Pros
I've found it to be a complete solution for handling both my sales flow and onboarding pipeline in one place. What really stands out to me is the excellent API support which has made integrations and workflows much more practical for my setup. The customization options are also a big plus because I've been able to adapt it to the way I work instead of forcing my process to fit the software. On top of that, I genuinely like the user experience and the pricing feels very reasonable for everything that's included.
Cons
I honestly do not have much to complain about. The only thing that might make it even better would be having more in-person support available when needed.

“Everything in one place”
Pros
It's really simple to use and I was able to connect my email without any issues. Having everything kept together in one place has made it much more convenient for me to stay organized and keep track of my work.
Cons
My only issue is that the trial period feels pretty short so I didn't really get enough time to explore the platform properly and understand everything it can do.

“Quick setup and helpful webinars”
Pros
Been using Bigin for about a month now and my experience has been very positive so far. The setup felt simple and once I got into it, using the platform came pretty naturally for me. I'd definitely recommend joining one of their biweekly webinars because I found those sessions really helpful for understanding how to get the most out of the system and use it properly.
Cons
I'd still like to see a few more features from the Premium plan included in the Express plan. That would make the lower-tier option even more valuable.

“Changed how we manage sales funnel”
Pros
It completely changed the way I manage our sales funnel. What used to be a pile of paperwork and a mix of too many different tools has now turned into one clear visual pipeline that I can actually follow without the usual chaos. I'm able to keep track of leads much more efficiently, work with my team in one place and stay on top of nurturing prospects instead of letting opportunities slip away. One feature I really appreciate is the panels section because it helps me monitor business performance and quickly spot bottlenecks that need attention. For a growing team like ours, I've found Bigin to be a very affordable CRM and it has definitely helped improve our conversion rate as well as our overall productivity.
Cons
At times, I do run into small bugs in the system but they've been fairly minor. What makes that much less frustrating for me is that the customer support team is always responsive, friendly and willing to help resolve issues when they come up.

Pros
What I like most about it is the user-friendly interface and the speed it offers right from the start. I was able to get going quickly without feeling overwhelmed and I really appreciate that the system doesn't come packed with unnecessary clutter. It feels focused, responsive and very user-friendly when I need to get things done fast.
Cons
One limitation I've noticed is that the integrations still feel somewhat limited and the contact management features are not as developed as the task-related functionality. In my experience, building and managing relationships with individual contacts usually calls for a broader set of options so I feel that area could use more depth and flexibility.

Pros
It feels flexible in day-to-day use. I can connect and combine the program across different areas depending on what I need and that has made it feel like a really strong fit for us. So far, it has honestly felt just about perfect.
Cons

I love how well the CRM features and sales pipeline work together. From my experience, the whole system feels very user-friendly and I genuinely enjoy the look and layout of the application. I'm also able to customize it quite a bit by adding different functions and algorithms based on what I need. Another big plus for me is being able to keep track of my team's progress and workload which makes managing staff much more convenient.
Cons
One issue I've run into on the desktop version is with the contacts view. Even when I have all of my contacts selected, it seems to show only around 10 or so at a time. Because of that, I end up having to manually search for certain businesses or contacts just to get them to appear which can be frustrating.

“Logical setup and quick workflow”
Pros
everything feels logical and I can get things done quickly in it. It has been a much better fit than Salesforce, especially because I don't have to fight with the system just to manage my work.
Cons
I'd like to have more records included in the Express package. I'm hoping that gets improved because aside from that, I've really been happy using it :)

For my small business, this has been a really solid fit and it handles the core work we need it to do without unnecessary complications. I've found it user-friendly in day-to-day use and whenever I've needed help, the support team has been very responsive and helpful. What I especially appreciate is that I'm usually pointed to the right documentation right away which makes issues much easier for me to resolve.
Cons
I do feel the capacity could be expanded because the current limits can feel restrictive at times. In my experience, the Bigin Express edition also comes with very limited automation options so I'd like to see more functionality added there.

Pros
Using Zoho Bigin has honestly been an outstanding experience for me. It has turned into a key part of how I handle my daily work. In the past, keeping up with hundreds of leads and customers was pretty overwhelming on my end. I used Excel spreadsheets for everything and that made organizing details and tracking progress feel far more tedious than it should have been. Since I brought Bigin into my workflow, though, the whole process has improved significantly and feels much more manageable.
Cons
When I need more advanced features, I have to move over to Zoho CRM. That said, I do understand that the two products are meant for different types of users and business needs.

After spending years on an older CRM, I realized I needed something more current as I shift into a new business model. I wanted a platform that could scale with my business without costing a fortune. I spent several days researching and testing around a dozen CRM options, narrowed the list down to just a few and ultimately chose Bigin. What stood out to me most was its clean interface, the way everything is organized, the strong set of features and the fact that I can grow into the broader Zoho ecosystem as my business expands.
Cons
So far, I really do not have many complaints. At this stage, I am still learning my way around the system so there are moments when I have trouble locating certain features but I expect that to improve as I spend more time with it. One thing I would really love to have is better formatting inside notes, like bullet points, numbered lists, bold text and italics. For the way I take notes, that kind of functionality would make a huge difference.

It feels like Zoho's lighter, more compact version and I can always move up to a bigger setup later if needed. I personally enjoy how simple it is to use and the pricing model makes a lot of sense for me. Another standout feature on my end is the calling function, especially because I'm able to keep track of call notes in one place which makes follow-ups much more practical.
Cons
I'd still like to see a bit more AI built into the platform. Features like address data syncing or automatic contact data enrichment would make it even more useful and save me some manual work.

After working inside another company's CRM before, stepping into the super admin role with Bigin has honestly been really exciting for me. I now have a level of control over setup and configuration that feels incredibly empowering and I've enjoyed being able to tailor different parts of the system to fit my business better. What stands out most to me is the automation functionality which I've found especially impressive and genuinely useful in day-to-day work. Even though it took me a little time to get comfortable with everything, the training videos helped me a lot and made the process much more manageable. From my experience, I'd absolutely recommend this platform, particularly to small or micro businesses like mine because I feel it gives me the kind of tools I need to support growth.
Cons
The main drawback is simply that there is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning although I do feel it becomes manageable with patience, time and consistent use.
