“Friendly interface”
Pros
The interface is friendly, especially with the clear separation between contacts, companies and opportunities. From my experience, that basic structure makes everything much more organized and I can manage interactions and cross-reference data for commercial relationships in a way that feels logical, practical and simple.
Cons
Theres a lack of clear guidance around email setup and the WhatsApp Business integration. In my case, if those parts were explained better, I believe it would really improve the flow of communication and make business interactions much more seamless.

“User-friendly setup and responsive support”
Pros
I've found it really user-friendly to use and getting everything set up was simple without feeling complicated. What stood out to me even more was the customer support because whenever I had a question, I got a response pretty quickly. I also like that there are plenty of features available that I haven't even started using yet which makes me feel optimistic about how much more value I can get from it over time.
Cons
I'm still waiting on fuller integration with WhatsApp for Business, especially so I can use WA4B seamlessly both on my phone app and inside Bigin.

“Affordable lead management software”
Pros
I like this because it was quick for me to get up and running. It handles everything I need for tracking leads and moving them through multiple stages all the way to closing. For what I use a CRM for, it covers the essentials really well and I've also found the pricing to be far more affordable than most comparable options.
Cons
What would make it even better for me is tighter integration with Zoho Workplace and the mail tools I already use. If that gets added, I'd honestly consider it pretty much perfect.

“Flexible sales tracking tools”
Pros
Its amazing how approachable the interface feels while still giving me the tools I need to stay on top of sales and customer relationships. I've been able to customize it to match the way my business works and the automation features have really helped me handle follow-ups and routine tasks more efficiently. It does a solid job of keeping sales activities organized and making customer interactions easier to manage.
Cons
Bigin has fewer third-party integrations than I would like. For me, that can become a limitation when a business relies on several different tools and needs data to stay synced across all of them. Because of that, I can see it being a drawback for teams that depend heavily on connected apps in their daily workflow.

“Scalable design”
Pros
After more than 12 years working in CRM and focusing on customer-centric processes, I've used a wide range of CRM platforms. From my experience, Bigin has turned out to be the most simple and scalable solution I've worked with so far. I found that setting it up was very simple and I also appreciated how well it connects with other tools like accounting software and Outlook which made the implementation process feel much more practical for me.
Cons
I wouldn't say I dislike anything about it but I do feel the user interface could be refined and made a bit better.

“Cost-effective option”
Pros
What stands out most to me is the way the pipeline stages are set up because they make it simple for me to keep track of deals without feeling overwhelmed. I also really like how user-friendly the app feels in day-to-day use and the calendar feature has been genuinely useful for staying organized. On top of that, the integration with Zoho Books has been a big plus for me since it helps connect important parts of my workflow. At this price, I honestly feel like I'm getting a business CRM that delivers a lot of value without requiring a ton of effort to manage.
Cons
The pipeline labels could be more descriptive at the overview level. For me, not being able to immediately see details like status makes things a bit less convenient than they could be.

“Packed with useful features”
Pros
It has been a really valuable tool for my small business because it comes with plenty of practical features that actually help with day-to-day work. I've found it especially useful for SMEs since it covers a lot of what I need without feeling overwhelming and overall it has been a very positive experience for me.
Cons
At this point, I honestly don't have any major complaints about Bigin by Zoho CRM. The only thing I'd like to see added is direct WhatsApp integration because having that built in would make communication even more convenient for the way I work.

“Keeps my work organized”
Pros
I've had a really good experience with Bigin so far. The navigation feels very user-friendly to me and moving around the tool doesn't take much effort at all. What I especially like is having different pipelines set up for different teams because it helps me keep work organized without everything getting mixed together. From my side, that structure makes the platform feel practical and well thought out for day-to-day use.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have much to complain about at this point. From what I've used, it has been good overall and nothing major has stood out to me as a problem.

“Simple to handle”
Pros
It feels pretty simple to operate. I had gotten fed up with CRMs that were either way too complicated and packed with features I would never use or so limited that they felt incomplete. In my case, I only wanted a true CRM, not a website builder, newsletter platform or a bunch of extra tools I didn't ask for. With this one, I found exactly that and it still connects well with everything I need. On top of that, I can expand it with Zoho modules whenever I want which gives me a lot of flexibility without forcing me into coding. I also have to mention the customer support because in my experience it has been excellent and very accessible thanks to their international phone number. Since I use it every single day, I can honestly say it has been a real lifesaver for me.
Cons
I haven't come across anything I dislike so far. From what I've used, it includes all the features I actually need.

“Budget friendly CRM”
Pros
A really user-friendly CRM for our small business and the pricing feels very reasonable for what we get. What stood out to me most was the pipeline management which has worked really well for our SME and helped keep things organized without adding unnecessary complexity. In my experience, it was simple to roll out across the business and didn't take much effort to get up and running. From what I've seen, the feature set is solid and covers what we need. Customer support has been decent overall although I was a bit surprised to see them offline when I was writing this at 3pm on a Tuesday.
Cons
the interface doesn't feel as polished or as user-friendly visually as Salesforce.

