Team responds quickly

Pros

For my small business, EngageBay has been a clever, budget-friendly CRM option compared with the pricey, high-end platforms that dominate the market. It tackles most of the issues we face as a startup and gives our marketing team practical tools to get results. I'm also impressed by their customer support which responds quickly and the development team that moves fast to introduce useful features and squash bugs.

Cons

I do feel the contact search could be made more user-friendly and offering a mobile app would absolutely be the icing on the cake.

Consolidates marketing and sales

Pros

I appreciate that the platform consolidates all of the marketing and CRM/sales tools into a single dashboard, giving me access to campaign management, contact tracking and automation without jumping between separate apps. For me it could easily stand in for several of the other services we currently use. The pricing feels reasonable considering what's included and I'm especially fond of the file repository, it's a handy feature larger marketing teams will genuinely value and use regularly.

Cons

Right now, only two landing page templates are available which I find very limiting for campaigns that need more variety and customization options.

Friendly and supportive team

Pros

Throughout the entire process of creating landing pages, I experienced a lot of patience and genuinely helpful support from the team which made the whole experience much smoother for me.

Cons

I'd like the application to offer more refined and customizable email templates since the current selection feels somewhat limited for my needs.

Saves time in launching campaigns

Pros

The platform bundles everything a marketer needs to run campaigns into one place. We've cut the time it takes to launch campaigns dramatically. The launch workflow is much smoother now and the landing pages load really quickly.

Cons

As a user, I wish EngageBay offered more built-in integrations, I know they're adding more over time. Since it's a relatively new platform, it still needs a bit more refinement. Even so, given how long it's been available, I'm impressed.

Feels pleasant and fun

Pros

I really love the web forms and landing page builder, it's a standout feature that performs reliably. I also enjoy the overall aesthetic and user experience of the platform, it looks and feels polished and pleasant to use.

Cons

The platform definitely has sizeable potential but I think the user interface needs simplification, right now it feels cluttered and confusing which makes it harder to use than it should be.

Pros

From what I've seen, its present feature set rivals those of major platforms and I expect it to continue improving.

Cons

Even though the platform is relatively new, I've observed steady improvements across features and stability and despite its youth I still find it very capable in its current state so I personally think it's absolutely worth exploring.

Smooth and reliable experience

Pros

Overall the UI/UX gives me a really smooth experience. Admittedly I sometimes skipped the tutorials because I was feeling lazy but the chat support has always been there for me, quick and helpful whenever I reached out. I have to give props to Andy Roberts for all the assistance he's provided.

Cons

There's honestly nothing I can complain about. Even if an issue popped up, I've noticed the company's mindset is geared towards continuous improvement and they actually act on feedback in a positive way.

Complete package

Pros

This platform brings together all the functionality I need in a single package, the pricing is much more affordable than large competitors like HubSpot and my experience so far has been on par with any of the bigger, established tools.

Cons

Needs a bit of polishing

Pros

I joined EngageBay because of its CRM capabilities. There are a ton of useful tools for tracking deals, contacts, lists, email campaigns and automation. I appreciate being able to handle all my business marketing from a single dashboard and connect it smoothly with Zapier.

Cons

At the moment the app feels a bit rough around the edges and not fully polished. I'm running into bugs with sequences and the email marketing automation and Zapier currently doesn't sync deals (they say it's coming). Support has been helpful, answering my questions and resolving issues but there still seems to be unfinished work that needs attention.

Boosts sales

Pros

this tool offers several advantages compared with similar services, for instance, it provides a simple email campaign builder, supports an unlimited number of users, lets me generate reports and also has a visually striking interface. Every feature runs smoothly and contributes to boosting sales. I'm very pleased with choosing this program.

Cons

Although powerful, I found it a bit complicated. It doesn't make it quick and simple to build emails or landing pages so you'll have to invest some time learning how the features work before it feels natural. In the end it's worth the effort but the learning curve is noticeable compared with some popular apps.
