provides a clean and uncluttered interface for filtering data

Pros

The interface is not cluttered like Hubspot's. It is clean and lets me filter data exactly how I need to for making calls. The price is also very reasonable for the features you receive.

Cons

When I am on a call, I wish I could easily see the previous notes for that contact without having to navigate away.

Pros

This tool makes it very easy to find and delete duplicate phone numbers in our contacts.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that the contact number does not show up in the preview panel.

Quick to access and easy to set up

Pros

Bigin offers quick access and is easy to set up which in my opinion makes it the perfect CRM for new or small teams.

Cons

While it is simple for my team to start using, some of the more powerful tools feel restricted or need creative solutions to work properly.

fairly user-friendly CRM

Pros

this software is a user friendly CRM like you don't need weeks to figure out the setup. importing data is easy too, also you can customize fields and pipelines and reminders sync directly with your calendar. even the price is truly competitive.

Cons

the only drawback I noticed is that the support guides and help resources are only available in English.

Great customization with excellent support

Pros

The customization is great as we could edit the pipeline to fit our specific process. The Gmail integration and excellent support are also big pluses.

Cons

No issues to report. I have contacted support a couple of times and they responded quickly with useful solutions. Yes there was a small learning curve but it is generally very basic.
