Great support

Pros

The team at Claritysoft has been very helpful. They are always available to assist by phone, email or even via Zoom. No question goes unanswered and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons

The implementation process was a bit challenging and time taking but the team was very helpful in getting it done.

Clarity Makes It Easy

Pros

One thing I love about this software is that how easy it is to use. There is no need for consultants to write code for reporting or designing as everything is right at the administrator's fingertips.

Cons

To be honest I have not come across any cons so far. Any challenges that arose have been resolved.

Great Product

Pros

Overall view of the screens and the ease of adding customers, contacts and information is great. Also the ability to send emails from Outlook into Claritysoft is a huge time saver!

Cons

For now everything is going good, but if anything unexpected happened, I will mention it!

Great product for small to medium businesses.

Pros

I was able to set up Claritysoft by myself with input from key departments. For a smaller company like ours we don't require a full-time employee to manage the platform.

Cons

Its a hassle not being able to email back and forth with a customer through the support ticketing platform. I am used to Salesforce where email integration works seamlessly, so this workflow feels quite clunky in comparison.

Pros

I really like being able to keep track of our customers and potential customers. Its also great to easily log all interactions with a contact. Moreover I must highlight one thing and that is the option to create advanced reports tailored to our companys unique needs. Thanks to Claritysoft I have been able to eliminate cumbersome and unattractive Excel spreadsheets.

Cons

Sometimes Claritysoft does not keep up with my pace which makes it seem like changes were not recorded. When this happens I simply log out and log back in and the issue usually resolves.

Pros

I find it simple to understand and use Claritysoft once I get into a rhythm. The wide range of fields and use cases provide opportunities to develop more strategies for sales, marketing and client management. Claritysoft has an experienced and dedicated team ready to assist with specific issues and plans for growing my business.

Cons

Some marketing features are not as plug-and-play as they could be. While creating email templates has limitations in certain scenarios, it still accomplishes the task.

Pros

I am very much impressed with how responsive the customer service team is. They thoroughly address any issues or questions I have. The CRM is always evolving with the team considering and often implementing user suggestions. It keeps improving with new features added a few times a year.

Cons

The interface can be a bit clunky at times especially since I like to see a lot of information on one page.

Simple , effective CRM

Pros

I really like how simple it is to navigate Claritysoft. It keeps everything organized in an easy to use system. The customer service is also impressive. I always have access to a representative via email and can schedule live calls. The response time is consistently within 2 hours for any questions I have.

Cons

Uploading spreadsheets can be quite technical and posed some challenges for me. However, the representative helped resolve my issues and improved the process for me.
