Pros

I find it easy to use across all social media platforms for marketing. It covers all topics and products I want. It reduces the hassle of marketing-related emails. Scheduling appointments for meetings is quick and done online. The follow-up for billing and invoicing is excellent.

I cannot mention any benefits. The marketing pitch was appealing because it promised centralized data analytics and the convenience of outsourcing these tasks, allowing me to focus elsewhere. However, this did not happen.

Cons

I do not recommend this company. I hired them for website and social media marketing, but it took three months to get an active website, with no advertising during that time. We missed major holidays and an event, and we are about to miss another advertising opportunity because the ads are still not active. The ads they created were simply copies of pictures from the website or just the information we provided. I have tried to resolve these issues, but they remain unresolved. Additionally, I paid for an analytics dashboard that wasn't linked to Google or Facebook ads for several months.

Cons
