“Solid performance”
Pros
There's a lot I appreciate about it. Over several weeks I dove into its tools for forms, email marketing, automation, CRM and landing pages and I spent a considerable amount of time testing them. For the most part the platform handles everything solidly and keeps things simple to use. The landing page builder stood out as the best-executed element in my experience. Building drag-and-drop landing pages is ridiculously easy and they render well on both mobile and desktop browsers. They aren't hugely customizable but they are very beginner-friendly. Beyond landing pages I had a good experience with the automation workflows which are fairly user-friendly. During the roughly two weeks I tried the product I did encounter some bugs and filed reports with support. Their team responded quickly and had fixes rolled out fast.
Cons
I think the overall user experience could use improvement. I'm not sure it's fair to measure EngageBay directly against HubSpot but when I do make that comparison the experience side still needs work to reach that level. Feature-wise though, the platform is pretty robust and offers a lot of useful functionality. My main critique is around customization, even though EngageBay makes many tasks easy, more advanced marketers or technically inclined users will probably want greater flexibility and deeper customization options. The biggest frustration for me is how branded emails are handled. Even though I pay a monthly subscription, I still have to purchase separate email credits to send unbranded messages. It's cheaper than many similar solutions on the market which is a plus but from my perspective that pricing approach feels odd and unfair. I would prefer if they simply raised subscription fees rather than charging customers extra for removing branding from emails.

“Lets me work anywhere”
Pros
I'm constantly on the move and ideas tend to pop up in the most unexpected places. What I appreciate is how lightweight this tool is, it lets me work even when my Internet is basic or painfully slow. There have been times when I used my landing pages not just to promote my blog but to actually host posts because they're responsive and good enough to serve temporarily as my blog. Whenever I can't reach my WordPress admin, this becomes my fallback for publishing content quickly and I later transfer it to the main site once my connection is more stable. This setup has really helped me get thoughts out fast and stay productive. I've also connected my Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to EngageBay which makes coordinating my social presence much more convenient.
Cons
Wouldn't call it a flaw but I'd really welcome a dedicated mobile app. Having an official app would make content creation and management far easier when I'm away from a desktop or dealing with spotty connectivity. A mobile app would organize quick edits, publishing on the go and managing posts across platforms.

“Top-tier customer support”
Pros
Their marketing features and customer support are solid. I get very fast responses whenever I run into issues. I'm grateful to EngageBay, it's helped me a great deal with my marketing workflow.
Cons
I find the design process isn't user-friendly enough sometimes I can't easily customize my email marketing.

“Detailed and easy to use”
Pros
This has been the best experience I've had when it comes to email marketing. It's a very comprehensive and user-friendly platform and I didn't need to spend a lot of time watching tutorials to get comfortable, I was able to use it like an expert from the very beginning. The CRM workflow helps me build meaningful relationships with my customers and I can pull up information on every interaction I've had with potential clients which I find fascinating. While viewing my contacts, I can even call any of them with a single click on the call icon.
Cons
Honestly I don't see any real errors or negative qualities. I consider it the most complete tool currently available on the market. From my perspective, it's underrated and should be viewed as a strong pillar worth taking into account.

“Approachable solution”
Pros
I've always wanted to run my business with sophistication but without unnecessary complication and I was looking for a platform that packs powerful features while remaining approachable for someone without deep technical expertise. I feel like I finally discovered the system that fits those needs. It surprises me how many capabilities are consolidated in one place although I did feel a little wary at first because I dread the headache of configuring a complicated platform. After reaching out to support with some basic questions, my concerns eased, support was excellent and I was able to locate features and get things working with very little assistance.
Cons
When I search Google for answers about EngageBay, I rarely come across many helpful articles. I prefer figuring things out on my own and generally avoid reaching out to support so the lack of self-help resources is frustrating. It would really help if the company expanded and improved the online guides and documentation they make available because better step-by-step articles would let me solve more issues independently without needing to contact customer support.

“Provides useful info”
Pros
It gives very detailed information about everything I need to know regarding my contacts and I can easily organize all of my email contacts so that I keep a light track of the sales flow while strengthening or interlinking relationships with our customers to make them more solid. There's also the option to keep a free account forever, we don't use that ourselves but it's a great way to try out the platform and see how comprehensive it is. I can also schedule and send automatic appointment reminders so our clients don't miss them.
Cons
I did run into a few glitches with the marketing automation where some emails failed to be delivered to me. After noticing the issue I kept checking on it repeatedly to see if it would happen again and thankfully it seems the problem has been resolved.

“Integrates well with third-party tools”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how smoothly it lets us connect with third-party tools which makes our workflow neater and more engaging. Because of those integrations, our email marketing reaches clients more effectively and they tend to pay closer attention to the messages we send. On top of that, the platform provides a wealth of analytics that I rely on to understand performance and decide where our efforts should be concentrated.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any downsides to EngageBay, in my experience it bundles everything I require into a single platform. Because it centralizes tools and features, I feel confident the purchase is worthwhile and delivers solid value for our needs.

“Convenient and affordable”
Pros
I'm a guy who just wants to run my business with technology without getting a headache over it. As an older person who enjoys tech, I recognize I must use it to be efficient. In the past when I used other tools I often ran into problems that made me dislike those systems because parts of them felt like gibberish. With EngageBay, it feels like I only need to pick up a few basics, how to sign in and where to click to locate things. I appreciate that it's affordable and being able to manage my work comfortably in a single platform makes running my business so much easier.
Cons
There are still some native integrations missing that I would like to see, such as a LinkedIn sync and their social suite also doesn't include LinkedIn functionality at the moment. I've been told they're working on adding it so I'm hopeful it will arrive soon.

