“awsome features but no Spanish version
Pros
Marketing automation is the thing that really grabs my attention and I'm impressed by how robust the design studio is when I create campaigns, itspowerful and flexible.
Cons
Can't find any Spanish version anywhere, from what I've checked, it might simply not be available yet.

“An excellent Marketing Automation tool and very easy to use
Pros
Marketo facilitates easy implementation and provides intuitive features such as segmentation customer journey mapping email marketing lifecycle management and lead scoring. Its seamless integration with CRM systems analytics tools and social media platforms allows for building a unified martech stack.
Cons
Marketo's analytics section offers limited customization. Unlike SFDC which allows extensive customization Marketo lacks the same flexibility. Building dashboards and similar tasks require additional tools which can be challenging across platforms. Customer service in general is not as satisfactory and upgrades are infrequent with minimal communication to customers. Training and certifications are also expensive.

Honestly I am amazed at how it removes the drain of manually managing marketing automation workflows. Because everything's integrated I can oversee and refine campaigns from one place, which saves me a huge amount of time. The user interface is friendly, the analytics are comprehensive and overall performance has been consistently solid. Using this tool has helped me realize the full potential of marketing automation and has genuinely pushed my business onward. I'd definitely recommend trying it out if you're looking to align daily operations.
Cons
Data imports take too long and it's very frustrating when duplicates keep showing up. Keeping my records clean and accurate shouldn't be this difficult. The interface also needs improvement and it feels overly complicated for basic tasks and should be made simpler for everyday use.

I find creating smart lists very engaging and they allow me to target contacts across our whole system using behavioral signals as well as demographic information.
Cons
The built-in email and landing page editors are basically unusable, so I have to rely on outside tools which adds extra costs. Also, subject lines won't show up in reports unless you pay for the 'Revenue Explorer' add-on, which is frustrating. Our instance often times out whenever we're trying to schedule emails, forcing me to reload or deal with errors. Even though some parts of the product feel interactive, we ultimately had to bring in consultants because the support team wasn't very helpful, creating yet another expense to actually get worthwhile results from this platform.

I'm able to build scalable workflows and launch automation routines that actually fit our requirements. Those folder-structure choices keep me organized and let me handle everything a lot more efficiently.
Cons
The sync behavior in this tool is different compared to what I'm used to with Pardot and I miss being able to generate tracking links, that was a key feature I depended on heavily. Once you've worked with other platforms, a few restrictions here become pretty obvious and can be frustrating.

It packs almost everything I could ask for but getting it configured felt like a job for a specialist or developer because there isn't much in the way of interactive setup.
Cons
customer support is almost non-existent. Time and again I had to lean on community forums, Google searches, industry contacts and outside consultants because getting straight answers from their own team simply didn't happen, which was really frustrating when I needed help quickly.

Its a tremendous value for companies aiming to grow quickly, whether they're focused locally or eyeing international markets. I can build much more accurate mailing lists by segmenting audiences around personas and individual preferences. Its automation tools let me rapidly assemble in-depth customer profiles while I run intelligent campaigns, things like email invitations, reminder messages and event follow-ups,across all of my communication channels. For me it's become an indispensable digital tool that combines serious power with an easy-to-use interface.
Cons
The platform can feel really complicated. It takes a lot of time to learn and you have to keep planning carefully to use it well. I also keep having problems when syncing with Salesforce, duplicate emails and names show up a lot which makes managing leads much harder than it should be.
