Cons
One potential downside is that it might not be ideal for larger businesses with complex sales processes. While the platform is highly customizable, it may not fully meet the needs of businesses with more complex requirements.

Pros
Well Claritysoft software is very easy to use, though its far from simplistic. It meets all our needs and even encourages us to modify or add processes we had not considered. They ensure you get started properly (definitely buy the start-up package!) and receive the training you need, so you wont be frustrated with its use. If you do not invest the time, the system wont seem valuable or deliver what you expect. However, once we followed their guidance, we realized how simple it was to train ourselves on other aspects or modules.
Cons
So far, I have not come across anything that causes problems.

Pros
Having worked with many CRMs like Siebel, SalesForce and HubSpot, I finally come to conclusion that ClaritySoft is the simplest, cleanest and most user friendly platform I have ever used. The interface is very easy to operate, navigating is simple and its not cluttered with fields. I can customize views based on users and it works exceptionally well for reporting, lead assignment and account management.
Cons
There is some overlap between the Leads and Accounts modules that is not ideal but we have found workarounds.

The ease of use is a standout feature for me. All users, from sales to customer service, found it simple to start using immediately. Our entire team now uses Claritysoft to stay updated on customer activity and to reduce email traffic.
Cons
The sales integration could be better. Although we managed to create a great customized solution, the standard "sales" function did not quite fit our needs.

My office uses this software for our sales team but I luckily got the chance to use it for tracking our philanthropic efforts. Although this was not the intended use, it demonstrates the softwares flexibility.
Cons
Some features are not very intuitive. I often have to click through several buttons to find where to create or modify an account or contact.
