I cannot mention any benefits. The marketing pitch was appealing because it promised centralized data analytics and the convenience of outsourcing these tasks, allowing me to focus elsewhere. However, this did not happen.
Cons
I do not recommend this company. I hired them for website and social media marketing, but it took three months to get an active website, with no advertising during that time. We missed major holidays and an event, and we are about to miss another advertising opportunity because the ads are still not active. The ads they created were simply copies of pictures from the website or just the information we provided. I have tried to resolve these issues, but they remain unresolved. Additionally, I paid for an analytics dashboard that wasn't linked to Google or Facebook ads for several months.

Its a comprehensive solution that works for freelancers, small businesses, and large companies alike, all at a very reasonable price.
Cons
I found that while the platform offers a wide array of functions, my team faced initial barriers due to the steep learning curve during onboarding. The generated social posts seemed generic, and the hashtag suggestions could be more effective for social media marketing.

I had a lot on my plate, including starting a new business and searching for the right marketing team. Then I found Marketing 360, which taught me a broad range of topics I had been clueless about. The onboarding process greatly increased my confidence in their expertise. I enjoy working here because of the positive business culture each team member brings, the expert assistance with setting up my marketing and the additional software tools that help with time management.
Cons
While they may not always be experts in our field, we collaborate well to fulfill their requirements. I also like internal promotions, but I am not fond of switching to a new representative when mine advances. The 360 dashboard could benefit from some user interface enhancements.

I LOVED my web design team. They were attentive, listened to my needs and did a marvelous job. I LOVE my website.
Cons
Except for the initial contact and web design, my experience was terrible. There was a lack of communication and I felt misled multiple times. Despite paying a significant amount, I received little value. While I did manage to secure a partial refund after discussions, I remain hopeful that my negative experience was limited to a few individuals. The person I initially spoke with was great, but the content and social media aspects were among the worst professional encounters I have had.

There are no benefits. This company is only interested in making sales, not providing real customer service. They call you back but only offer empty promises. I was scammed for $2000 after their misleading presentation. I discovered their reputation after signing the contract and requested cancellation the next day. Despite sending letters and making numerous calls to the corporation, managers, and sales reps, they did not cancel my contract for about 30 days. I had to dispute the charges with my bank, but they upheld the contract and did not return my money. My only recourse is a lawsuit. They count on the fact that most people might not sue them. A company that truly cares about its customers would return the money and cancel the contract after just one day. Since they put in no effort, I will get my money back one way or another. If you have had a similar experience, join me in suing these scammers. We need to stand up to them.
