Very Easy to Use and great Customer Support

Pros

The user friendly interface of Claritysoft is pretty easy to navigate. Whenever any problems arise, contacting someone for assistance is very simple too.

Cons

The login process takes a bit longer than I would prefer.

I really like how well the filtering options work and the overall user interface.

Cons

At times when I search for something in the CRM, the answer I need does not appear due to a specific symbol.

One of the major advantages of using Claritysoft CRM for me is its user-friendly interface. I also like the robust reporting and analytics tools that help me gain insights into sales performance. Another benefit is the customization options; I can create custom fields and workflows tailored to my specific needs and requirements. This flexibility makes it easier for me to adapt the platform to my unique sales processes.

Cons

One potential downside is that it might not be ideal for larger businesses with complex sales processes. While the platform is highly customizable, it may not fully meet the needs of businesses with more complex requirements.

So glad we went with a smaller company!

Pros

Well Claritysoft software is very easy to use, though its far from simplistic. It meets all our needs and even encourages us to modify or add processes we had not considered. They ensure you get started properly (definitely buy the start-up package!) and receive the training you need, so you wont be frustrated with its use. If you do not invest the time, the system wont seem valuable or deliver what you expect. However, once we followed their guidance, we realized how simple it was to train ourselves on other aspects or modules.

Cons

So far, I have not come across anything that causes problems.

Hands down, the best CRM

Pros

Having worked with many CRMs like Siebel, SalesForce and HubSpot, I finally come to conclusion that ClaritySoft is the simplest, cleanest and most user friendly platform I have ever used. The interface is very easy to operate, navigating is simple and its not cluttered with fields. I can customize views based on users and it works exceptionally well for reporting, lead assignment and account management.

Cons

There is some overlap between the Leads and Accounts modules that is not ideal but we have found workarounds.

Claritysoft CRM easy use and implementation

Pros

The ease of use is a standout feature for me. All users, from sales to customer service, found it simple to start using immediately. Our entire team now uses Claritysoft to stay updated on customer activity and to reduce email traffic.

Cons

The sales integration could be better. Although we managed to create a great customized solution, the standard "sales" function did not quite fit our needs.

Different User - Still a Great Product

Pros

My office uses this software for our sales team but I luckily got the chance to use it for tracking our philanthropic efforts. Although this was not the intended use, it demonstrates the softwares flexibility.

Cons

Some features are not very intuitive. I often have to click through several buttons to find where to create or modify an account or contact.

Great ROI

Pros

Claritysoft offers a full range of features at a fair price. It includes all the core functionalities needed to manage accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, pricing/contracts, documents and more. Plus, it integrates well with digital marketing tools and calendars/emails.

Cons

I did like to see more third-party APIs available out of the box.

Best SMB CRM for Sales and Support

Pros

Getting started with Claritysoft is so easy. Its solid, customizable and simple to use. Also it provides good visibility into deals, leads, quotes and sales.

Cons

The reporting is good and easy to create, though its not as robust as more expensive CRMs. For a small to medium-sized business, its excellent.

Customer Service is unmatched

Pros

All aspects of the product are easy to use and understand. I can make adjustments to fit my companys needs quickly.

Cons

It would be better if the software allowed exporting multiple pages side by side. Right now, I have to export page 2 and then page 3 separately because I cannot select multiple pages at once.

Efficient and easy to use

Pros

Software offer a variety of products that cover the entire sales cycle from lead capture to customer support. Also it is very user friendly.

Cons

I miss the option for WhatsApp automation with customized messaging. It would also be helpful to have an engagement calendar to set up automatic notifications.

The best part is that we can customize the software to meet our needs and create custom modules for our requirements.
