“Essential for daily enrollments!
Pros
For the past two years, I have been relying on Meritto as a key part of my day to day work and it has played a major role in helping me generate enrollments consistently every single day. In my experience it has become an essential tool in managing regular activities and supporting enrollment efforts on an ongoing basis.
Cons
I have been noticing recently a lot of inconsistency with the calling feature over the past few months. From my side, that has been frustrating because it affects follow-ups and makes communication feel less reliable than it should be.

Meritto formerly NoPaperForms is really simple to use and that has made my overall experience with the platform very positive.
Cons
What stands out on the downside for me is that Meritto formerly NoPaperForms feels quite expensive compared to some other options.

“Stale features and missing tools

the onboarding process was handled well and I felt supported by the team throughout the setup. I also found the customer success team to be responsive and available whenever I needed help which made a difference while getting started.
Cons
something that has really frustrated me is that I haven't seen any meaningful feature improvement in more than a year, even though there are some major flaws in the product. In my experience customer feedback doesn't seem to be taken seriously by the product team and that has been disappointing. I have also run into a lot of missing functionality, to the point where we ended up moving most of our applicant tracking work into Google Sheets instead.

“Missing basics and weak focus
Pros
only the CRM dashboard feels fairly decent and I found the customer support team to be okay as well.
Cons
What really stood out to me in a negative way was the lack of customer focus. I also felt the product is missing basic features and to me it seems like very little thought went into how it was actually built.

Pros
If I had to highlight one thing about Meritto, it would be how strong the marketing automation features are. In my experience they work really well and have been genuinely impressive to use.
Cons
From what I have seen, the analytics section is fairly good and definitely useful but I still feel it has room for improvement in a few areas.

Pros
Well the lead management and follow-up process are especially usefulparticularly for counsellors who need to stay organized and keep conversations moving. it helps me manage leads more effectively and makes regular follow-ups feel much more structured.
Cons
One thing I do feel is lacking is the way applications are segregated and having only a single sibling form available feels like a drawback for me. In my usage, that limitation stands out as a minus point and could definitely be improved.

What I appreciate most about Meritto is that I can pull customized reports based on what my team actually needs instead of relying on fixed formats. I also like that real-time data is availablebecause it helps me track updates instantly and make decisions without waiting around for manual reporting.
Cons
integration can be a bit challenging especially when trying to connect it with other tools. I also feel the pricing is on the higher side compared to similar products in the market which can make it a tougher choice from a budget standpoint.

“accurate lead tracking
Pros
The reason I trust the data I am working with is how user friendly Meritto feels in day to day use. I found the lead capturing to be accurate and updated in real time which really helps me stay on top of follow-ups. The learning curve is quite low as wellso I was able to get comfortable with the system without spending too much time figuring things out. Another thing I appreciate is the dashboardbecause it gives me a clear and proper overview of what is happening.
Cons
One issue I have noticed is that it works reliably only when I am using one year of data. In my experience older data from the previous year has to be removed from the system to get proper reports for the current year and that is a limitation. I feel there should be a year-wise filter available directly at the dashboard level, while all historical data should remain active in the CRM so I can compare performance across different years. When more than one year of data is kept in the system, I have seen discrepancies in the dashboard numbers which is frustrating. Because of that, I end up manually maintaining an Excel sheet if I want to preserve historical data in the CRM.

What gives me confidence when I compare it to other platforms is how user friendly Meritto feels in day to day use especially when I compare it with other platforms in the same space. I have also noticed very minimal data discrepancy which gives me a lot more confidence while working on it.
Cons
At the same time, I have come across a few glitches while using Meritto and I feel it still needs more frequent updates and stronger innovation to keep up with changing needs.

If you work in education and need a platform that actually fits, here is my perspective: Meritto brings together a full set of tools that education institutions actually need in one place. From my perspective, it covers lead management, enrollment management, CRM, reporting, analytics and more which makes it feel like a well-rounded platform rather than a patchwork of separate systems. I also find the interface user friendlyso working through different functions feels more comfortable and organized. It stands out as a strong solution for managing the entire student journey efficiently.
Cons
That said I can see a few areas where Meritto may feel challenging for some users. In my experience platforms with this many features often come with a learning curveso getting fully comfortable with everything could take time. I also feel that limited customization options might be a drawback if someone wants a more tailored setup. On top of that, integration hurdles, occasional technical issues and the overall cost could be concerns depending on the institution's needs and budget.

What I appreciate most about Meritto is its lead management. Whenever our team managers need any kind of report, I can explain the data clearly and create different types of reports without much trouble, the reporting flexibility has been really useful for our team and helps me handle lead-related work more effectively.
Cons
I have noticed that uploading or downloading data takes quite a long time. While it doesn't happen all the time, it can still be frustrating for me when I need to access or transfer information quickly.
