“Easy to use but feels outdated
Pros
It is really easy to use and it pulled information from LinkedIn without any hassle. I also think organizations can tweak the look to match their branding and I could post jobs directly to boards with just a few clicks.
Cons
The system felt slow and outdated and I got frustrated because searches sometimes returned inaccurate results.

“everything feels like junk
Pros
The support team has been excellent and honestly thats pretty much the only positive I can share about this product, because in my experience everything else feels like junk.
Cons
This platform feels like one of the most outdated systems I have used. Our company saw them go through mass layoffs and we watched a lot of staff leave for Loxo that's who we moved to and it is clear why. Adding people to the database is a chore. Nothing integrates well and almost every feature costs extra. Even basic email automation is an add-on and when we used it, it felt spammy and could not be tailored properly. The LinkedIn sync barely works. There is no AI in the product and no built-in note-taking. Simple tasks take too many clicks and finding information is hard because the search function is the worst I have encountered. Overall it is one of the most expensive platforms and it does not justify the cost.

“Dependable and modular recruiting platform
Pros
This is a really dependable, modular platform. I have used it for almost ten years as a recruiter and it pretty much covers everything I need. The workflows make sense, candidate and client records are well-organized and easy to search and it offers a lot of customization flexibility. A few add-ons could really boost the system and the integrations to connect it with our tech stack are easy to set up and maintain.
Cons
I find some of the outreach features like email blasts and bulk messaging feel a little dated and lack much flexibility in how you can vary campaigns or personalize sends.

I like the flexibility and capabilities the open APIs provide which make the system very customizable.
Cons
From my experience, it is not designed for temporary recruitment and it does not handle shift work well at all.

“Excellent applicant and client tracking
Pros
The applicant and client tracking is excellent and it is very transparent. It also has helpful features for monitoring KPIs and I can easily integrate it with third-party apps.
Cons
Occasionally the app loading times are quite slow and I have noticed customer support sometimes takes a long time to get back to me.

“amazing yet simple CRM solution
Pros
This CRM is excellent and really simple to get around and operate. I find it responds very fast. I can have multiple tabs and pages open at once which is really handy.
Cons
One annoying thing I have run into is the automatic logout. like it can kick in and cause all of the tabs I had open to refresh which gets frustrating.

“Total lifesaver for modern recruiting
Pros
I have found Bullhorn to be a total lifesaver for anyone recruiting. Its interface feels clean and modern and I can find my way around without fuss. It links up well with the other tools I use which ends up saving me a lot of time. The automation tools are seriously impressive, helping me keep candidate tracking and pipeline management effortless. Also their customer support always responds quickly and has been very helpful in my experience.
Cons
The price felt a little high to me, though I accept that you often get what you pay for. And yes I have seen a few small bugs now and then but in my day to day usage, they have not really interfered with my work.

Pros
One thing I like is how easy it is to build candidate pipelines, post jobs, monitor opportunities and set up tasks.
Cons
Well I wish it pull in candidate photos like those on LinkedIn so it is easier to recognize people and I have also noticed the site tends to stop functioning correctly after it's been open for roughly five to six hours, requiring a page refresh.

Pros
Its easy to use, cost-effective, customizable and tailored to our needs. The file noting of candidate interactions and the ability to merge profiles easily make it a professional solution, much better than HRIS systems with their built-in ATS. Also it is billed per user, so it is very affordable. The support team is excellent.
Cons
Rolling it out and customizing it was challenging but worth it. The mobile app with default customization is pretty basic and needs improvement. Sometimes viewing CVs on the platform is clunky depending on the CV, but it is still manageable.
