“tough upgrade and onboarding process

I think it's impressive for enterprise-wide use. I appreciate having one system across both buy and sell sides which makes updates, e-signatures, maintenance and role-based access much easier to manage.

Cons

Although the vendor was flexible and allowed customization maintaining those customizations during upgrades became tough. From my perspective the implementation team didn't guide us on best practices which meant spending a lot of time undoing earlier work and the overall implementation and onboarding process felt very long and tough requiring heavy user support.

This tool is a top contract management application from a company focused on contract lifecycle solutions. It helps me manage contracts from creation and negotiation all the way through execution and analysis with features like contract authoring, workflow automation, analytics and compliance management.

Cons

Sometimes I run into signature issues where documents need to be recalled and re-sent and there are no reminder emails sent to vendors for e-signatures.

Pros

What I really like is how it handles data transfer securely using SSL certificates. Knowing that information stays protected gives me peace of mind.

Cons

I've faced challenges during the process of generating CSR files and uploading them to the respective portals.

Being cloud-based is convenient for me and the platform offers good security which is important for sensitive contract data.

It would be much better for me if the system were more user friendly especially when it comes to easily searching for older contracts.

At times there have simply been too many errors and resolving them took significant effort. Even now I sometimes don't understand why I can't connect to the database.

AI-based functionality and futuristic approach is great in my opinion. Most organizations' CMS needs are well-covered by the ready-to-use features.

From my experience the implementation side needs improvement as working with the implementation partner was not very pleasant.

The UI feels a bit dated in my view and could benefit from updates aligned with the latest WCAG standards. I'd also really like to see more pre-packaged integrations especially with tools like Ariba.

Pricing on the App Store feels expensive to me and there also don't seem to be enough government users supported.

For basic contract storage the tool works well. One feature I frequently use is the "Refine search here" field it makes finding the right contract quick and painless.

There are quite a few things that frustrate me such as elastic search sync issues, difficulty editing contract fields, the inability to filter supporting documents per contract and having to take the system offline just to publish contract form changes.

The exporting feature is another pain point for me as exporting data in a more user-friendly way would significantly improve usability.

What bothers me most is that many integrations require customization to fit existing enterprise processes and I've found that this customization can become complex, time-consuming and costly.
