Excellent support for admissions

Pros

Meritto is a really valuable platform for managing admissions and enrollments. it helps me stay on top of the process without much hassle and the support team has been genuinely helpful whenever I have needed assistance. I truly appreciate the effort they put in and I'd say they're doing a fantastic job.

Cons

What I also like is that the graphics and overall user interface feel very good to use. In my experience the design is pleasant and I find the platform comfortable to work with on a regular basis.

Admissions platform that delivers

Pros

If I had to describe Meritto's impact in one word, it would be transformative for the admissions process from end to end. In my experience the platform brings together efficiency, flexibility and useful customization in a way that really helps educational institutions manage admissions better. I have also found the analytics quite insightful since they give me a clearer view of performance and help with decision-making. Overall I feel it has genuinely transformed the way admissions are handled and I would definitely recommend it.

Cons

From my side, I can say the payment process has been good to use and feels convenient in day to day work. I have found it simple to manage and that adds to the overall positive experience. Based on how it has worked I would still highly recommend it.

Well-organized customer database

Pros

The reason I can find customer information without digging is how convenient the customer database feels in day to day use. the information is arranged in a way that helps me stay organized and I can manage customer details without much confusion. I also appreciate how the system supports better organization overall which makes regular tasks feel more structured and manageable.

Cons

One thing that has been frustrating for me is the calling process in Meritto. the calls simply do not get connected and that disrupts the workflow when I need to reach customers quickly. In my usage, this issue has made follow-ups harder than they should be and it affects the overall experience with the platform.

Helpful filters and campaign setup

Pros

What honestly surprised me most about Meritto is how accurate the information is when I use filters in lead management. I can also create a new campaign on my own without much hassle and assign it to team members for admission conversion which helps me manage the workflow better. When I enter candidate details, the system feels very user friendly and convenient to work withso my daily tasks get handled quite comfortably.

Cons

The main problem I have faced is during the admission process when a candidate completes an admission payment or application form payment on the admission portal but that update does not appear on the student NPF timeline at the same time. Because of that delay, I am not able to take timely follow-up action for admission conversion and in some cases the candidate loses connection with the counsellor.

Best lead management gui

Pros

the lead management interface is the best part of Meritto. I really like that I do not have to rely on paper forms and compared with LeadSquared and ExtraaEdge, this setup feels much better to me for handling leads efficiently.

Cons

Overall I have found everything to be good in NPF, except for the document management part. In my use, that area still feels like it needs improvement compared to the rest of the system.

Fast payments and good experience

Pros

Helpful productivity and workflow insights

Pros

I can quickly check productivity reports and keep track of the workflow which really helps me stay updated on how things are moving. it gives me clear visibility into day to day performance and makes monitoring work much more convenient.

Cons

I have noticed that some leads do not merge or sync properly and this usually seems to happen when there is a network issue. In my use, that can be a little frustrating because it delays updates and creates temporary gaps in the data.

Lead management that really helps

Pros

As per me the lead management feature is genuinely useful and filtering leads makes my daily work much more organized. the platform is simple to operateso I can handle tasks without feeling stuck or confused.

Cons

the paperless forms section works a bit slowly. In my usage, that occasional lag can be frustrating when I need things to move faster.

best for lead conversions

Pros

I have seen this platform do a really strong job of helping turn leads into admissions which is the biggest reason I rate it so highly. Compared with other options I have used or seen, this one honestly feels like the best among them when it comes to managing that conversion journey. it supports the admission process in a way that feels reliable and effective.

Cons

One area that still needs improvement, in my opinion, is the call score feature. I have also noticed that the scoring and waiting-handling part is not as good as it should beso that side of the system could definitely work better.

Strong features and customer journey

Pros

What stood out to me from the start is the range of features Meritto offers and I have also had a very positive experience with the overall customer journey. From my perspective, the platform covers the key needs well and feels thoughtfully built for users.

Cons

That said I do feel the navigation could be made more user friendly. In my experience the lead module and opportunity module would both benefit from being simplified and the filtration process also needs to be clearer and more easy.

Flexible crm with useful integrations

Pros

The combination of ease and adaptability is what works for me as Meritto feels user friendly in day to day work. I find it really convenient as a CRM and I also appreciate how adaptable it is when it comes to integrating additional features based on what I need.

Cons

One issue I have run into is that I cannot place calls through the mobile application which is frustrating when I am away from my desk. Another thing that bothers me is having to log in again and againbecause it interrupts my workflow more than it should.

Fantastic for lead tracking

Powerful lead management overall

Pros

Meritto is quite user friendly and from my experience it works as a complete lead management system. For my daily workflow, it covers the core CRM needs really well and overall I feel it is a very good CRM platform to work with.

Cons

What has been frustrating for me is having to log in again and again which interrupts my work more than it should. I also haven't been able to make calls through the mobile app and in my use there are no notifications for new leadsso it's possible to miss fresh opportunities.

Reliable across every device

Pros

It is really convenient to use across all my devices and that flexibility makes a big difference in my day to day work. the app feels very reliable and I can count on it whenever I need it. Lead updates feel effortless

Pros

Using the Meritto app has been really convenient for me. I can update every lead without any hassle, make changes to lead details through the available options and filter leads whenever I need to find something specific. it has made lead handling much more manageable and practical in day to day work.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints about the Meritto app. In my experience it has been awesome to use and I haven't come across anything significant that I would criticize at this point.

Better lead tracking and follow-up

Pros

I can quickly find our hot and interested leads and manage them in a much more organized way. it really helps me keep track of important prospects without missing follow-ups and that has made lead handling feel more efficient overall.

Cons

One thing that still confuses me at times is the default calendar being set to 30 days. I would prefer having the option to customize it myselfbecause that would make planning and tracking activities a lot more convenient for my workflow.

Really helpful overall

Pros

I have had a good experience with it overall and it's been quite helpful for my needs. From my side, everything works well for the most partthough I'd still like to see more features added because that would make the platform even more useful in day to day use.

Cons

What I have noticedthough, is that the payment options and document upload feature sometimes hang while I am using them. payments also don't get reflected properly which can be frustrating and definitely needs improvement.

Helpful automation for lead handling

Pros

I really like the way Meritto handles this process automatically. Once a student makes the payment and starts the application form, my leads get assigned into applications without me having to do it manually and that saves me a lot of time. this feature has been especially useful for managing admissions work more efficiently.

Cons

I do feel the platform gets a bit slow and frustratingespecially when I am using filters. There have also been moments when it shuts off on its own which makes the workflow feel hectic and interrupts what I am doing.

Quick sharing across channels

Pros

I have been able to send admission links to students through multiple options like WhatsApp, email and SMS which makes the whole communication process feel much more convenient for me. What I really like is that I am not limited to just one channelso I can reach students in the way that works best for them and for me.

Cons

I'd still like to see more features added to the appespecially options like auto-calling and automated WhatsApp messages. those additions would make the platform even more useful and help save more time during follow-ups.

Helpful for daily leads

Pros

It i really helpful for handling daily leads and keeping track of calling activities without much hassle. managing these day to day tasks feels more organized and I can stay on top of follow-ups more comfortably.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is a UPI scanner added in the payment tab. That feature would make payments more convenient for me and would improve the overall experience even further.
