Powerful automation for conversions

Pros

Meritto's automation and workflow setup are simple and have helped me improve conversions. The way tasks move through the system saves time and keeps things organizedso I can focus more on results. These features really support better follow-ups and make the whole process much more effective.

Cons

My only concern is the payment gateways mainly because they are connected through third-party providers. I feel less confident relying on those external services compared to trusting Meritto's own platform. That makes me a bit cautious, even though my overall experience with the software has been very positive.

Safe and simple to use

Pros

It is really simple to use and understand from the start. What also gives me confidence is that it feels very secure and I have not had any worries about data piracy while using it.

Cons

So far I honestly have not come across any glitches while using it and my experience has been consistently trouble-free.

helpful training

Pros

The tool is really useful in day to day work and from my experience it's also quite simple to train people on. Because of that, onboarding feels faster and I have noticed it helps reduce errors as well which makes the overall process more reliable for me.

Cons

Sometimes it gets stuck and that really needs to be fixed quickly. When that happens, it slows down my whole workflow and delays the process.

seamless workflow overall

Pros

I like that the work flows smoothly and I can get things done without issues. Overall I use it comfortably every day and it's been very reliable overall.

Cons

The area where I feel improvement is needed is the service speed whenever a problem comes up. I'd like to see issues resolved faster because quicker support would make my overall experience even better.

Lead management that really helps!!

Pros

It handles lead management well and I like the flexibility to customize messages and manage emails. Those features make daily communication much more organized and I can keep things aligned without much confusion.

Cons

Following up with leads one by one can be difficult and a bit time-consuming. I have also noticed that users don't have permission to delete unwanted leads on their ownso that task can only be done by an administrator which does slow things down for me sometimes.

Powerful lead tracking experience

Pros

this tool is really user friendly and it works especially well for managing leads efficiently. What I like most is that I can directly use Ameyo within it which makes my workflow much more convenient and practical.

Cons

I am concerned about speed because at times I notice it becomes extremely slow and affects how quickly I can get things done.

Helpful call-back stage tracking

Pros

The software helps me manage different stages clearly and customers can request a call back when needed. That makes the whole interaction process feel more organized and useful.

Cons

There is no follow-up reminder available. Because of that I have to remember things on my own and it can become hard to keep track of pending follow-ups.

Love the lead tracking

Pros

While using Meritto, the lead tracking really stood out to me, it helped me keep up with prospects and stay on top of follow-ups and it made my work feel much more organized.

Cons

when I open the CRM in multiple tabs, I get logged out automatically. That part has been a bit frustrating especially when I am switching between tabs during work.

Lead filtering that really helps

Pros

The lead sorting works well as it helps me filter and organize leads much more effectively. That makes it easier to focus on the right prospects instead of wasting time sorting through everything manually.

Cons

One limitation is that I still cannot get talk time data and automated email updates are also missing. These gaps have not reduced the overall value for me but they are definitely areas I'd like to see improved.

User-friendly tool

Pros

Meritto's user friendly interface makes the platform comfortable to work with on a daily basis. I have also had a really good experience with its comprehensive lead management features and assigning leads to colleagues is quite convenient from my side. On top of that the customer support has been excellent whenever I have needed help and the seamless integration with other tools has added a lot of value for me.

Cons

It does feel a bit expensive. I also think some competitors offer more advanced features at the momentso I'd personally like to see it introduce those kinds of capabilities as well.

simplified admissions with strong analytics

Pros

It really helps simplify the admissions process with an interface that's easy to use. What stood out most to me were the strong analytics, smooth integrations and excellent support team as they are always available when help was needed. Overall it's made our work much more efficient and noticeably improved the overall experience for students.

Cons

Overall it works well for the most part but I have noticed a few minor issues. Like at times there are occasional glitches with integrations and I felt the customization side came with a fairly steep learning curve. Still these were more like small challenges than major problems for me.

Powerful features and flexibility

Pros

Meritto is efficient and packed with useful features that support a wide range of needs. I also like how much flexibility it offersespecially when it comes to customizationbecause it lets me customize the platform to fit my workflow. That said I did feel that the large number of customization options could be a bit challenging to navigate at first as a new user. I also noticed a few occasional glitches but overall I still find the platform highly capable and valuable for day to day use.

Cons

At times the customization settings can feel a little overwhelming especially when I am trying to get things set up quickly. I have also run into occasional integration glitches which can interrupt the experience now and then. Another area where I think it could improve is the reporting feature because I would personally prefer more user friendly templates that make report creation faster and more user friendly.

Helpful tools for multitasking

Pros

It is pretty simple to understand and I can use its tools while handling multiple tasks at the same time without feeling lost. Overall that makes daily work much more manageable and keeps everything moving efficiently.

Cons

Now and then I do run into glitches and bugs and that can interrupt my workflow when work is pending. So I feel those issues should be reduced because they can occasionally slow things down during important tasks.

Helpful lead filters

Pros

Filtering options are the best because it really helps me find leads quickly and organize them into the right categories without much confusion. Plus it makes lead management much more structured and efficient during daily work.

Cons

One thing I have noticed that the lead pop-up does not appear during working hours and because of that, the leads sometimes get reassigned or swapped with another user. This can create confusion and affect timely follow-up.

Pros

Cons

From what I have seen, integrating it with existing systems can still be challenging especially for institutions with older systems or complex IT setups. Also I think the platform would benefit from stronger integration tools and smoother migration options which would make adoption much easier for organizations that are not starting from scratch.

admissions and lead handling done right

Pros

I use Meritto for lead assignment, application forms and admissions and it has been really helpful in keeping these processes organized. The platform makes it much easier for me to manage incoming leads and handle admissions work without things getting confusing. What I like most is that I can keep track of these important tasks in one place which saves me time and helps me stay on top of the workflow.

Cons

Not every lead is useful as the quality can be a bit mixed at times. That said some leads do convert and work out wellso it's not a major issue for me. While a few leads are not very promising, others still bring value and make the system worthwhile overall.

helpful lead tracking app

Pros

Using it is not a problem from the start. I can add notes and set follow-ups for each lead daily which helps me stay organized and not miss important conversations. What I really like is how convenient lead nurturing and engagement are. Plus the app gives me complete info on each leadso I can handle interactions with confidence. As an NPF user, I can also check my daily performance in it which is really helpful for tracking my work and staying on top of targets.

Cons

The thing that bothers me is that I am not able to delete leads that are not valid from NPF. That limitation can make the lead list feel cluttered at times.

Secure and handy to use

Pros

It is really user friendly and it also feels secure and convenient to work with in my day to day use. Overall everything is quite handy which makes the platform pleasant to use regularly.

Cons

Well the issue with the leads management section is that invalid or uninterested leads cannot be deleted. That's been a bit limiting for me when I am trying to keep the lead list clean and up to date.

Powerful lead and campaign tracking

Pros

The lead scoring, secondary lead handling, territory-based assignment and campaign-wide filters are really useful in my daily work. They also help me track and manage leads much more effectively and the system gives me a great way to stay organized across different campaigns.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is better visibility into lead activity or student activation. If those leads could be highlighted more clearly through filters or similar options, I think the platform would be even more effective for monitoring follow-ups and prioritizing the right records.

Lead tracking that really works!!

Pros

Meritto is very simple to use and it helps me quickly identify leads and keep track of everything in one place. Plus the workflow is pretty simple and I am able to stay on top of lead management without getting confused.

Cons

The part I like the least is that whenever I want to save a lead, I have to open the edit option first. In my view that extra step feels a bit unnecessary and makes the process less convenient than it should be.
