Pros

Marketing 360 platform works reliably and takes initiative. I really appreciate the practical tips and little tricks that support me in more areas than just the digital side of my work.

Cons

My main issue stems from my own limited tech skills when it comes to navigating the system. While the interface is pretty user-friendly, it still requires a bit of time and practice for me to feel comfortable using it.

We have used a number of marketing tools before opting for Marketing360, and I have to say, by comparison, it is miles ahead in performance and efficiency. Everything is well-organized, it is easy to use with amazing features. on top of that, their support staff is the best!

Let me tell you I have worked with several marketing people at Madwire and I would honestly recommend them without hesitation to anyone wanting to grow their business through social media. I am not very social media savvy and did not really understand how it works but the support team put everything together for me. They gave me the tools and explanations I needed and smoothly handled the rest. They made our social media approach simple and easy to follow and always brought fresh ideas and real expertise to guide us in the right direction. I am extremely happy with the level of service, quick responses and creative input. I'd tell anyone no matter their skill level to consider Madwire for improving their social media marketing. Overall I have been really impressed and fully stand behind this recommendation.

I cannot rave enough about what this software has done for my work life. I can monitor the hour by hour progress for every penny spent on campaigns. The software is incredibly simple to use, no complex steps and turns. If you follow all the steps, there is close to no chance you will find any difficulty right from the beginning, and if you do, their brilliant support staff is always there to help you with anything.

I chose Marketing 360 mainly because of its wide range of features as having so many tools in one place made things much simpler for me. It wasn't just convenient but it also helped me save money. The team even built my website faster than promised which really exceeded my expectations. Over the years, I have worked with several marketing companies and the ads we have run through them have been the most successful by far. My account rep is always actively improving our campaigns and that hands-on attention has made my PPC ads convert better than ever before. Just last week, my PPC conversion rate hit 42%! Based on my results, I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for an all in one marketing solution.

Cons

I prefer to break my bills down into weekly payments when possible but with Marketing 360 the only option available is bi-weekly. Because of that limitation I cannot split my monthly invoice into weekly installments and I would really like the flexibility to pay my monthly bill on a weekly schedule.
