It was fairly easy for me to set up. However, the adoption rate is slow because many apps are not available for it, especially in a newer industry.

Insightly does a reasonable job as a CRM for me. It's quite easy to use and visually appealing. It has some integrations out of the box and is easy to customize.
Cons
There aren't any significant drawbacks to it. I'd describe it as a middle-of-the-road CRM system, not outstanding, but not terrible either.

Pros
As the title suggests, I've been using Insightly for a bit and I picked it because it was one of the few CRM systems that actually has different versions based on the type of organization that is using it. That makes the task management function perfect for me.
Cons
I find it a great bargain for a full system, but I'm really only using it for task management at this point. I haven't expanded my use of it much because much of the functionality seems counterintuitive. I need to explore, and as a growing company, we don't have much time for exploration!

Pros
In the free trial version, I am liking the contact database structure of the software and ability to manage them in a simplified way. I can contact clients directly and vice versa for any sales feedback or product issues. It is a very good CRM software.
Cons
So far, I haven't encountered any cons. However, I will know more after I get the full version of the software.

Insightly CRM is perfect for managing client interactions and streamlining my corporate processes. Integrating apps is very easy. I have connected multiple apps, such as QuickBooks Online, Google Drive, Twilio, Slack, and many more.

“A modern and easy to use CRM that will save you time and budget
Pros
The product is extremely easy to use and customize. The system is very smart and has many modern capabilities such as recognizing when there is an existing contact which in turn saves time and redundancies. Everything is very well connected together and the system makes links that show intel to grow off of.
Cons
There are some minor glitches that I can fix by refreshing the page, but they disrupt my flow. Pulling a report that connects multiple objects is also very tricky and sometimes impossible, which then calls for a lot of manual work outside of the CRM that can be time-consuming.

“Insightly is a great CRM Tool
Pros
Insightly offers many products and features to be a one-stop-shop in the administrative world. It allows me to keep all of my client information in one location and access it quickly and easily. I can email clients directly in the software as well as file previously sent emails to a client.
Cons
The way some of the fields are set up is not made for quick editing or copying. The phone number fields don't have an automated template, so the number can be input in any way. The address fields, specifically the state, don't have preset options and can either be an abbreviation or spelled out. It would be nice if these were preset so that it is uniform when printing reports, etc. Lastly, once I create a lead, even after converting it to a contact, the lead still shows up when that specific client is searched for. It can be confusing when I need to click quickly.

It was one of my first contacts with CRM many years ago, and I was delighted to be able to control all contacts centrally.
Cons
To be honest, I stopped using it because I found it quite complex to use. In fact, it was my first contact many years ago. Who knows, maybe I'll try again now that I'm more advanced in CRM.

What I like the most is its ease of use and its ability to adapt to my ever-changing business needs. With this platform, I can organize and manage all my contacts, leads, and tasks in one place efficiently. Cons
Although overall I am very satisfied, there is one small thing I would like to mention as a negative. I have sometimes experienced slow load times when working with large volumes of data or using more complex CRM features. Although this doesn't happen often, it can be a bit frustrating when I need to quickly access some information or complete an urgent task.
