Pros

My daily task scheduling, contact database management, and tracking sales have been simplified by Insightly, so thank you to the makers of this software.

Cons

There aren't many cons, but one I've found is that email integration could be improved. Other than that, it is fine.

Excellent CRM

Pros

Insightly Review

Pros

One of the things I liked most about Insightly was its comprehensive CRM functionality. The platform provided an intuitive interface that made it easy to manage and track customer relationships. The contact management features allowed me to store and organize all relevant customer information in one place. I also appreciated the seamless integration with email, allowing me to track and log communications with clients. The task and project management capabilities were robust, helping me stay organized and collaborate effectively with my team. Additionally, the reporting and analytics tools provided valuable insights into my sales pipeline and overall business performance.

Cons

While Insightly has many positive aspects, one thing I like least is the limited customization options. I find that certain aspects of the platform, such as the dashboard and report customization, are somewhat restricted. It would be beneficial to have more flexibility in tailoring the system to fit specific business needs. Additionally, customer support could be improved. There were instances where I encountered technical issues or had questions, and the response time and resolution process could have been more efficient.

It does the job but there is possibly better out there

Pros

The task and project management works well (even though it could be improved upon).

Cons

As a dedicated CRM system, I feel it's not the software's strongest element. There are definitely better options out there, but as a joint package, it makes up for its flaws.

It doesn't look good. The workflow is clunky. It's so beige. The graphical elements are uninspiring. It isn't intuitive.

Insightly is Great

Pros

The sheer volume of information I can store within this system is impressive. It allows me to keep track of an extensive amount of data, including client details, interactions, and project updates. The ability to maintain such a comprehensive database ensures that all necessary information is easily accessible whenever I need it, significantly enhancing my efficiency and organization.

Cons

There's no option at the top of the screen to move pages. This needs to be at the top and bottom. When I go in and make a change and save, it takes me to the beginning of the list instead of keeping me where I was.
