To be honest, I recently discovered a CRM that truly gets what I need to help my small business have promising growth in the future and I found that in EngageBay. It delivers an excellent experience for handling both Email Marketing and Sales tasks from a single platform. Roy and Andy provided the help I needed with outstanding support that I couldn't have imagined before and they made it easy for me to implement what was necessary.

What I don't like is that I consistently get the ideal answers I need which leads me to use EngageBay as one of my favorite CRM applications.

My team and I tried it's trial version for our sales and marketing department. The platform offered numerous features to support both sales and marketing workflows. I appreciated capabilities such as designing HTML emails, adding multiple users to run campaigns, simple email campaign management, unlimited user seats, reporting tools and an attractive interface. All in all I'm very pleased with this software.

I felt the user interface could be more user-friendly though they appear to roll out updates fairly regularly. In the end the system delivered all the features we needed so despite some UX rough edges it met our requirements.

Having tried it for my startup, I find it a very comprehensive and budget-friendly marketing solution for new businesses. The customer support team has been incredibly proactive, they genuinely welcome feedback and often act on suggestions I give them. After spending some time getting hands-on with the interface, I found the platform simple to use.

At first I did find the tool somewhat tricky to use though the support team has consistently been available and helpful whenever I reached out. I do wish the platform offered a few more marketing analytics features to help me better understand my audience and track how well my messages are resonating.

As a marketer, I've found the feature set here to be indispensable, Contacts, Forms, Landing Pages and Email Campaigns/Automation provide everything you need to growth-hack any business. What I like best is the landing page builder, it's fully drag-and-drop so you don't need any technical background to put together professional pages.

One time my account was unexpectedly moved down to the free plan which was unsettling but the support team responded quickly and had me restored to the proper plan within a few minutes. Aside from that glitch, I haven't noticed any problems or other warning signs so far.

As a small-business marketer, I find this platform covers all my needs, it even includes sales tools.

Honestly I think it could use more polish, the UI is passable but the email templates are mediocre at best.
