Everything i need in one profile

Pros

I can access everything I use right from my profile which makes the experience feel very convenient and well organized. It is also helpful to have all the features I need in one place, instead of having to search around for them.

Cons

As far as I have seen, it feels like a really good CRM overall. As it works well for what I need and leaves me with a positive impression of the software.

fantastic crm for lead tracking

Pros

This has been an ideal CRM when it comes to managing records and keeping track of leads. Also it is really reliable for organizing data properly and it helps me stay on top of lead management without feeling messy or confusing.

Cons

I have noticed that the web-based version and the Play Store app don't offer the same level of access. That difference can cause a problem when I switch between devices.

Comprehensive and reliable lead insights

Pros

What surprised me most given how simple it is is how complete it feels. I can easily access the lead information I need and the details are usually accurate and useful. Plus it gives me the right information at the right time which makes handling leads much more convenient.

Cons

There is a problem that the lead data is not always organized properly so I sometimes have to spend extra time sorting through it myself. At times I also could not find the relevant leads I was expecting which can be frustrating when I need more targeted information.

Helpful filters

Pros

It is very user friendly which helped me get started without much confusion. What I like most is the wide range of filters as they make it much easier to sort through things and find exactly what I need. I have also been able to connect with the right people quickly which has made the overall experience even better.

Cons

I honestly don't have many complaints about it. At times I do get logged out on its own which can be a little annoying when I am in the middle of using it. Aside from that occasional issue, I haven't really faced anything else worth complaining about.

reliable database everyone prefers!

Pros

Meritto has a really well-organized database management system and that's one of the main reasons it's preferred by almost everyone in our organization. Plus it helps keep information structured and accessible which makes day to day work feel much more manageable.

Cons

Not being able to view all my leads at once is a problem. As I have to spend extra time searching around to find what I need and I feel that part could definitely be more improved.

Friendly interface and solid access

Pros

It is very simple to work with and the overall accessibility has been really helpful in my daily use. What stands out most is the friendly interface as it is easy to navigate without any confusion. In short the platform is user friendly and makes regular tasks feel much more manageable.

Cons

More frequent app updates would be great. Also bug fixes should be rolled out faster as issues come upbecause that would make the overall experience even better and keep the app feeling more reliable.

Accessible lead tracking anywhere

Pros

I can access leads from almost any device which makes the platform very convenient to use throughout the day. I also find the CRM module easy to use and the filters work well helping me manage lead data in a more organized way.

Cons

The process of closing out a lead can sometimes take a long time. So that part feels slower than it should and it's frustrating when I need to move quickly.

quick add and accurate data

Pros

The reason I don't dread data entry anymore is how user friendly Meritto feels in day to day use. I can move around the system without getting confused and the quick add feature has been really helpful when I need to enter information fast. Plus the data has also been accurate which gives me more confidence while using it regularly.

Cons

Only concern I do have is around privacy. As I have noticed that leads can be accessed by other users and that doesn't feel secure enough to me. As per me this could be handled better by adding a private code or some kind of restricted access option so lead information stays more protected.

lead tracking that delivers!!

Pros

It captures leads from almost every possible sourceso I do not have to worry about missing inquiries coming in from different channels. I have also found the communication automation very useful because it helps me stay connected with leads without having to manually follow up every single time. On top of that I can track leads properly throughout the process which gives me much better visibility into what is happening and helps me manage everything more efficiently.

Cons

At this point I honestly have not come across anything I would specifically complain about or hesitate to recommend. As there has not been any issue significant enough to mention as a drawback.

Workflow tools that really help

Pros

For the past 12 months I have been using Meritto at my workplace and my experience has been quite positive. As the software is user friendly and the workflow management tools are well designed and genuinely useful for day to day operations. What has helped me the most is the task scheduling feature since I can manage assignments more efficiently and cut down a lot of the manual workload we used to handle before we started using it.

Cons

Back when the company was still called NoPaperForms, I could reach the team directly by phone which felt much faster and more convenient. Now that support is ticket-based, response times have increased and getting help can sometimes be a bit challenging.

Pros

It's been really helpful for managing student recruitment and enrollment and it does a great job supporting educational organizations around the world. Plus it covers the needs of the process well and brings real value to institutions looking to improve admissions and enrollment results.

helpful lead tracking companion

Pros

The software is really easy to use and it works well for managing data on a daily basis. It even provides proper and accurate lead metrics which helps me keep track of performance without confusion. What I also like is that the reminders and notifications keep me updatedso I don't forget to connect with clients at the right time.

Cons

Honestly I do not have any major complaints to share. The only issue I have noticed is that downloading data can sometimes take a bit longer when I am dealing with more than 1000 leads.

powerful reports and automation

Pros

What makes Meritto such a time-saver for me is how user friendly it is. I can access multiple reports without any hassle and that really helps me keep track of things better. On top of that the integration with our ERP has been very useful and I have also loved the workflow automation because it saves me time and reduces manual effort.

Cons

As for drawbacks, I honestly have not run into much. As it is mostly a one-time setup and after that everything depends on how the platform is configured and used.

comes with rich features!

Pros

Not only is the interface user friendly but it also comes with a complete set of features. Plus I can access what I need without feeling lost. At the same time, I find its functionality quite comprehensive which makes it useful for handling multiple tasks in one place.

Cons

I haven't faced any real issues with it and don't have anything specific to dislike about it. That said I can understand how some users might find the initial learning curve a bit challenging especially when they are switching over from a different system and are already used to another way of working.

Wonderful reports and customization

Pros

I have had a really positive experience with Meritto. The product feels well thought out and I especially appreciate that it offers A-Z custom reports which has been genuinely useful for my work. From my side, that level of reporting flexibility makes the platform stand out and adds a lot of value.

Cons

To be honest, I have not come across any major downsides, there were a few minor glitches here and there but in my experience they were manageable and got resolved without becoming a serious issue.

Clean dashboard experience

Pros

The user dashboard is clear, precise and accurate which helps me keep track of things without confusion. the information is presented in a way that feels reliable and easy so I can quickly understand what I need to see while using Meritto.

Cons

Updates can take quite a while to appear and I usually have to refresh the page manually before the latest changes show up. In my usage, that slows things down a bit. I have also run into an issue where the calling function does not work on iOS which has been frustrating when I need that feature.
