I've been trying for nearly a week to contact someone, anyone, whether for sales, info, or support with no luck. Except for a surprise call from the billing department.

“A Disappointing Experience
Pros
I find Ixact Contact to be an excellent platform. It's simple and perfect for beginners entering CRM. Inputting contacts is simple, and the monthly newsletter and drip campaigns are well-structured.
Cons
There is a complete absence of support, be it technical assistance or customer service, leaving users without any recourse or aid when encountering issues or needing guidance.

Pros
I used to appreciate being able to call and speak with a real person whenever I needed help.
Cons
They've shifted to offering support solely through email. This won't work for me, so I'm actively seeking an alternative.

“Excellent Features, Poor Customer Service
Pros
Ixact Contact works really well for how I manage my business. I especially like being able to add notes to client communications for future reference and the "Keep in Touch Coach" feature, which reminds me to follow up with clients at set intervals. Customizing "Activity Plans" to track transactions and interactions is also very beneficial.
Cons
Since last summer, Ixact has been randomly deleting my contacts without any clear reason. Since it syncs with Google Contacts, these deletions also affect my Google account. One day a contact is there, the next it's gone. I've spent countless hours troubleshooting with various Ixact technicians, but no solution has worked. They've even suggested the issue might be on my end, though that seems highly unlikely. They've acknowledged that others are experiencing the same problem. Despite my requests, they haven't reviewed logs to pinpoint the problem. Consequently, I've had to invest significant time rebuilding my Google contacts just to function normally. I've permanently disabled the sync between Ixact and Google to prevent further issues, but now I have to enter contacts into both systems separately.

“Great and easy to input information
Pros
I love how easy it is to input and access client data and information. Everything I need like spouse, children, address, email, and phone numbers is right there on one page when I call a client. I switched to Ixact for this reason, and I'm glad I did.
Cons
I'd appreciate having a page where I can easily view my transactions and potential transactions, including totals, without having to generate a report for this.

Pros
The system is incredibly user-friendly! The support is fantastic, and I really appreciate the monthly emails sent to both new and old clients. It keeps me constantly engaged with my clients. The referrals from the monthly newsletters are a bonus. I love how each email is unique every month. The "keep in touch" feature has received great feedback from clients. Overall, this is the best system I've ever used, and I highly recommend it!

Pros
It's easy to import contacts from all my other programs and devices. I particularly enjoy the automated email blasts.
Cons
Finding specific clients or lists of clients isn't straightforward. There are too many steps involved in the process. I wish I could instinctively see my list when searching for a particular group. I had to contact support to assist me in finding this feature. I prefer learning through hands-on experience rather than watching videos, so more live classes would be beneficial.
