Helpful data capture fields

Pros

The product is designed in a way that lets me collect data records quite effectivelyespecially because the unique fields are well thought out and genuinely useful.

Cons

What has been frustrating for me is the backend issuebecause it makes loading data extremely difficult. As a result, the whole process takes far more time than I would like.

Customizable and feature-rich platform

Pros

I found Meritto simple to get used to and it didn't take me long to adapt to the way it works. What I like most is that it comes with a lot of important features already includedso I don't have to depend on too many extra tools. In my experience the customization options are also really useful since I can adjust the platform based on my specific needs and workflow.

Cons

One thing that does bother me is having to log in again and again whenever the tab stays idle for a while. From my side, that repeated sign-in can feel a bit annoyingespecially when I return to continue working after a short break.

Helpful dashboard experience

Pros

I found the dashboard really simple to read and the overall flow made sense to me from the start. As I kept using Meritto, I was able to understand how things move through the system without any confusion which made my work feel much more manageable.

Cons

When I use the WhatsApp Business account features, I notice that the options feel quite limited right now. I would really like to see an update that adds more functionalitybecause at the moment the feature set seems minimal for what I need.

Love the filters and layout

Pros

What I really love about Meritto is the interface. It feels user friendly to me and I can use it without any confusion. I also really like the filters because they help me work faster and find what I need without wasting time.

Cons

What stands out to me is that Meritto includes almost all the filters and options I need for lead management and the admission process. it covers the essential functions well and supports the work I handle on a daily basis.

Powerful lead management filters

Pros

The lead management in Meritto is really effective. I use multiple filters regularly and that helps me identify the right prospects and generate higher revenue from my pipeline.

Cons

the platform can feel quite difficult for a new user at first. Because there are so many filters available, I sometimes feel confused while trying to find the correct set of leads.

Pros

I really like how Meritto helps me keep data managed in a secure way. that part feels reliable and gives me more confidence while working with important information on the platform.

Cons

I'd also like Meritto to do a better job of helping me manage the status of all leads and send alerts accordingly. In my usage, having clearer tracking and timely notifications would make the overall process much more effective.

Helpful enrollment automation platform

Pros

What I like about Meritto is that it's very simple to use and it has helped me move away from paper forms completely. the enrollment solutions are quite adaptable which makes them practical for academic institutions with different needs. I also feel it stands out as one of India's largest automation platformsespecially considering how well it serves major and well-known educational institutions.

Cons

I am unable to find certain leads when I need them which can be frustrating during follow-up. I have also run into sync issues occasionally and that does affect the overall experience a bit.

Very user-friendly application tracking

Pros

I find Meritto very user friendly and tracking application forms has been a really convenient and hassle-free task. the platform makes it simple to stay on top of applications without feeling lost or confused.

Cons

One issue I have noticed is that payment failure messages appear when customers try to pay using a debit card. In my experience GPay also displays a VPA number that many customers do not recognize which creates confusion. I have also felt that the lack of a notification pop-up in NPF is something that should be improved.

Friendly search, limited tracking

Pros

I can find applications without much trouble and the platform feels quite user friendly when I use it day to day.

Cons

What I don't like is that I am not able to find applications that are actively engaged on a day to day basis which makes regular tracking difficult for me.

Student registration works well

Pros

The tool is quite user friendly when it comes to registering students. The filters work fairly well for me and I am able to access the platform without much trouble whenever I need it.

Cons

What hasn't worked well in my experience is the lead flowbecause it really doesn't feel efficient right now. I think this part could be improved a lot and has plenty of room to be made much better.

Helpful admissions tracking

Pros

Meritto is quite simple to use for handling admissions and it helps me stay on top of the process without much effort. What I like most is that I can also check reports easily which makes it more convenient for me to monitor progress and manage things better.

Cons

My main issue with Meritto is that the UI and UX feel a bit dull compared to what I have seen in other university platforms. While it gets the job done the overall look and user experience could definitely be made more modern and engaging.

Sales promises don't match reality

Pros

One thing I did appreciate about Meritto is that it captures leads in a unique way without creating duplicate entries. that part worked as expected and helped keep the data cleaner.

Cons

What really frustrated me was the gap between what was promised and what was actually possible. I got the feeling that either the tech team is not strong enough to support those commitments or the sales team says yes to everything even when some deliverables cannot actually be done.

Lead tracking and admissions boost

Pros

I have had a really positive experience with Merittoespecially when it comes to tracking leads and managing the admission process. From my side, it has helped me stay organized and keep a close watch on every lead without things slipping through the cracks. The admission workflow also feels well handled and I have found the overall process much more streamlined while using it.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see improved is template access. In my case, I cannot create my own customized templates unless I get permission from the administrator and that feels a bit limiting during daily work. I'd prefer having direct access as a user to build and manage my own templates without always depending on admin approval.

Cons

Lead tracking that really helps

Pros

I have had a really positive experience with the lead management features and the filtering options have been quite useful for keeping things organized. I do feel that adding a dedicated notifications tab would make the overall experience even better.

Cons

What I have been missing most is a notifications tab. In my workflow, it would be very useful to get an alert whenever a lead gets engagedbecause that would help me respond faster and stay updated without having to keep checking manually.
