A clean website with quick support

Pros

EngageBay website is clean and simple to navigate and the support team is very quick to help whenever I contact them.

Cons

Pros

Everything we need is in one spot and getting it set up is incredibly simple and time savvy.

Cons

I feel like the per-user pricing can be a drawback but unfortunately that is just how most CRM systems are structured.

user-friendly interface at a reasonable price

Pros

The user friendly interface is a major advantage which makes it simple to handle customer relationships without a difficult learning process. The reasonable price also makes it a great option for small and mid-sized companies.

Cons

The file upload limit feels a bit too low to me and I think increasing it would offer more flexibility for larger files and improve the overall experience.

Complete and easy to use tool

Pros

It is a complete all in one platform that brings together CRM, email marketing, sales and support tools. It is also easy to use, even for people without a tech background and provides excellent value. The drag-and-drop email builder with automation is very handy and the support team is responsive and helpful. We can even create automated workflows to save time and easily track how our campaigns are performing.

Cons

Mastering some of the more advanced tools takes a little time. I would also like more flexibility when customizing reports and the mobile app could use more features. You might also encounter a minor bug occasionally, as with any software.

Excellent beginner crm

Pros

As a beginner CRM, this is an excellent partner that provides many easy to use templates. Though it takes a little time to get accustomed to but with support from the team especially Charles, Bob and Mark, the process has been smooth. The automated meeting scheduler also helps us engage with leads proactively.

Cons

There are a few restrictions like the small space for a pre-header before the email template, occasional delays in sending email broadcasts and some messages not reaching corporate inboxes despite delivery guarantees.

The ultimate all-in-one package

Pros

It is the ultimate all in one package. Their email marketing tool is currently my go-to partner because the features are unbeatable, great designs, pre-made templates, a landing page builder and so much more, all for a very reasonable price.

Cons

Confusing and glitchy platform

A perfect and complete tool

Pros

As per me this is a perfect and complete platform for small and medium-sized companies. The way it blends sales, marketing and service tools is seamless and the cost is much more competitive than other CRM options out there.

Cons

While the reporting tools are sufficient for basic needs, I think they might not be powerful enough for companies that require complex data analysis.

Pros

We needed to reach a large email list and found this to be a cost-effective solution. It has a solid set of tools for running campaigns and tracking which emails are sent and opened.

Cons

Powerful set of tools

Pros

You get a powerful set of tools for a very competitive price. Also the platform is so user friendly that even someone just starting out can use it effectively. Plus I was really impressed by how it brings everything together be it CRM, marketing automation, email campaigns and customer support that too all in one place.

Cons

We dont have as many advanced customization choices as we'd find with some top-tier CRM systems.
