pulls everything together

Pros

Beyond just offering an all in one, cross-platform marketing suite for small businesses, we have been really impressed by our account representatives. They know their stuff, genuinely care about our marketing results and provide lots of practical advice without pressure. Plus they're hyper-responsive and patient when we have questions. For a small business like ours that couldn't even begin to tackle SEOsocial media, website optimization, review management, Google PPC, blogging and everything else much less pull those elements together into a cohesive, consistent marketing approach this is an ideal solution. I also find the creative team to be top-notch.

Cons

My only real complaint is that it's hard to know exactly how much of my monthly budget is actually going toward media spend. For example, if I allocate $2,000 a month to AdWords, that $2,000 gets converted into M360 currency before anything is spentso I always end up wondering what that equates to in Marketing 360 dollars. Other platforms we've used laid out precisely how many dollars went straight to Google, for instance. Still, I have to admit the outcomes we've seen with this service are stronger overall which is ultimately the most important thing.

Patient rep launched my business

Pros

Honestly my rep was incredibly patient, supportive and really got where my frustrations were coming from. He nailed getting my business launched and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marketing 360 anytime!

Cons

There's really nothing negative to point out as my team handled everything so well that I had no tasks left to deal with.

Marketing 360 doesn't overlook any detail in my campaigns or setup which makes it the best.

Cons

As a new user I found it a bit tricky at first but the support staff walked me through everything.

Pros

The reps are good and fast. Their helpful and considerate support made getting started incredibly simple and stress-free from day one.

Cons

My only annoyance was that there were no responses over the weekendso I had to wait until Monday for replies. I get that's how it is thoughso it's not a problem.

I have found it very user friendly, the service is great and the results have been excellent. it's well rounded and provides marketing support in all areas.

Cons

Sometimes I find that explaining exactly what I want to them is difficult, mainly because I don't always know what I want. beyond that, I don't really have any complaints.

Pros

Working with their team has been excellent. I have noticed they're extremely quick to respond and consistently stay on top of everything. The customer service representatives are exceptional too as they are very prompt and helpful and they keep all necessary resources centralized. They grasp our needs immediately and jump into tasks.

Cons

I do find the service fairly pricey. In my experience you still have to invest in visibility like paying to be noticed because in today's crowded digital landscape so many other products are fighting for those top search or first-page spots.

Pros

What I like most about this app is how it can showcase content and products to people around the world in a full 360 degree view. Also I found it really easy to adopt, use and run which made integrating it into my workflow painless. Plus the way the software is built is impressive because it consistently helps generate leads and turns casual visitors into steady customers.

Cons

Personally, the feature I like least about this software is its call-to-action functionality. it doesn't feel very effective. In my experience the app's prompts and CTAs aren't particularly smart at guiding customers toward taking actionso it could definitely use improvement in that area.

Pros

When I work with them, the team is incredibly friendly, very efficient and consistently available to handle my marketing needs.

Cons

I have noticed that you do have to spend money but then again, who doesn't need to invest to make returns. For what it's worth, the software is affordable and the team is flexible with my budget. Still, if I want noticeably better outcomes, I have to put more money into it.

Pretty powerful dashboard

Pros

Marketing 360 dashboard is quite powerful and flexible, letting me set up multiple custom views so I can monitor different aspects of our digital marketing performance. It also makes it pretty easy to drill into individual campaigns to get clarity on engagement metrics and conversion outcomes.

Cons

One drawback I have run into is that paid campaign data from platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn aren't included in the main dashboardso I have to pull a separate report to see those results. Another missing piece is follower counts for our social pages having those visible in the same place would help me get a fuller view of overall engagement.

like easy to understand reports

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how extensive the amount of data the platform contains. The site is very easy to navigate and it's structured to present all of the different analytics we need to measure and assess the performance of a specific marketing program. Every report is displayed in concise, easy-to-understand layouts. From a single user-friendly location I can instantly review our entire social, website and e-mail programs without jumping between tools.

Cons

Because the platform is so feature-rich, I found there's a bit of a learning curve before I can fully grasp all of its capabilities and how everything works together.

Pros

Marketing 360 lets me link up with other services. I was able to hook up YouTube, Facebook and Google Analytics without any trouble. Honestly I didn't expect a cloud platform to be this user-friendly and convenient.

Cons

Unfortunately, I cannot use it on my Android, iPhone or iPad so I am stuck using only the web interface. That can be awkward at times because I often want to step away from my computer and get work done from my phone.

Simplest new tool to learn

Pros

When I recently started a new job, I had to learn all the tools they used. Among them, Marketing 360 was one of the simplest for me to pick up.

Cons

Because I am not very tech-savvy, I found it challenging to make additions or edits on their website platform, like adding, updating or changing content without help.
