“Convenient drag-and-drop feature”
Pros
Keeping track of which stage a lead is in is very simple and moving it to the next category with drag-and-drop is really convenient.
Cons
It fits our workflow well though I can see how others might have a different opinion depending on how they use it.

“Pricing makes sense”
Pros
After comparing a few options like Freshsales and Pipedrive, we went with Zoho mainly because the pricing made the most sense for what we needed. The goal was to build a lead database and manage everything from one place and it has worked well for that. It's fairly simple to understand although the feature set is still quite limited. We also wanted to use automations but we still haven't been able to fully figure out how to get those running. The dashboard looks good and breaks down quarterly performance across different metrics which is helpful. I've also noticed they keep updating the product so I'm hopeful it will continue improving and fit our needs better over time.
Cons
There are definitely a few things I don't like but considering the price, I can't say we're paying enough to expect a lot more. At the moment, it still feels like decent value for the money. One issue worth mentioning is the support team. They told me they would follow up about an integration to help automate my emails but after that, I never heard back from them. Another occasional problem is that the Gmail integration disconnects on its own and I have to set it up again. It's annoying though not serious enough to be a major issue.

“Limited custom fields”
Pros
Right away, it stands out for handling more advanced sales setups with multiple pipelines and up to 20 custom fields. The reporting is decent and useful enough to keep your sales process organized in one place, make forecasting simpler and help keep attention on selling.
Cons
Custom fields still feel too limited if you need to collect and store a lot of information. It also doesn't offer page layout editing which makes customization more restrictive than expected.

“Well-integrated system”
Pros
Getting started with it was quick and the whole system feels simple, well integrated and practical. It has all the tools needed for a small operation, the setup is fast and deployment does not take much effort. The email integration is useful and the advanced dashboard adds a lot of value.
Cons
Support is a real weak spot. Customer service feels completely absent, the built-in help system is not useful at all and the user community is still very small so finding help elsewhere is difficult.

The simplicity of the software is a big plus and having the option to manage multiple pipelines makes it even more useful.

“Precise and focused on smaller businesses”
Pros
Right from the start, it feels built for small businesses. The interface is one of the best I've seen in this category, clean, well organized and very user-friendly. It's simple to work with and gives a simple, no-nonsense experience without unnecessary complexity. You can start using the CRM immediately and it includes some really strong features for small businesses while still keeping things manageable. Another big plus is the pricing. It's affordable, there are no hidden charges and that matters a lot for small businesses. I also appreciate that the subscription can be canceled anytime and they refund the unused months which is a very fair policy. On top of that, anyone already using Zoho CRM gets the added benefit of an easier migration to Bigin. The free trial is also a nice bonus.
Cons
Because the software is still relatively new, I don't really have any major complaints at this point. I'd need more time exploring it in depth before I could point out any real drawbacks.

“Basic features”
Pros
The built-in email and calling features in Bigin work well and are genuinely useful.
Cons
Feature-wise, it feels pretty limited. In many ways, keeping a shared Excel sheet for free delivers almost the same value as what Bigin offers.

“Shared contacts and instant updates”
Pros
Having the whole team work from one place has been really valuable. We can share contacts, track tasks, send emails and create notes without switching between different tools. It also keeps all customer, supplier and contact activity together in a single address book which makes it much easier to stay informed. I can see everything that's going on with our contacts from the same platform, even details about emails that were sent. The instant notifications are very helpful too, since they let us quickly check tasks and deals right from the main dashboard. On top of that, we can add notes, share them with the team and send direct messages about upcoming meetings.
Cons
At this point, there really isn't anything major I dislike about the system. Early on, I did run into a few issues when trying to merge contacts but aside from that it has been very simple to use and genuinely useful. One thing I would still like is more flexibility in how custom fields are organized, such as being able to sort them differently or combine them with fixed fields in a way that isn't limited to alphabetical order. It would also be nice if there were more integrations available.

“Flexible contact sharing and tracking”
Pros
This software felt very user-friendly which has made a big difference for my team. We can share contacts in a very flexible way and that makes day-to-day work much more comfortable. It also adjusts well to what we need, while helping us keep track of tasks and offers without much hassle. Another thing I really appreciate is being able to add notes and photos. When you're dealing with a lot of clients, it's hard for staff to remember every detail so having all that information in one place helps us give each client more personalized attention and work more effectively. I should also mention that the technical support has been excellent, always friendly, responsive and helpful.
Cons
Honestly there is very little to complain about with this system. The only issue I ran into was when trying to merge contacts from the software I used before. Aside from that, everything else has been very practical and useful.

“Simple to connect with third-party apps”
Pros
Getting started with it was really simple and the pricing is fantastic compared to other CRM tools that offer the same or even fewer features. The way it connects across different systems has been excellent too and linking it with third-party apps is pleasantly simple.
Cons
The only real issue I've run into is that importing can feel a bit clunky especially when merging fields from other platforms or CSV files. Other than that, it performs really well.

“Easy to import contacts”
Pros
Getting started with the platform is very simple and integrating it doesn't take much effort. Importing all your contacts only takes a few minutes which saves a lot of time. It works especially well when you're already using the Zoho ecosystem as your CRM and sharing contacts with coworkers is simple and convenient.
Cons
One limitation is that there's no way to export all contacts into a single Excel file. At the moment, exports are capped at 100 contacts at a time which can be frustrating.
