Helpful filters and a friendly platform

Pros

The feature that probably saves me the most time in Meritto is the filtersbecause they help me organize things better and make my work much more manageable. I find that using them saves me time and makes the whole process feel more convenient from my side.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any major complaints because the filters make things much easier for me and the platform itself feels very user friendly. In my experience it has been working really well and I have found it to be a very good platform overall.

strong lead management features

Pros

The CRM is pretty great overall and what really stands out to me is how well it handles lead management. the lead management options are especially impressive and give me a lot of useful ways to track and manage prospects effectively.

Cons

One issue I have noticed is that the ads side tends to lag quite a bit. When I have two Chrome tabs open, the call accept button sometimes disappears and that has been frustrating during use.

Effective filters and solid results

Pros

What I like most is how effective the filters are and they really help me get exactly what I need without much effort, everything else has also worked really well and overall I feel the platform is excellent to use.

Cons

If I had to point out one thing, I'd say the dashboard could be made more presentable overall. It works fine for me but I feel a more polished and visually appealing layout would make the experience even better.

Helpful for customer tracking!

Pros

I find this software really simple to use and it works very well for keeping customer information organized and properly managed. it has been quite effective in handling details without making the process complicated which is something I really appreciate.

Cons

As far as I have seen, everything has been good overall and I do not have any major complaints. The only issue I have noticed is that the site lags although aside from that, my experience has been positive.

accesible lead management tools

Pros

Meritto is really helpful for managing our leads, handling bulk communication and using several other features that support our daily work. It has been contributing a lot to how we manage outreach and organize things more effectively.

Cons

One thing I still wish for is two-way communication on WhatsAppbecause that would make the communication feature much more useful for us.

Helpful reminders for admissions

Pros

Something that has made a real difference in how I work is Meritto's reminder functionalitybecause it helps me stay on top of important follow-ups and tasks without missing anything. In my experience those reminders have been genuinely useful and make the admissions workflow feel more organized.

Cons

From what I have seen, NoPaperForms works well as an admissions management platform. I have found it to be a great option for handling admission-related processes overall.

Convenient calling and data entry

Pros

Helpful activity and productivity tracking

Pros

I can keep track of every single activity on this platform and it also helps me clearly see my productivity at work. having that level of visibility makes it much easier to understand what I have been doing and how my work is progressing throughout the day.

Cons

Good interfaceespecially laggy filters

Pros

I find Meritto quite simple to use and the interface feels clean and user friendly. the UI looks good and overall most things about Meritto have worked well for me.

Cons

What really frustrates me is the lagging issue. While working at Physics Wallah as an Academic Counselor, I have noticed that the NPS slows down a lot whenever I apply filters. Even on a MacBook, the system still lags and that is the one part I genuinely dislike. I really want this to be fixed.

Overpriced and frustrating crm

Pros

To me, this just feels like another CRM on the market and I found that the product has been cluttered with a lot of unnecessary features that only made the overall experience worse.

Cons

one thins that stood out in a bad way was the support which I found pathetic. In my experience the staff came across as arrogant and on top of that, the pricing felt far too high for what was being offered.

Efficient workflow across modes

Pros

Flexible integrations i really value!!

Pros

This tool offers a variety of integration options which has been really useful for connecting it with the other tools I rely on. that flexibility makes the platform more practical for day to day use.

Cons

One issue I have run into is that the Meritto app often doesn't let me place calls directly when I need to. In my usage, that can be frustrating and interrupts the workflow more than I'd like.

Pros

The reason I don't need to switch between multiple systems is that Meritto comes with a wider range of features and functionsso I can use it for multiple tasks instead of relying on different tools. that variety makes the platform feel much more useful in day to day work.

Cons

Dashboard does not offer enough detailed functionality in some areas. Because of that, I sometimes face difficulty while using itespecially when I need more specific options or deeper visibility.

Responsive support, pricey model

Pros

the team has been very responsive and seems to understand timing, situation and context really well when support is needed. I felt that their approach was thoughtful and they usually handled things with good awareness of what was actually required at that moment.

Cons

What didn't sit that well with me was the pricing structure since the cost charged per applicant felt higher than average. On top of that, I also found the advance payment requirement to be on the higher side which made the overall financial commitment feel heavier.

Admissions management done right

Pros

It is really helpful when it comes to handling admissions and enrollments. it keeps things organized and makes the overall process much more manageable. The team has also been fantastic and very supportiveso I'd definitely say they're doing an amazing job.

Cons
