Pros

This tool is super easy to use, sleek, user-friendly and highly customizable for me. It has generated a lot of internal enthusiasm.

configurable platform for operations

Pros

The flexibility to configure the platform to meet our business needs on both the sell side and buy side, along with integration to operational systems, is a major plus.

Cons

With such a highly configurable product I've noticed that the flexibility can introduce complexity especially when configuration changes are needed after the system is already live and filled with contract data.

centralized agreements for communication

Pros

All agreements being managed in one place allows me for effective communication.

Cons

In my view, having multiple agreements grouped so a single, consistent email can be sent to the end user would be a big improvement.

consistent agreement tracking

Pros

Having a consistent process for logging and tracking agreements makes workflow smoother for my team.

Cons

Pros

The system is simple in my opinion and the links make it easy to navigate quickly to the correct spot.

easy-to-use dashboard tool

Pros

I find it very easy to work with this tool. The dashboard is clear and the detailed help link provides everything I need to get started.

Cons

Global contract management platform

Pros

We use this tool to manage contracts worldwide for our high-volume software licensing programs. I appreciate how it supports our requirements out of the box and dynamically handles variations based on geography, industry and other attributes. The Azure-based platform scales perfectly and support has been excellent.

Cons

Setting up localized clauses and templates took longer than I expected. I would have preferred stronger bulk upload options to better support localized variations and while I explored the localization module, we haven't implemented it yet.

impressive dashboard and storage

Pros

The design makes me want to work, the dashboard and storage capacities are impressive. Updating contracts and tracking changes is very easy.

Cons

For me personally there's almost nothing that causes problems with the software and within my company, none of the other users seem to be facing issues either.

Time-saving automated features

Pros

Using this product has saved me a lot of time. The automated processes and auto-filled receipt information are very useful features.

Cons

The main thing I don't really like is that when there's a transaction issue, resolving it takes time because the process isn't automatic.

centralized creation...

Pros

I like the centralized nature of contract creation and the DocuSign integration is simple making approvals much faster.

Cons

What I dislike is that accurately capturing contract terms on third-party paper requires recreating the document within the system. I wish I could simply upload a third-party document and have the system automatically recognize the key terms which I understand may be coming in the future.

easy interface with strong support

Pros

I really enjoy the ease of the interface and the power it provides. Customer support has been the best I've experienced in my career, excellent people and excellent technology.

Cons

I do feel that the configuration phase takes a long time. While the resources for project configuration are excellent, the end-to-end timeline can be challenging in a fast-paced project environment.

Simple contract updates

Pros

Updating contracts and tracking changes is very simple. I also appreciate that the tool knows what I can update versus what requires legal review.

Cons

I feel that setup for logistics can be difficult especially since the platform appears more focused on the core business functions.

Admin-only template limitation

Pros

I like the dashboard and storage capabilities especially how redlined contract versions are saved within each contract folder.

Cons

Personally I'm not a fan of the fact that only administrators can upload templates. I've also been forced out of the program at times with a greyed-out screen when adding new companies or clients which means starting over.

Efficient electronic approvals

Pros

Finally, the electronic approval flow and documentation make managing contracts much more efficient for me.

Cons

I don't like that documents need to be downloaded, saved and then re-uploaded instead of allowing real-time updates.
