Well I am quite pleased with how easy it is to operate. The interface is also very user-friendly and I especially like being able to build sales pipelines in the CRM so everything I manage remains neatly organized.
Cons

Honestly my praise is more about the person managing our account than the software itself. As they have been a true professional. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Plus they are always ready to help and genuinely look out for my best interests. Working with them has really impressed me and I believe they deserve recognition for everything they do.
Cons

I haven't run into anything in the software that I dislike. Whenever I stumble onto something I am uncertain about, I reach out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and he always gets back to me right away without any delay.

To be honest, I didn't notice that it offered many useful features for what I needed.

Honestly we hired them because they advertise SEO and website design services and while they did produce a decent video and a simple informational site for us, it felt overpriced. By the time we were paying their monthly fee it became clear this was something we could've handled ourselves with a bit of research and a lot less cost.

What I am stuck with is a $500 monthly charge for features that I can find elsewhere for free but they force it into the package. It feels like they're raking in cash while this portion is completely useless to me. I told them multiple times I didn't need those services yet because it's bundled I am obliged to pay $500 a month for six months.

I have noticed the platform pulls all of my data together into a single place making it easy for me to view everything in one spot.
Cons
When I tried to set it up on my own, the onboarding was really painful unless I had someone to assist me. I would avoid letting Madwire be the ones to configure everything up frontbecause moving off their system proved difficult later. Even if I was willing to pay them to do the migration. It feels like they're determined to lock you in and keep charging a 50% ad optimization fee no matter what.

Customer support is reliable and the whole platform is easy to use. The marketing automation has really helped our business grow as all managed from one place. I especially value the dashboard. It is essential because we can customize it to fit all our business needs and customer data. That level of flexibility has been really important for us.
Cons
As for downsides, quite often the scheduling tools haven't performed as I expected. publishing content can be awkward and unreliable and I ran into significant difficulty when I was trying to set everything up in the beginning. That initial configuration phase was frustrating and made launching campaigns harder than it needed to be.
