Pros

Marketing 360 helps me target my audience and understand their preferences, which maximizes my sales. I can manage all my social media from a single platform, which saves me the hassle of switching between platforms and saves time. I can also post content simultaneously across all my social accounts. The staff are fantastic brilliant and professional which makes working with them very enjoyable. Their response time is the quickest I've ever experienced. I recommend this tool 100%.

Cons

Marketing 360 consistently exceeds my expectations every single day of use. It is an exceptional tool that never falls short.

A Comprehensive Review of Marketing 360

Pros

What I liked most about Marketing 360 is its wide range of features. The software provides a powerful set of tools that are highly effective for our business. Its also very user-friendly which makes it easy for our team to navigate and use. Integrating it with our existing processes was smooth and hassle-free, which saved us valuable time and effort.

Cons

While Marketing 360 boasts numerous strengths, some areas could use improvement. We believe certain features need further development or customization. Initially, we faced challenges with certain aspects of the product, but the responsive support team assisted us in overcoming them.

Pros

I did like the initial work Marketing 360/MADWIRE did on creating my website. Despite some delays in communication on my end, the final product was visually appealing and I was genuinely happy with the result. Unfortunately, this was the only part of their service that met my expectations.

Cons

Lack of Transparency: I felt genuinely frustrated due to unclear communication regarding service costs, particularly content creation charges. The pricing for short blog posts seemed excessive given their mediocre quality. Quality of Service: I was dissatisfied with the service quality. Content output was disappointing, and the advertising strategy proved ineffective. I achieved better results independently. Customer Service and Communication: I felt blamed for slow communication and believed my requests were disregarded. My account manager failed to deliver tangible results. Refunds and Billing Practices: Unjustified charges, especially for content creation and unused advertising budget, left me infuriated. The company's refusal to refund the unused budget upon contract termination was unjust. Website Shutdown: To aggravate matters, they shut down my website immediately after contract termination.

Marketing 360's user friendly interface and the wide customization possibilities is something I like. As my business expanded, it enabled me to more efficiently manage leads, daily activities, projects and overall marketing initiatives across multiple channels and different teams.

Cons

I really wanted this to succeed so badly and their sales staff are excellent.

Cons

Having served as a corporate CIO and later as a management consultant, I have partnered with a wide range of firms and frankly this experience stands out as one of the worst I have ever had. It's the only vendor I have dealt with that refuses to engage in any meaningful negotiation toward a fair settlement as they wouldn't even let me speak directly with someone in leadership so we could try to resolve things together or at least understand each other's points of view. The salespeople sold the vision but the delivery team failed to follow through. They billed me for three months worth of payments across a two-month span, even after I explicitly asked them to stop and during that period they produced nothing that met our agreed-upon deliverables. Simple requirements were ignored. Corporate color standards I had supplied were not followed, images bore no real relationship to the accompanying copy, chunks of text were missing and some passages were simply incoherent. I gave them a detailed document with the correct text and they still couldn't implement it correctly. A concrete example is that they altered our logo's colors. When I asked for corrections they fixed the colors on one page but left the others unchanged. I would have been skeptical if I hadn't witnessed it myself. Whenever I raised these problems they retreated to a so-called contract that, in practice, doesn't behave like a real contract. I tried to work things out but delivery still failed. they continued to charge me after I told them to stop and now refuse to let me speak with anyone in charge. Instead they threaten to levy a breakup fee and offered to waive that plus an arbitrary $1,200 fee which is still less than the recurring monthly charge. If you've had a similar run-in and pursued a claim against them, please reach out as they ignore people one on oneso I am hoping we can join forces and get their attention as a group.

Jan Van Noord from Stewart Construction and Carpentry. I wanted to share my experience with this tool. Honestly I am very happy with how things have gone especially working with Chrissy. Brandon and Krissy have also been very helpful and Krissy in particular has really stood out since I have worked more closely with her. She's delivered quick, real results on my account and the whole team has been professional in everything they do for us. I don't want to understate Krissy's role as shes been a true asset and I believe in giving credit where it's due. The idea that we get back what we put out such as our feelings, intentions and values really resonates with mebecause I have seen that tenfold through this partnership. Overall they have done an amazing job on my account and continue to support and improve it. I am truly grateful for their efforts.

Cons

Fixed headaches quickly

Pros

Previously I used a mix of apps to create statuses but this app has fixed many of my headaches. Finding and attaching images for mass emails has become easy thanks to it. The collaboration features are strong and rewarding. It also helps me engage with clients more effectively.
