Handles contracts and customer trust

Pros

Finally, a tool I am really going to enjoy using! It handles everything I need, offering the key features that help me push my business ahead. From contracts to online reputation and customer trust, it really supports me.

Cons

I noticed it doesn't work well initially until I have used it for a while. Because it includes so many features, it feels like overkill.

With Marketing 360, I feel they combine practical know-how and modern tech so I always have the tools I need to market and grow my business. plus they offer a full-service marketing team that can handle everything on my behalf.

Cons

Don't have any negatives as this software has been great. I haven't noticed a single missing feature I needed and I am pleased to be using it.

Attracted more clients who needed help

Central place for small team

Pros

We use Marketing 360 and it includes all the tools we need to run our marketing smoothly and without hassle. As a small company where everyone juggles multiple responsibilities, we find the platform pretty easy to pick up, effective for teamwork and reliable for managing and executing our marketing campaigns from one central place.

Cons

I have noticed the email builder feels somewhat more constrained than other well-known services such as Mailchimp which can be a drawback. That said I can easily work around it by creating more advanced visuals in a separate design tool and then importing those assets into the platformso it hasn't been a major issue for our team.

Great start but new manager ruined it

Pros

At the outset I was really impressed because the team did an excellent job and handled most of the heavy lifting on my website and the ads. I didn't need to be involved while the site was being built and it turned out flawlessly. I am still using the platform today and continue to pay the monthly hosting fee.

Cons

They switched my account manager and that was the turning point for me as everything started sliding downhill after that. The new manager refused to write any blogs and if I wanted edits made I had to draft all the copy myself. As a solo practitioner who pays roughly $1,000 a month, it was frustrating to be expected to produce my own content. I tried to use the creative time they allocate for tasks but those things never actually got completed and when I decided to cancel the service I lost some of that creative time as well. I even dropped my fuel credits after I began receiving calls from customers threatening lawsuits because they claimed they found a bug in their french fries. Despite canceling some services I still receive the monthly performance reports since I am continuing to pay for hosting yet when I reached out with a simple question about logging into UXI, he never replied. Now my account is managed by some nameless, generic person. I thought about returning if we could agree to terms and avoid being assigned another manager but instead I have decided to hire someone else to rebuild my site on WordPress.

Pros

After I poured more than $20,000 into their services, I ended up with nothing at all. in my view they're an outright scamso don't be taken in by their slick Used Car Salesman promises!

Cons

I consider it nothing more than a scam. it felt completely worthless and just a total waste of my time and money.

As a former client, I wouldn't hire Marketing 360 unless I wanted to feel scammed and watch thousands of dollars go to waste!

Cons

Pros

Marketing360 team is simply amazing as they're responsive, exceeded my expectations and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for great support.

Cons

Occasionally I struggle to grasp how some of the admin features work when I am managing my site although I believe the difficulty is mostly on my side rather than a fault of the platform.

Works on mobile but price is too high

Pros

What I appreciate about Marketing 360 is that, from my experience, it functions smoothly across all mobile devices which makes managing campaigns on the go really convenient.

Cons

However the biggest drawback for me is the price as it's expensive to use and that can be a real barrier when I am budgeting for marketing tools.

Pros
