The LinkedIn integration does not work. Bullhorn Analytics was not implemented properly by their vendor.

Bullhorn - the internal recruiter's best friend
Pros
Its easy to use, cost-effective, customizable and tailored to our needs. The file noting of candidate interactions and the ability to merge profiles easily make it a professional solution, much better than HRIS systems with their built-in ATS. Also it is billed per user, so it is very affordable. The support team is excellent.
Cons
Rolling it out and customizing it was challenging but worth it. The mobile app with default customization is pretty basic and needs improvement. Sometimes viewing CVs on the platform is clunky depending on the CV, but it is still manageable.