“Approaches email marketing differently”
Pros
I really like it because it approaches email marketing differently and it brings a broad set of tools that let me fully personalize emails for my campaigns. I can schedule exact dates and times to send messages so nothing slips through the cracks. Their support team has been responsive and quite helpful whenever I need assistance.
Cons
To be honest, the main drawback I see is the pricing, I find it a little higher than many competing tools on the market. Also, during the editing phase the interface can become sluggish at times which interrupts my workflow and gets frustrating.

“Keeps evolving”
Pros
I use it for most tasks, everything from managing a sales pipeline and CRM to scheduling appointments and keeping track of tasks. It's really impressive that a single platform can handle so many different needs effectively. What sets this app apart for me is the support from the developers, they genuinely listen and keep improving the product. For example, they continuously roll out new features and in my experience those updates are usually solid and reliable. Beyond just adding bells and whistles, the new capabilities actually improve the core product and feel cohesive rather than random add-ons. I'm genuinely curious and excited to watch how far this platform will go especially given that it's newer than a lot of competitors.
Cons
The one thing that frustrates me the most is having to wait for all the new updates to finish installing or become available. That said they're so fast at pushing updates that this really ends up being more my impatience than a real complaint. I still think the team is great.

“Surprisingly great for my business”
Pros
Initially I was only trying out this platform because it offers every capability I need to run my small business and I didn't have high hopes that it would perform well. To my surprise, when I configured it the way I wanted, both the speed and the features ran smoothly and I managed to operate a setup very similar to what I have on my pricier system.
Cons
There are still some capabilities missing that I could need down the road, such as a proper place to list my products and a few functions aren't fully operational yet. I happen to not rely on some of those broken parts at the moment but noticing those bugs worries me because they might matter if I choose to adopt EngageBay completely.

“Useful in daily use”
Pros
I've noticed it comes loaded with a wide range of features and the majority behave the way I expect them to. Visiting their website describes it as a complete platform and honestly, with just three or four additional capabilities it would truly qualify as an all-in-one solution for running a business. That said there already are quite a few reliable tools in place that I find genuinely helpful in daily use.
Cons
Not everything behaves exactly as I'd expect and a handful of features still fall short of expectations. I'm willing to give them time to grow because they are relatively new compared to longer-established competitors. From what I can tell, they're moving quickly on fixes and rolling out upgrades which makes me optimistic that those rough edges will be smoothed out soon.

“Brings digital marketing, sales and customer service together”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that the platform brings digital marketing, sales and customer service together in one place and even layers automation on top of everything. It let me build end-to-end automated workflows that span marketing, sales and support while linking each stage. The people behind EngageBay have been very responsive and I feel they genuinely listen to users and act on feedback to make the experience more personal.
Cons
I'm actually not 100% sure what I dislike but I think the platform could use more native integrations. I also wish there were additional support documents available. The YouTube tutorials are helpful yet I'd prefer a dedicated page that organizes and lists the content clearly so it's easier to find specific guides and faster to use.

“Flexible marketing tool”
Pros
This platform contains every feature I need to run the campaign I designed from start to finish. For example, it includes email automation and landing pages that I can customize down to the code level which I find incredibly useful. There are both inline and pop-up forms available and I can manage my social media accounts and a whole lot more through the same system. Above everything else, what I really appreciate is being able to talk directly with the team about adding specific features, if it's feasible they'll welcome and consider implementing it.
Cons
Occasionally some features stop working for short periods which can be annoying. It doesn't usually derail my campaign too much but I'd prefer the tool to be more reliable so everything just keeps running smoothly. Credit where it's due, the EngageBay team responds quickly and patches issues fast. Still, I would much rather experience fewer glitches or none at all going forward.

“Single product for everything”
Pros
It is a complete solution that handles everything I need, marketing, sales and even customer service. I find it user-friendly and comes with many features that genuinely help my workflow. I'm relieved I don't have to subscribe to multiple tools and stitch them together. Instead, I discovered this single product and was able to put into practice the strategy our team developed, achieving the results we wanted.
Cons
I do miss a few capabilities that I rely on although the company told me they plan to roll them out in future updates. I also run into minor technical glitches almost every time an update goes live which they usually resolve quickly. Still, I wish they would implement safeguards to stop those problems from occurring in the first place, prevention would be far better than always having to fix things afterward.

“Customer-centric approach”
Pros
For someone who hasn't used this type of platform before, I find the system genuinely simple to operate. It's packed with plenty of features that I actually use. Initially I figured I'd need several different tools to cover everything but up to now this single solution meets my needs. The support crew has been really approachable and open to feedback which makes me feel like they want to enhance my overall experience.
Cons
I've noticed there aren't yet enough help articles or video guides to walk me through everything. A handful of capabilities I'd like, such as the ability to schedule posts--aren't fully available right now. I raised that suggestion and got the sense they're thinking about it but I'll wait until it's properly rolled out. Also, I ran into a few bugs when I first began using the platform.

“They take my suggestions into account”
Pros
I've found the product comes with really solid features right now and its potential feels even bigger. Most importantly, the team, including support and the developers, actually listens to what I say and genuinely takes my suggestions into account.
Cons
For my part, I still run into a few bugs from time to time, I guess although the system evolves quickly. Because it changes so fast, I can spot some areas that still need improvement.

“Really useful for marketing”
Pros
Over the years, I've worked on numerous projects that center around digital marketing. The platform includes all the basics plus a few extra capabilities that have genuinely come in handy. I'm still getting familiar with the system but I didn't encounter much difficulty using it or building the automated ecosystem I wanted to establish.
Cons
The templates for both email and landing pages need improvement. On the sales side, the email system works fine but I feel it misses a lot of important details that would help me craft more effective campaigns.
