Can easily analyze info

Pros

It feels simple to use and I can analyze information without much effort. From my experience so far, the layout makes things feel clear which helps me get to the data I need quickly.

Cons

One thing that didn't sit well with me was having to submit a review for a product I still haven't used in depth just to access a free trial. I'd rather spend more time actually testing it first before being expected to share an opinion.

Covers all my requirements

Pros

What I like about Bigin by Zoho CRM is that it feels simple while still covering everything I need. I can use it without any confusion and from my experience, keeping it running and organized has also been very manageable.

Cons

From my side, I'd still like to see more flexibility when it comes to customizing fields. I've also noticed some hanging issues at times and I feel those performance problems should be addressed.

Enhances my productivity

Pros

I can conveniently access all my leads in one place. It feels very efficient when I'm updating and managing their status and that has made my overall workflow much more organized and productive.

Cons

The calling feature doesn't always work the way it should and for me that can be a pretty big disappointment when I'm relying on it.

Visibility into sales funnel

Pros

I really like the visibility I get into the sales funnel and pipeline and I can keep contact records updated without much hassle whenever there's new information to add.

Cons

What has been frustrating for me is that there are still a few functional bugs. For example, I've noticed webforms don't always assign the correct owners which can create extra follow-up work.

Simple to get up and running

Pros

Found it simple to get up and running and it did not take me long to start using it productively. The interface feels really clean and well organized which I appreciate because it keeps things from feeling cluttered or overwhelming. The integration with Google services has also been very solid and genuinely useful in day-to-day work.

Cons

Would like to see a more generous limit on custom fields because the current allowance can feel restrictive depending on how I want to organize my data. I also feel that integration with other Zoho apps should be more simple since the setup process can become a bit piecemeal and confusing at times.

Saves me a lot of time

Pros

It saves me time while also giving me a clear view of my company's sales analytics. I can quickly track how many opportunities I currently have, how many deals were won, how many were lost and other useful sales numbers. The free version is already enough for most proprietorship businesses and it can work well for some private label companies too. At first, I honestly did not feel fully comfortable using the tool and it took me a little time to adjust. Once I started using it consistently every day for a few weeks though, it became part of my routine and I could clearly see the impact on my revenue. Personally, I would recommend giving this tool at least 30 days of regular use before judging it because that is when I started seeing its real value.

Cons

An individual field option similar to the one available for companies is missing. I would really like to have that included because it would make the setup more complete for my use.

Tracks activity well

Pros

Feels simple to use especially with a dashboard that keeps everything clear and organized for me. I'm also able to track activity well and keep my contacts in the loop without things getting confusing which has been really helpful in day-to-day follow-up.

Cons

At this point, I'm still in the process of evaluating how much I can get out of the platform overall. One area where I feel it could be improved is reporting for mass emails since I'd like more insight and better reporting options there.

Time-saving software

Pros

I've found it to be a simple tool that genuinely helps me save time in my daily work. What stands out most to me is how flexible the workflows are since I can adapt them to different processes without much hassle. I also appreciate the user access rights which give me better control over who can see and manage specific information. On top of that, the interface feels very user-friendly to me so I was able to get comfortable with it quickly. Another big plus is the detailed statistics because I can clearly track operations and get a better view of overall performance.

Cons

There are quite a few categories included that I personally don't find very useful.

Mobile app makes everything accessible

Pros

I've been able to get around the platform without any confusion and that has made managing my tasks much more convenient. On top of that, I really enjoy using the mobile version of the product because it lets me stay connected and handle things even when I'm away from my desk.

Cons

Honestly I haven't run into any major issues with it. The only thing that feels a bit inconvenient for me is that in my line of business, adding a customer and then entering their requests separately can take extra effort. Aside from that, I've been very satisfied with the overall experience.

Responsive staff and solid value

Pros

Its cost-effective especially when I'm just getting started. I can have a single user for only $9 which feels like a really solid value. On top of that, I'm able to connect Zoho Forms and make use of other helpful add-ons within the Zoho ecosystem which makes the whole experience even more useful for me.

Cons

Honestly haven't run into anything I dislike about it. When I've had questions, I found the customer support team very responsive and I got answers back much faster than I expected.

Great price for smaller teams

Pros

Affordable pricing makes it a really good fit for a small business and the platform is simple to work with. I really enjoy how customizable it is and the whole program feels very user-friendly. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Cons

My only real complaint is that the free trial felt too short, like I was just getting started when it ended. If they extended the trial, I think it would encourage more people to start using the program. Also, thanks to the customer service team.

Plenty of integration options

Pros

Keeping contacts organized, growing a networking circle and managing potential clients is exactly where this CRM shines. To me, it's the best option for freelancers. It's simple to use, practical and comes with plenty of integration options. Congrats to Zoho!

The clean interface, Mac app and wide range of integrations like Mailchimp and Google make this a really solid option. Pricing is competitive and the free version only has small limitations. Honestly for a startup, it covers everything I need.

Cons

Perfect gmail sync

Pros

Using Bigin has been really simple for our small team. The interface feels user-friendly, it makes day-to-day task management much simpler and it gives us clear organized information for every client. The synchronization with Gmail also works perfectly which has been a big plus for our workflow.

Cons

Having more integrations with tools like Asana or ClickUp would be nice since those are only available in other modules and require an upgrade. It would also help if user permissions were more advanced and offered a bit more flexibility.

Not overwhelming

Pros

It includes just the right set of features to be genuinely useful without ever feeling confusing. It's very user-friendly and most things feel practical and helpful right out of the box. The simplicity is really what makes it work and I think Bigin gets that balance right in the CRM space. Compared with Insightly, it costs far less while still offering workflow automation and custom fields, even on the free plan. ZOHO did a really impressive job with Bigin.

Cons

Honestly not much to complain about. A full email client would be a nice addition although the current email tools are still good enough for basic needs. I also wish it had better relationship linking between objects and fields.
