Links ads directly to sales

Pros

Working closely with our marketing consultant, this tool links each ad's performance directly to our sales figures and historical revenue data. That clear connection gives our team strong confidence in the campaigns we're running and allows us to keep refining and optimizing what we're doing.

Cons

Every so often the software misses pieces of data which can produce some startling figures. When that happens, we always double-check the logs if we spot a big outlier to confirm the data was recorded correctly.

Paid for crm I don't need

Pros

From what I have seen, a few of the staff genuinely seem to care but there aren't many.

Cons

I end up paying for the CRM even when I don't actually need it.

pretty decent tool

Pros

Rachel is incredibly professional, genuinely kind and an outstanding problem solver. Her presence on the team genuinely elevates the company's value.

Cons

When I dealt with the sales organization, they overpromised and showed a poor attitude.

helps expands websites

Pros

Madwire 360 [SENSITIVE CONTENT] radiates enthusiasm and I appreciate his extensive background in expanding websites. he consistently makes himself available and replies without delay. For those reasons, I consider him a primary factor in why I rate Madwire 360 so highly as I do.

Cons

At first I thought the navigation felt unfamiliar and not very user friendly but it only took me a short time to get past that issue.

Onboarding made me feel confident

Pros

Starting a small business while trying to find the right marketing team felt overwhelming and quickly became just one more item on my already-full plate. After a friend recommended Marketing 360, they walked me through a huge range of things I simply don't have the background to handle myself and that education has been invaluable. Their onboarding experience made me feel confident that a knowledgeable group of professionals truly has my back. I am really impressed by the company culture that shines through every team member, the hands-on experience they provide to get my marketing in place and the extra suite of software tools they include that help me stay organized in both work and life.

Cons

I still have a lot to learn about marketing and while there are many areas where my knowledge is limited, I am genuinely eager to collaborate closely with the team and expand my skills and understanding through that partnership.

Weekly Zoom reviews help improve

Pros

Having a marketing executive to collaborate with has been really helpful! We meet via Zoom every week to review our progress, troubleshoot any issues and, most importantly, look for ways to do better.

Cons

The dashboard report is incredibly thorough but honestly it feels like trying to sip from a fire hose. I am fairly certain I am not making full use of everything included in those reports. There's also a weekly email summary yet it lacks any built-in comparisons. Showing raw impression or click counts without context. For example versus the previous week or a simple up-or-down indicator isn't very helpful. To be honest, I could probably live without that weekly email update entirely.

has everything to grow

Pros

Having everything needed to build and grow an online business available from one centralized easy to access place is something I like most about it.

Cons

At different points in our business lifecycle the fees menu can feel inflexible. I would prefer a system that lets me pick or omit particular features from the base price depending on my current needs at various stages of growth and with changing budget constraints.

Handles what I don't know

Pros

Yes I have received high-quality work and built friendly, personal relationships with the team. They handle tasks for my business that I simply don't know how to do myself. It is such a relief not having to worry about what to advertise or how to reach the right audience. Planning weddings is my strength and I am great at handling the details. But marketing to the right people is outside my skill set. Marketing 360 stepped in, took care of everything I did not understand and turned it into something I no longer have to stress about.

Cons

At the moment, I genuinely don't have any complaints. Whenever I send a question their waysomebody on the team responds and helps me out.

offers courteous help

Pros

I have found I can get ahold of someone at any time and they're consistently courteous and eager to help so everything keeps running smoothly. They ask a lot of questions and make an effort to confirm that what I want is exactly what's delivered. Nothing gets done without them checking in with me and getting my approval first.

Cons

My only real complaint dates back to the very beginning, before I was working with the team I have now. Back then I was promised outcomes that, in hindsight, were simply impossible. I have since learned this because my current, outstanding team walked me through, step by step, exactly how things should have been handled and how they continue to be managed today. I will say that once the company became aware of what had happened, they addressed it immediately and have done everything possible to support me and my business.

really like the personal approach

Pros

Well I really value their personal approach as I interact with the team on a first-name basis.

Cons

Initially my original representative quit just when we'd formed a strong rapport and I spent roughly three months trying to regroup and find someone who could properly take over with my company's interests in mind. During that frustrating period, upper management actually reached out to me directly and an owner called as well to apologize about the sudden departure and the roughly three-month limbo we endured while they searched for the right person for my campaign. When they finally assigned Sammy Rittner, it felt like a perfect fit. Sammy is bluntly honest, owns up when something goes wrong and then tackles the problem quickly and decisively. I am convinced that Sammy and they overall genuinely care about me and the best interests of my small business.

Brainstorm with real people

Pros

Being able to pick up the phone and brainstorm with a real person is fantastic! I have never been disappointed by the Marketing 360 team truly.

Cons

I find the legacy website system somewhat complex and it takes effort to get comfortable with it. The team has consistently helped me when I asked for support. I also know they're introducing a new platform soon.
