“Stole my money, shut me out”

Honestly I cannot find anything about this company that's worth praising.
Cons
This company is a scam. I handed them promises of services they failed to deliver and when I called them on it they went silent and shut down my access. I gave them keys to every one of my company accounts such as Facebook, Google and others and to this day I haven't seen a single ad run. Now I am stuck trying to figure out how to remove their presence from my Google Analytics. I have reached out repeatedly asking for a refund and have gotten no response. Please, stay away from this company. I believe the other reviewers are telling the truth. They aren't just angry customers, they're honest. I poured my last resources into this hoping it would save my business and it did nothing but leave me out of pocket. They advertise on social media that they want to help small businesses but in my experience it looks like they are only interested in stealing from them.

Cons

Pros
Using Marketing 360 has helped our agency boost its online SEO by more effectively targeting keywords and organizing content. Having social media management built into one platform also cuts down the time I spend publishing posts.
Cons
However I find the scheduling feature unreliable because it sometimes doesn't actually post content as planned.

“Paid millions, they kept the audience”

They actually have a handful of skilled writers on staff and in my experience they handle SEO pretty well overall.
Cons
When I dropped a million dollars having them run a Facebook campaign that built a 4 million-person audience, it turned out they claimed ownership of that audience not me. Walking away didn't get me the audience I paid millions to create they refuse to hand it over. I found out a month into a website rebuild that the Marketing 360 rep doing the work had no idea it needed to live on their platform instead of my own host literally one month before she knew. She'd been building the site and wasn't aware of that requirement. Six months on, they still couldn't port the site out. it remained under their controlso I had to rebuild everything from scratch. I made it clear before signing up that LinkedIn was my top priority yet my assigned ad campaign manager had never even used LinkedIn. I am serious this is all true and 100% factual.

Cons

Honestly nothing about my time with this company was enjoyable. I cannot point to one part of the service that felt satisfactory. At best, my account representative is friendly yet that friendliness doesn't mean he's competent at his role. Practically everything failed to meet expectations. As they offer abysmal customer service, poor communication and very limited onboarding assistance. I genuinely have no idea where those positive testimonials come from because none of them match my personal experience with this product.
Cons
I found every aspect of my experience to be dreadful, with unhelpful customer support, buggy software and virtually no communication. overall it was terrible.

I cannot honestly say there's much I like about this company as their salespeople will tell you anything to close the deal, then pass you along to someone else and completely stop communicating with you afterward.
Cons
We brought them on to handle our content creation, SEO and advertising, expecting results but after dropping more than $6000 and three months of time, we still hadn't seen any real deliverables. Deadlines were routinely missed or postponed and by the end of that three-month stretch there was nothing tangible from their side. To make matters worse, they took control of our Google account without warning us that this would happen and then offered excuses afterward. It took about two weeks to regain access, during which we lost thousands of dollars in revenue. When we finally asked them to produce content, their response was to slap together a tiny, barely-there blog post on our site after we had already asked to cancel.

From my experience their sales reps are excellent at promising you everything, only to pass you off afterward and then never follow up.
Cons
I encountered misleading business tactics where they deliberately stalled to roll me into another billing cycle. Several deadlines were missed and they delivered no content, SEO or advertising work at all. After I finally cancelled, they made a single half-hearted attempt to follow up. Their staff even seemed confused about basic metrics, unable to tell impressions apart from website visits clicks.

As a data enthusiast I get access to extensive analytics and can dig into the tiniest details. My love of numbers is well satisfied. this tool never disappoints me.
Cons
Honestly there is far more packed into this platform than I'll probably ever need or have time to use. What would really help me is a curated set of tutorials aimed at common roles, for example sales reps, project managers, CSRs, small-business owners, marketing specialists and similar positions so people in those jobs can quickly find what's most relevant. I barely have time to sift through the whole feature set myself and figure out how each tool fits into my daily workflow. If the product offered a dedicated tutorial page with a bulleted list of the most valuable lessons specifically for a Project Manager, it would make learning how to use this software feel a lot less intimidating.

I was really impressed with how Erin, Dylan and Summer handled building our website and creating the social media content. They made an effort to hear us out and then crafted marketing materials that genuinely reflect our mission and vision. They're easy to talk with, highly professional and consistently supportive during the whole process.
Cons
It took me some time to get comfortable with the different platforms but the company offers one-on-one training to help with that.

I have been working with Madwire for more than a year now. Overall my experience has been extremely positive. The team responds quickly whenever I contact them and everyone I have met has been both friendly and professional. I have gotten a lot of value from their creative input. Our website looks great on desktop and mobile alike. The marketing dashboard is also easy to use and navigate. They have also adapted our services as our needs have changed over time noticeably.

Creating emails was difficult at firstso I asked the team to build templates for me and that helped very much.

The website itself is amazing. I don't have to be heavily involved in marketing but it mostly runs itself. Still I get regular updates and can jump in when needed. Everything ties together nicely especially when managing email requests. Also it is a great fit for a retail service business like ours that needs to stay visible to the public.
Cons
I have no complaints for my company because it meets our needs and runs smoothly for us. That said I can easily picture situations where it wouldn't be suitable for other kinds of businesses that serve a different clientele or follow a different model.

The CRM software was not hard to learn. For me it was about setting aside time to explore and try things outkind of like getting a new smartphone. I discovered new features as I went along. I also really liked having everything right at my fingertips.
Cons
Sometimes I was not sure if the issues were on my side. As every now and then, the system or interface acted a bit off but nothing too frequent, however parts or language settings did not always seem to work together. When that happens, I just step away, relax and remind myself that these small glitches are normal with technology and nothing to worry about.
