the system as a whole and I'm still learning how to get the most out of all the features this product includes.
Cons
From what I understand, only the email tied to the domain you purchased can be used as the primary one. That said it hasn't been a major issue for me.

“Lightweight CRM that delivers”
Pros
It feels like the closest thing to a real CRM without being overloaded with all the extra features you usually get in a full-scale platform. For me that makes it much more practical to use while still covering the core CRM needs I actually care about.
Cons
It falls short when it comes to integrations with several other applications. In my experience some connection options that I would normally expect to be included in a tool like this are still missing.

“Can access everything on my phone”
Pros
I really like being able to use the app right from my phone and still have full access to my contacts without needing to open my computer or tablet. Since I travel a lot, that kind of flexibility matters a lot to me and I've found it especially useful when I'm constantly on the move. For someone like me who spends plenty of time on the road, it feels like a really practical fit.
Cons
I can only send emails directly from the contact manager if I'm using Zoho Mail. I'd personally prefer to have that same option with other email services too because it would make the experience feel less limited.