“Easy to get started”
Pros
I found this CRM very simple to get up and running and that made the whole setup process much less stressful for me. It was also simple for me to walk my team through how it works so getting everyone aligned did not take much effort.
Cons
Making changes in the system can be a bit difficult at times. There also are not enough sections available to customize which makes modification feel somewhat limited.

“Ease of use”
Pros
I'd say its pretty easy to use. After working with HubSpot before, I found that interface much more complicated so this has been a refreshing change for me.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that there aren't a huge number of add-ons available. I'd personally like more ways to expand how it connects and interacts with other applications, even though, for what I need right now, it still does enough.

“Useful pipeline updates”
Pros
It is very convenient in routine work. I can keep my deals and leads properly aligned without feeling lost and that really helps me stay organized. The pipeline updates are also very useful because I'm able to track progress clearly and keep up with what's happening at each stage.
Cons
At the same time, I've noticed that the platform feels a bit limited when it comes to new features. I've also run into bugs from time to time which can be frustrating during regular use. On top of that, I don't feel the support has been as reliable or as responsive as I would expect when issues come up.

“Effortless setup”
Pros
I found it very convenient from the start and the setup process didn't take much effort on my end. What I personally liked most was how the workflow could be adjusted to fit the way I manage sales, instead of forcing me into a rigid system. The pipeline-based sales tracking also helped me stay organized and keep a clear view of where every deal was at any given time.
Cons
Bigin works best for small businesses but the feature set can feel a bit limited once I need to manage sales in more depth. For handling the full picture of sales details, I've noticed that I still need support from other applications which makes it less of an all-in-one solution for me.

“Gives a clear overall view of operations”
Pros
I've found Bigin to be a really valuable CRM for my small business. We rely on it daily to keep track of leads, manage customer relationships and stay on top of what's happening across the business. It gives me a clear overall view of operations and helps me stay organized without overcomplicating things.
Cons
The integrations are still somewhat limited and I've noticed that the full Zoho CRM offers more choices when it comes to connecting with other tools.

“Thoughtful crm for small teams”
Pros
It was built with small businesses in mind. I appreciate that it keeps things simple without stripping away the features I actually need, especially when it comes to managing pipelines efficiently and staying within budget. The interface feels very user-friendly to me so getting around the system is user-friendly and doesn't take much effort. I also like that I can use it on mobile which gives me a lot more flexibility when I'm away from my desk. On top of that, the built-in email marketing feature adds even more value and makes the platform feel more complete for day-to-day business use.
Cons
From my perspective, this CRM works well for smaller businesses but I do notice a few limitations. I feel that its ability to scale is somewhat limited and some of the more advanced tools that bigger companies might expect just are not there. One thing I would have liked is a direct way to import leads from LinkedIn because the lack of that connection can be inconvenient for users who rely on that workflow. I also find the customization options a bit restricted which may be frustrating when I want the system to match more specific business needs. If improvements were made around scalability, deeper functionality, LinkedIn integration and customization, I believe this CRM would be even more appealing and adaptable.

“Helpful support and tidy interface”
Pros
What I like most about it is the interface and how comfortable it feels for me to use when managing my deals. It works especially well for MSMEs and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone running an agency business. I've also found the support team to be really responsive and helpful whenever I've needed assistance which adds a lot to the overall experience.
Cons
The only part I'm not really a fan of is the reporting interface. Aside from that, everything else has worked out well for me.

“Feature-packed value for small teams”
Pros
When I first looked at Zoho Bigin, I assumed it was just a low-cost CRM with fairly basic functionality but that really was not the case once I started using it. I found that it includes a solid range of features that genuinely help me stay on top of customer relationships and day-to-day sales activities. What stood out to me even more is the pricing because I feel like I am getting a lot for what I pay. For a small business like mine or really for anyone trying to keep costs under control, it feels like a very worthwhile option without feeling stripped down.
Cons
Integration options still feel a bit limited. Although I can connect it with well-known tools like Mailchimp and QuickBooks, I personally think it would be much more useful if a broader range of integrations were available. That added flexibility would make it more adaptable for different business setups and workflows. I am hoping Zoho keeps building this out over time because with more integration choices, I believe Bigin could become an even more competitive CRM in the market.

Pros
I found Bigin by Zoho CRM very simple to understand and I can use it without any hassle. It gives me exactly the features I need without feeling overloaded which is something I really appreciate in my day-to-day work.
Cons
Its annoying how many tabs it opens while I'm working. Whenever I click into a contact, a new tab gets created so after a while I end up juggling far more tabs than I'd like.
