“Marketing team is excellent”
Pros
For me the marketing team is excellent and the 360 page is very user-friendly.
Cons
I have found that the sales representative switches too often which is frustrating.

“won't switch anytime soon”
Pros
Their practical know-how and the way my account rep handled things really stood out to me. They collaborated with me to customize my site and I figure a firm that grows beyond 600 people knows marketing. I have used other agencies with much poorer outcomesso I am not planning to jump ship again.
Cons
I have found they're not always niche specialists for our particular fieldso I have to be fairly involved with content decisions and design direction to get what I want. That's understandable though. On occasion my rep gets promoted and leaves which makes the handoff awkward as it's bittersweet because I prefer internal career growth. Also, the 360 dashboard feels like it could use a friendlier and simple interface.

“Brittany mosbrucker is my favorite”
Pros
Whenever I reach out, they're always happy to answer any questions or bounce around ideas with me. Brittany Mosbrucker has become my absolute favorite!
Cons
Right now I honestly don't have any complaints. Like I mentioned earlier, the team consistently helps us and supports initiatives that drive our company's growth.

Pros
My marketing lead is critical in helping me ensure that the business hits all of our digital marketing goals. They manage Google Ads and social media campaigns and they improve our SEO with blog content, site updates and other initiatives to boost performance.

I have found that the graphic designers frequently fall short of the quality and consistency I expect for my brand standards.

“Consolidated plans, great value”
Pros
For my workflows, everything is consolidated in one spot. Plus they offer a huge variety of plans to fit practically any budgetso I feel like I am getting the most value for my money.
Cons
I find that mastering all of its features feels like a full-time job as it's not as user friendly as I'd hoped and takes a lot of time before you can use it to its fullest.

“our team struggled learning it”
Pros
I am impressed by its search functionality and believe it performed well in helping my organization increase brand recognition and broaden our exposure.
Cons
Learning the tool required a significant amount of time to familiarize myself with its wide range of functionalities and I felt there were several real barriers to entry when it came to teaching colleagues and implementing it across my entire team.

“always reply quickly”
Pros
To be honest, I haven't actually started using the product yet because I am still working out how it fits into my budget. That said I want to share a bit about the customer service I experienced. It really stood out. Within an hour they replied to my pricing question which meant a lot coming from someone who runs a one-woman business. That quick response told me they genuinely care about each client, even solo entrepreneurs like me and are willing to help find solutions for small operations. By the end of our conversation I felt comfortable and at ease, like we had just made a new friend. They were upfront about what the pricing covered and what it didn't and there was no pressure to sign up or add extra accounts just for the sake of making a sale. Overall I actually learned from the interaction. They even gave me a chance to vent about the ups and downs of entrepreneurship for a few minutes which oddly felt very validating. While the plan is currently outside of my budget, I expect that will change soon and based on how everything is handled I don't plan to look elsewhere for marketing help. I never felt judged or dismissed because I don't have flexible funds right nowso from this initial customer service experience I am already convinced that they will help me build my business empire.
Cons
None at the moment since I haven't actually started working with it yet so no negatives to report!

“Friendly guidance, amazing communication”
Pros
What I really like is how user friendly and uncluttered the software layout feels. Even more important to me though has been the people who guide us through every step of the process. Plus they keep everything simple while answering every question I throw at them. Their level of communication is amazing.
Cons
I'd love to see a mobile app that's just as smooth and responsive as their main site.

“Couldn't tell if anything worked”
Pros
Honestly my experience with this software has been pretty disappointing. I have found the team to be rude at times and communication has been a recurring problem for me in the past as it feels like the company is too large to manage my account properly. My account kept getting passed from one person to another and I was constantly talking to different people just to try to get basic things done. I gave them another shot hoping they'd improve but the communication issues returned. As if one representative had an issue with me, I wasn't given a fair chance to resolve it. As a customer, I expect to be treated as right at times but that definitely wasn't the case here. I was let down before and I am just as disappointed now. On paper the software promises a lot and sounds impressive but I think Yodle delivers better results. I am not against using marketing firms in general as long as they actually perform but this one felt like a scam to me and I regret believing in it once. I even looked up the negative reviews before going back yet all I received were phone calls pressuring me. when I told them I was considering other options, the tone flipped from we want to work with you to we are not the right business for you. I was prepared to invest $7,000-$10,000 on PPC but after that treatment I walked away. They seemed to assume I was joking but I wasn't. I'll be sharing my experience everywhere because I don't want other business owners to fall for heavy-handed sales tactics. I even tried to verify their case studies and it didn't add up. Don't go here as in my view Yodle or JumpFly gives you better value.
Cons
In my experience it was awful as I couldn't tell if anything was actually working and it felt like a scam.

