Pros

Over the last two years I have had an outstanding experience with Madwire/360 Marketing. I am very satisfied with their work and the results they've delivered for us.

Cons

For me they do sit at the pricier end of the market but the outcomes make it worth the investment.

All tools to build a strategy

Pros

The platform provides a comprehensive set of capabilities for running tests, targeting ads and optimizing campaigns. It really includes all the tools I need to build an effective marketing strategy.

Cons

Overall I am really satisfied with the software as it covers everything we require, I don't have any complaints about it and I fully expect we'll keep using it for the long term.

Best option for online marketing

Pros

When it comes to online marketing, I am convinced it's the best option out there.

Cons

What frustrates me is that for better ads, I wish the platform would let me promote every organization I manage simultaneously when I pay for one campaign, instead of forcing me to set them up separately.

Actually delivers, unlike others

Pros

Marketing 360 actually delivers, unlike other tools that talk a big game but never follow through.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is it doesn't sync with Google Calendar and there still isn't a dedicated app for my phone.

Tweaks ad spend, see instantly

Pros

What I like most is how user-friendly it is. I can pull up statistics in seconds and move around without any hassle. I also appreciate being able to tweak ad spend a little and instantly see what difference it makes.

Cons

Honestly I haven't run into a situation where it couldn't deliver what I needed for its intended purposes. so far it meets all the requirements I am using it for.

Well I am really optimistic and I'll definitely recommend this to everyone I know and I am planning to upgrade to the paid version myself.

This CRM is decent. I mean it is not a bad portal at all.

Cons

Way too pricey. My team and I were pushed into upgrades in a way that felt aggressive and unrealistic. It drains so much money that it's virtually impossible for a DTC online retailer to turn a profit. From what I can tell, their services seem better suited to local businesses like think a dentist trying to drum up patient leads or maybe a tailor not brands pumping dollars into e-commerce ad spend. If your goal is to invest in ads and scale your online presence, this isn't the partner for that. They take a massive 37.5% cut of your ad spend as their fee which makes it almost impossible to see real returns on the remainder. We were spending north of $6k a month which I consider a healthy budget and yet the math just didn't work. All told, I put myself in a bad position by signing with them. Two friends I referred have had the same experience and were so frustrated that they even cc'd me on the emails to our salesperson and account manager to vent.

I can manage all in one place

Pros

I appreciate having a clear overview of my campaigns and being able to manage budgets all in one place.

Cons

Not being particularly skilled at navigating platforms like this, I won't blame the UX. I do need help sometimes and whenever I reach out, Madwire replies at lightning speed!

Best for growing a strong business

Pros

From my experience this is the best software for anyone looking to grow a strong business. I am telling you, it packs a lot of features for people aiming to improve their business. It includes website design toolssocial ad targeting, multivariate testing, website visitor tracking and a whole lot more.

Cons

I honestly have nothing negative to point out here because I haven't found any faults in this software. I am genuinely pleased with using it and really enjoy how well it works.

Limitless ways to attract customers

Pros

What I appreciate most about this program is the range of features it offers to help grow my business or broaden it. There are limitless ways to get my brand noticed or attract fresh customers. Isn't everything improved with an app? They've got one for this too which is fantasticso practically everything is truly within my reach.

Cons

I have noticed that as I install more apps on my phone this one becomes sluggish. Aside from that, I am really fond of it.

marketing knew nothing

Pros

From my experience I found they're masters at promising the moon up front, luring you into high expectations and convincing you they're a true one-stop shop for every aspect of marketing. I have noticed their sales team is excellent at selling those grand visions and essentially making promises their marketing team cannot actually fulfill.

Cons

We were very impressed by the salesperson we worked with on the front-end as their skills and polish were easily a hundred times the caliber of the marketing account manager assigned to us on the back-end. In fact, we ended up having to educate our own account manager about basic industry concepts like domain and page authority. He hadn't heard of those terms and seemed to dismiss them as irrelevant. That should have been a red flag and it got worse when they insisted on routing everything through their proprietary control panel instead of letting us view performance in the Google Ads interface. Their setup felt like a giant shell game full of shiny distractions and obfuscation. Whenever an agency claims it has a superior tracking system to Google's, we learned the hard way it's time to run. We allocated a $3-$5K monthly budget and kept them for four months but the campaign produced only two traceable sales totaling about $2,000 in gross revenue roughly $600 in profit. After sinking roughly $15,000 into their services to net only $600, we decided it was time to stop the bleeding, canceled our account and switched to a boutique marketing firm where we finally work directly with genuinely knowledgeable marketing professionals.

Pros

They are an excellent company and clearly experts at what they do. They provide valuable, practical insight into marketing strategies and honestly I couldn't be happier with the results I have seen from them.

Cons

That said I find their pricing can be steep since it feels like you're billed for every single service or task they perform. They truly deliver quality work so it's often justified but managing the ongoing costs can be pretty challenging for me.

My experience with Marketing360 has been thoroughly pleasant. I have loved using Madwire. The customer support is responsive and really courteous. the company is dedicated to providing you with the best work experience and help you make the best of the money spent.

Cons

Pros

The entire staff at Madwire is highly professional and amazing to work with. Social Media marketing through Madwire is incredibly easy and efficient with guaranteed results. You do not even need to be tech-savvy to operate this system.
