Pros
the platform quality has been quite good and I find it understandable and simple to manage in day to day use. I have especially liked how it handles leads overallbecause the lead management side works well for my needs.
Cons
One issue I have noticed is that payment approvals can sometimes take longer than I would like.

it works really well and the accuracy has been quite good. I have been able to rely on it for day to day use and overall it performs in a way that feels dependable.
Cons

“Workflow feels effortless

I find it really simple to use and because of that, managing my work has become much more organized. It has genuinely improved the way I handle tasks and increased my overall productivity.
Cons
almost everything works perfectly fine and I really do not have any major complaints. Aside from maybe two or three minor things, I feel satisfied with the overall experience.

I have had a really positive experience using Meritto and it feels very user friendly in the way everything is laid out. From my side, the platform has been comfortable to work with and quite convenient for handling day to day tasks.
Cons
something i would still want improved is the reporting partbecause I feel it should be simpler for me to pull lead reports whenever I need them.

the whole process felt very well structured and properly organizedso I was able to move through each step without confusion. I also found the overall flow quite simple to follow which made using the software feel comfortable and hassle-free.
Cons
One thing I did noticethough, was that the amount settlement part felt a bit slower than the rest of the process. In my case, that stage took slightly more time than I expected, even though everything else was handled in an organized way.

Pros
I have had a really positive experience with Meritto so far. The lead management has been excellent for my day to day work and it helps me keep things organized without much hassle. I also like that report download options are available which makes it convenient for me to pull data whenever I need it. On top of that, I have found the calling system to be amazing and very useful during follow-ups and regular communication.
Cons
I'd personally love to see is a popup reminder about 5 minutes before scheduled follow-up calls. That kind of alert would help me avoid overdue follow-ups and stay even more on track with my tasks.

Overall it is a well-rounded lead management platform with plenty of practical features that support the sales process from end to end. With this tool, I am able to automate and carry out sales strategies without much hassle while also keeping a close watch on leads and how they move through each stage of the funnel. What stands out to me most is its Sales Execution & Automation along with the Sales Tracking capabilitiesbecause they give me better control over lead handling and help me work in a more organized and effective way to improve overall sales performance.

The one thing I never have to worry about with Meritto is whether it will work when I need it. In my experience the platform functions reliably and I have found its overall performance to be very seamless during regular use.
Cons
The part I like the least about Meritto formerly NoPaperForms is the Template Manager icon. that specific icon feels like the weakest element compared to the rest of the platform.

What I appreciate most about Meritto is the customer support. Whenever I reach out to the team, they are always available and genuinely willing to help me. I have felt that my questions get proper attention and that kind of support really makes my experience better as a user.
Cons
At the same time, I feel Meritto could become more customer-friendly when it comes to automation and related features. there is still room to improve that side of the platform so it feels more user friendly and useful for users like me.

What makes Meritto fit so naturally into my routine is how accessible and flexible it feels in daily use. I can get to what I need without much hassle and the platform fits well into the way I manage my work. the task management side is also quite helpful because it keeps activities organized and makes follow-ups easier to track.
Cons
On the downside, I feel there is still room for improvement in areas like WhatsApp, IVR, user emails and automation. In my usage, these features have not felt as refined or as effective as I would wantespecially when communication and automated workflows are such an important part of the overall process.

I find Meritto very accessible for day to day use and it really helps me get through my daily tasks without much hassle. What stands out to me is that it still works even when the internet connection is weak which has been really useful during busy work hours. I also use it on my mobile and that flexibility makes it even more convenient to stay on top of work.
Cons
I have noticed that calls do not launch properly which can interrupt my workflow. There are also moments when the dispositions are not updated as they should be and that can be a bit frustrating while handling tasks.

It is pretty simple to manage and it feels a lot less complicated than many other tools I have used. What I also appreciate is that things are assembled on time which helps me stay on track and get my work done without unnecessary delays.

Using Meritto has made the admissions process much more convenient for me. I have had a really positive experience with it overall and handling admissions through the platform feels much more manageable from my side.
Cons
What has frustrated methough, is the payment section. I have found that when a payment gets stuck, there really isn't anything I can do from my end and that part of the experience feels quite poor.

What I like about Meritto is that it brings the entire admission workflow together in one place. I can manage everything in a structured way, starting from marketing and sales all the way through applications, payments, admissions and the final enrolled student journey. having the full lead-to-enrollment process available on a single platform makes things much more organized and convenient.
Cons
One thing I noticed while using Meritto is that the interface could definitely be more polished and visually appealing. I also ran into delays when raising questions and from my experience the response and resolution time felt longer than it should be.