“offer a lot of features”
Pros
I have found Marketing 360 isn't hugely different from many comparable competitors in this space but I do appreciate that it packs more features and is genuinely easy to navigate and use.
Cons
For me the website and its marketing design tools include a lot of different applications lik emany more than I actually needed and a lot of them seemed pre-connected in ways I couldn't figure outso I didn't know how to remove or disable them.

“Handles large-scale enterprise work”
Pros
I am particularly impressed by the range of operations this software performs on a server. frankly, it feels like one of the top platforms in its field worldwide. In my experience it brings very positive attributes because it noticeably boosts an organization's productivity, delivering more stable, natural-feeling outcomes. I especially value how well it handles precise tasks at large scale whether we're talking about sales, financing, e-commerce or broad digital marketing campaigns making heavy-duty, enterprise-level work much more manageable and reliable.
Cons
For my team and me, it would be extremely helpful if the platform offered deeper customization to better fit our environment so we could work in a more comfortable, familiar way. That kind of adaptability would let us unlock higher performance across a much larger scale when handling business tasks. We'd gain a more satisfying visual experience and smoother workflows in core functions. Right now an important import option we need simply isn't available and that gap limits how effectively we can deploy the software.

“One-size-fits nothing we needed”
Pros
Honestly I cannot point to a single part of my experience that felt good. At best, my account rep is a pleasant person but being likable doesn't mean he's effective at his role. Almost everything else was disappointing such as terrible customer service, constant communication gaps and very limited onboarding help. I have tried to give them a fair shot and I am baffled by the glowing reviews I see elsewherebecause none of those positive claims matched what I went through.
Cons
Every aspect fell short. Their customer support was awful and the platform itself felt clunky and unreliable. It's sold as a one-size-fits-all solution but it didn't suit our needs at all. I'd be much better off choosing software tailored to my industry rather than trying to force this into workflows that weren't supported or thought through.

“give tailor responses automatically”
Pros
Using Marketing 360, I have noticed it actively searches for, evaluates and helps distribute leads to the right channels. It also includes drip campaign functionality, autoresponders and list-management tools for every contact, plus the ability to store your data directly on the marketing platform. I even work with a marketing consultant who helps organize business metrics. Based on how a client interacts, the system automatically tailors its responses in different ways.
Cons
I had to invest a significant amount of time learning the platform especially because I'd never used marketing software of this kind before. The payment and invoicing options feel limited to me. I wish there were more choices in this setup. Also, in certain parts of the dashboard I couldn't find the actual tool names I was searching for which made navigation a bit confusing.

“Team dodged responsibility like kids”
Pros
I noticed they didn't use any software. they simply applied a theme to my Shopify account, then made me reach out to Shopify when half the site stopped working.
Cons
For me it felt like everyone on the team was 22 or even younger and they routinely ignored emails and phone calls and didn't follow through on agreed goals or timelines. I felt they were very skillful at dodging responsibility in a passive-aggressive way, avoiding any real work. Dealing with them was like a slimy bargaining session with kids, trying to cajole them into doing the tasks I was paying them to handle which left me completely drained.

“Replaces multiple marketing companies”
Pros
We're a small business trying to step up our marketing and advertising a bit more. We started exploring it to simplify things and cut out extra costs. Up until now, we've been hiring different companies for separate parts of our marketing as one handles our website and we've attempted to run our social media ourselves with very little success.
Cons
I cannot point to anything I dislike about it. I was worried it might be too complicated to learn and manage but in reality it hasn't been difficult to navigate and has been easy to use.

“All-in-one streamlines daily tasks”
Pros
As a small company, we've been experimenting with various strategies to boost our online sales and because we handle everything in-house, a tool that covers multiple needs is invaluable. This all-in-one software streamlines many tasks and genuinely simplifies our day-to-day operations.
Cons
I haven't had any complaints so far. I am still getting familiar with the platform and determining whether it's the right kind of tool for our needs but up to now everything has been positive.
