Very useful for daily tasks

Pros

The features are really impressive and they help me handle my day to day work in a much better way.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints so far. Everything has been working really well for me and I'd say it has been one of the best apps I have used.

Quick access to approved forms

Pros

If there is one thing that saves me from digging through piles of records, it's that I can quickly locate my admission records and payment-approved forms whenever I need them. that part feels convenient and helps me keep track of important documents without wasting time.

Cons

On the downside, I have noticed that the lead management side is not always reliable. I feel it falls short and lacks the consistency I need which can make that part of the workflow a bit frustrating.

Lead tracking that keeps me organized

Pros

I can quickly find leads by using the filters and that really helps me stay on top of my daily work. it makes managing routine tasks much more organized and convenient throughout the day.

Cons

I notice the app becomes quite slow and I need a strong internet connection for it to open and work properly. In my experience that can be frustrating when the network quality is poor.

Lead management that just works

Pros

The reason lead management no longer feels like a chore is how user friendly Meritto feels in day to day use. I can get around the platform without any confusion and managing leads through it has been really convenient for me. it helps me stay organized and handle lead management in a much more efficient way.

Cons

I have noticed that a few filters I need are still missing. While that hasn't taken away from my overall positive experience, I do feel the platform would be even better for me if those filtering options were added.

Simple for new users

Pros

a new user can start using this product without needing any formal training which makes the onboarding process feel quite easy and approachable.

Cons

What I do missthough, is document management for applicants since that feature is not available and it limits how efficiently I can handle applicant files in one place.

Convenient tools for data tracking

I find Meritto very convenient to use and it has made handling day to day work much more manageable for me. the data management features are quite useful and I also like the analytical tools because they help me keep track of things more effectively.

Cons

One issue I have noticed is that the notifications are not always properly handled which can cause me to miss updates at times. I have also run into situations where I am unable to connect on calls through the app and that can be frustrating when I need to communicate quickly.

Helpful filters and simple access

Pros

it is really simple to use and getting into the platform is quite convenient for me. What I like most is that the filters are easy to applyso I can quickly get to what I need without feeling lost or confused.

Helpful for contact and time tracking

Pros

What helps me stay connected and on schedule is how simple Meritto feels to use in day to day work. I can reach out to contacts quickly and that has really helped me stay on top of communication. On top of that, I have found the time management side quite useful because it helps me organize my tasks better and keep things moving without much hassle.

Cons

Filtering options are quite limited compared to other CRM tools I have used. I would personally like to see more filters addedbecause that would make searchingsorting and managing records much more efficient for me.

Fantastic crm experience

Pros

I have had a really positive experience using Meritto. From my side, it feels like one of the best CRM platforms because I can access it without any hassle and get my work done quickly. Overall I have genuinely enjoyed using Meritto and it has been a very satisfying experience for me.

Cons

I did notice that some additional filters are still missingso there's definitely room for improvement in that area. From what I have seen, adding more filter options would make the platform even more useful for my work.

Missing lead alerts

Pros

I find Meritto quite simple to use and it lets me manage leads according to my specific requirements. it has also been helpful in improving my productivity and keeping my work more organized.

Cons

What frustrates me is that I do not get notifications when leads are engagedso I can easily miss important updates. On top of that, I find it very difficult to locate multiple contact numbers which makes the process more inconvenient than it should be.

Helpful during technical work

Pros

Lead handling feels effortless

Meritto is really user friendly and managing leads through it has been very convenient for me. the payment options are also simple to understand and use which makes the overall workflow feel much more comfortable.

Cons

Admission tracking feels reliable

Pros

Its admission stream and overall process is quite organized and it helps me stay on top of things without getting lost. tracking each step is pretty easyso I can quickly see what's happening and what needs attention.

Cons

An issue I have run into is with fee payment through debit cardbecause it shows failure quite often. In my case, that part has been frustrating at times since the payment does not go through reliably on many attempts.

Helpful reminders and follow-ups

Pros

The reason I never miss a beat with follow-ups is how well Meritto handles follow-up notifications, along with its mailer and text reminder features. They help me stay on top of communication and make it much easier for me to keep track of pending interactions without missing important follow-ups.

Cons

One thing I feel could be better is the calling interface. In my experience it still needs improvement from a user perspective and I think a more refined and user friendly calling setup would make the overall experience much better.

Saves our valuable time

Pros

Meritto is very time-efficient because I can get my work done in much less time. I find the platform easy to understand and using it feels user friendly for my daily tasks.

Cons

Powerful lead tracking tools

Pros

Well the lead management in Meritto is pretty impressive. The way it handles and organizes leads works amazingly well for my daily tasks and I especially like how useful the filters are. With those filtering options, I can quickly sort through data and focus on the right leads without wasting time which has made my overall workflow much better.

Cons

I do notice that Meritto hangs a bit when there are too many leads loaded at once. In my experience this usually happens during heavier usageso it can slow things down temporarily when I am working with a large volume of data.

Helpful daily follow-up reminders

Pros

What I appreciate most is getting daily marks updates along with follow-up remindersbecause it helps me stay on top of my work and keeps my tasks organized throughout the day. I feel more in control of my leads when those reminders come in regularly and that has made my routine much more manageable.

Cons

On my side, I still haven't been able to use this app on my iPhone which is definitely frustrating. I also find it difficult to change the lead stageso that part of the experience could be made more convenient.

Reliable support over the years

Pros

What has stood out to me most while working with Meritto CRM over the last five years is how dependable their service response has been. I have come across quite a few incidents during that time and in most cases I received timely assistance from the team. their support feels consistent and quite distinct because they respond on time and help resolve issues without making me wait too long.

Cons

One issue I have noticed is with the payment integration process. I have experienced repeated payment failures and it is not always clear whether the problem comes from the integration itself or from some other technical reason. That part has been frustrating for me on occasion and is an area where I feel the system could be more reliable.
