Solid and user-friendly modern CRM

Pros

As per me it is a solid, user-friendly CRM with a modern interface and powerful capabilities.

Cons

The one thing I dont like is that it takes a while for campaign statistics to refresh.

very confusing and difficult platform

Pros

The support is reliable and the best thing is that we can actually book a call and speak with a real person.

Cons

I am unhappy with most things about the platform. It is not easy to use and the sales pipeline setup is completely confusing. The salesperson told me it worked like ActiveCampaign which I used for years but it is nothing like it and we have had constant problems. I regret signing a two-year contract and now feel stuck with it.

fast and simple setup

Pros

Setup process was so simple as I had everything up and running in about half an hour. Overall it was incredibly fast.

Cons

The company sent too many promotional emails when I first signed up which was annoying.

Affordable all-in-one platform

Pros

EngageBay is popular because it combines marketing, sales and customer service tools into one platform. It is also known for being more affordable than many competitors and for its easy-to-use design. The free plan is a big plus for small teams or new companies.

Cons

Fairly comprehensive system

Pros

This all in one system is very comprehensive and seems to offer more than most other platforms I come across.

Cons

I wish they offered a plan between Basic and Growth since the Basic plan is limited and the Growth plan is a big jump in price.

A fantastic partner for someone new to CRMs

Pros

For my team members who were new to CRMs, this has been the perfect starting point. The user-friendly design gets them up to speed quickly, and even with the learning curve, the support team is always there to help. The automated scheduler has really helped us stay on top of our outreach.

Cons

Some limitations include a mandatory signature at the start of emails, occasional delays in broadcast sends and corporate emails often going to spam despite delivery guarantees.

An incredibly user-friendly platform

Pros

The platform is incredibly user-friendly and their support team is exceptional. I had a problem that was fixed in just a few minutes by a friendly and helpful agent. So I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a smooth experience and great service.

Cons
