effective tool for sales tracking

Pros

I think its very easy to learn and use. It has helped us do exactly what we needed by keeping better track of our sales.

Cons

No real complaints so far. But I feel like it would be useful to attach multiple emails to a single contact but the current method is also manageable.

Remarkably perfect for the cost

Pros

For the cost, it is remarkably perfect right from the start and can be easily adapted to fit our specific sales stages.

Cons

It is good for the price but it does not have all the advanced features. Some tasks like moving products between linked records, can get pretty complex since they require custom code.

user-friendly design

Pros

It has a user-friendly design, focuses on the sales pipeline, works great on mobile, is affordable, integrates perfectly with other Zoho apps and allows us for easy customization.

Cons

As per me it has limited tools for expanding teams as you cannot customize everything and the basic plan does not let you manage multiple pipelines.

Our whole company uses this CRM!!

Pros

Our whole company uses this CRM be it the sales, marketing and customer service teams. About 50 people use it every day. We have set up automatic reminders and marketing messages. Our best employees really like the main dashboard because it helps them track their calls and sales goals.

Cons

The dashboards are great. It would also be perfect if we could also handle rewards, send performance reports and use one shared Zoom link from there. The process for moving deals between stages could also be smoother.

Powerful and user-friendly for sales teams

Pros

It is powerful for small and medium sales teams and very user friendly, though it could use more advanced analytics. Dragging and dropping deals makes the daily workflow smooth. Setup is quick, taking just minutes as the default fields fit most sales processes and new users can start adding contacts and deals with very little training.

Cons

If your team needs to do complicated data analysis, I would say you will probably need a more advanced system than Bigin.

Excellent price for a solid, simple CRM

Pros

The pricing structure is excellent. It is a solid, yet simple CRM with a cost that fits small businesses perfectly.

Cons

It does not have all the capabilities of the big CRMs but it is a perfect fit for what we need. If you require a platform with endless options, you should probably look at other solutions.

Way too easy to customize

Pros

Bigin CRM is user friendly and easy to customize making it ideal for individuals and small teams. I also find the pricing reasonable even for the top-tier plan. Plus it keeps lead and deal management organized and works seamlessly with other Zoho apps. The Signal feature is a nice bonus as it is a reliable choice.

Cons

The filtering and automation tools could be more powerful but for my current use, they work fine.

Simple for beginners to use

Pros

It is easy for beginners to use for customizing fields, sending emails and setting up automations. We were able to get started and be productive right away.

Cons

We cannot search for contacts and company information at the same time. For example we cannot find all the uncontacted leads who work at large companies in a single search.

Quick to get started with!

Pros

I was impressed by how quickly I could get started. The interface is very user friendly too and I had my pipelines and custom fields set up in no time. The mobile app is also a major advantage keeping me in the loop on leads no matter where I am.

Cons

Honestly I do not have much to criticize. If I am being picky, it's missing some advanced tools that larger CRMs have but that is also what makes it so clean and simple, it is clearly designed for small teams which suits me perfectly.

offers pipeline view for easy sales tracking

Pros

My favorite feature is the simple pipeline view that lets any team easily track their sales. It also connects perfectly with Zoho's email tool, letting us use our customer data to send marketing emails. This helps our sales and marketing teams work together much better.

Cons

One of my least favorite aspect is the basic automation especially when you compare it to more powerful systems like the full Zoho CRM. The rules for moving deals between stages are too simple and do not handle complex sales cycles well.

It is a budget-friendly CRM that includes most of the essential tools a small company like ours needs.

Cons

The automations need to be more advanced. For example we cannot set a custom frequency for recurring tasks as we are stuck with just weekly, monthly or yearly options.

Pros

Very simple to use!

Pros

It is very simple to use but still has every function I need for my small company. I am still testing it out but my first impression is very positive.

Cons

The only minor issue I have found is the slight hassle of having to log in separately to different parts of the Zoho ecosystem.

Bigin CMR combines ease of use with a lot of helpful business management tools. it also offers great value for the price and I highly recommend it.

Cons

One and only downsides for me are a few integrations that are not available yet and the lack of more personalized customer care.

feature-rich and integrated platform

Pros

We really like its integration with Gmail, the customizable pipelines and modules and the email tracking feature.

Cons

I do not have many complaints. The platform can feel a bit clunky and has a learning curve, though it is still easier than others. Though I would prefer a simpler dashboard but for the price and features, it is an incredible value.

An always-improving and accessible platform

Pros

They are always improving the platform. I love that I can now use it as a dedicated app on my Mac and access it through the Control Center on my iPhone.

Cons

The WhatsApp integration was not what I hoped for. You can only use pre-set templates instead of sending free-form messages.

Pros
