Pros

I strongly recommend avoiding BoomTown. They're deceitful, unresponsive, and overall a nightmare to deal with.

Cons

After training ends, it's nearly impossible to get support from them because they suddenly become unreachable.

Pros

It's a pretty simple and SMOOTH system to grasp.

Cons

It's costly, and the leads are often low-quality, if they're even real. Their customer service is confrontational and unhelpful. The sales rep who initially contacted us lied about what we should expect. The flow of leads is abysmal and of poor quality. They hold you captive.

I would appreciate using my own phone number for my Boomtown number. This way, I wouldn't need multiple numbers that clients save.

It's intuitive and allows for extensive message customization.

Cons

Lead generation was disappointing. We received leads with fake email and phone numbers, and we had to pay for them. Their system doesn't verify email addresses. It's very costly to pay for such leads.

Cons

I disliked their dishonesty! Nothing worked as expected. There was not anything I liked about it. They lock you in until your contract ends. Do not sign up with them!

Managing leads, understanding their interests, and customizing properties to match their needs are crucial CRM capabilities this platform offers.

Cons

I wish customer support was more accessible via phone instead of relying on emails for responses. BoomTown should provide better accountability regarding how advertising funds are used, with more frequent feedback and suggestions for improving lead generation. As advertising experts, they should offer more transparency and accountability. I also wish I could delete contacts.

Pros

Once you get the hang of it, BoomTown is incredibly user-friendly. Their preset drip campaigns are effective, though their property alert system could use a few more functions. The client interface is superb, making organization simple.

Cons

They mark valid emails as invalid. They claimed a hack caused all @mac.com and @me.com emails to be flagged incorrectly, yet I can send emails to those addresses from my Gmail account without issues. I can't tell if someone read a text, and it's hard to distinguish between invalid emails or phones and those that opted out, they should be identified differently. I'd like them to make it easier to include images in communications.

Boom Town is good, not Great!
Pros

My favorite thing about BoomTown is the lead filtering capabilities and its user-friendly layout. Once you're familiar with it, the automation makes everything seamless.

Cons

The biggest downside of Boomtown is its unaffordability for a solo agent. I also wish they offered print marketing templates.

Agents appreciate all the features and are diligently mastering them before support ends.

Cons

Despite being a promising product, they struggle with accurate billing. They baited me as soon as I signed up, and phone customer support has been the most helpful feature, most of the time, the person who answers can guide you through the features.

Pros

This product was instrumental in scaling our business. BoomTown allowed our agents to handle more clients in less time, propelling our business forward.

Cons

There have been very few downsides to this CRM. When issues arose that needed industry changes, BoomTown made those adjustments and continually seeks to improve the platform.

Technically, it includes most CRM features you'd want, tailored for the real estate industry.

Cons

For me, any CRM without integrated email functionality is a dealbreaker. I mean actually sending and receiving emails within the CRM (like Pipedrive). Email syncing alone is not sufficient. The app feels slow, and the user experience is outdated. Since my employer pays for it, I keep giving it another chance, which usually lasts a few days.
