Pros
Email templates are provided that is a great help in creating greater emails. It is easy to use. The customer support team is very responsive and are knowledgeable as well. They are very friendly and polite always. So far, I’ve had an amazing experience and I hope it remains that way.
Cons
The list shows only 100 customers at a time, not the complete list which kind of bums me out. I do wish there was a way to look at a lot more customers at once, rather than clicking on next to go to other pages.

Pros
The interface is user-friendly. The customer support team is knowledgeable and always responds to your queries. The email marketing feature is great and lets you keep track of all your customers, and who saw your emails and who clicked on the links etc. It is easy to keep track of how the campaigns performed. This tool can also be integrated with social media. It is great when it comes to managing contacts or customers.
Cons
Editing or copying campaigns is a bit difficult to do. In comparison to other similar tools it doesn’t provide many plugins. A few other things require improvement, like the reporting and tag management. There are many features that other products offer, which it lacks.

Hatchbuck a good start.
Pros
If you are starting off with the marketing thing, then I’d say that hatchbuck is a great tool for you to start with. It does almost everything, might not be that great, but still it does. The strongest feature of this system is its email marketing tool. However, it might be a little tricky to get used to it, but it’s a great tool and with the help of its templates you can easily create something wonderful to present to your customers. For its price, I’d say it a good tool.
Cons
When you start off with this product the price seems quite reasonable but as you expand your business and grow your customer lists, the price goes up and when that happens you might want to consider another tool for your company.
