“Helpful prospect tracking
Pros
this has been a good software overall and I can keep track of my prospects without much trouble. It helps me stay updated on follow-ups and manage the process better which has been genuinely useful in my day to day work.
Cons
What has been frustrating for me is that I am unable to fetch reports when I need them and the relocation automation feature is not working on my end. Because of thatsome tasks still need to be handled manually which takes extra time.

the app is very user friendly and runs consistently well. I can access all the information I need in a clear and effective way which makes using it feel convenient and worthwhile.
Cons
I have noticed that the app logs me out on its own which can be a bit inconvenient when I am in the middle of using it.

Pros
Meritto is quite helpful for lead management because it lets me keep track of reports and monitor sales prospects in one place. the task management feature is also a useful addition and I like having that option available while managing day to day work.
Cons
What has frustrated methough, is that the automation tool doesn't function properly on my end which affects the workflow. On top of that, I haven't felt that the customer support is up to the markso getting issues resolved has been disappointing.

Pros
What I appreciate most about Meritto is how user friendly the platform feels while still being available at a fairly low cost. I also like that I can run program simulations in one go which helps me save a lot of time during regular work. it makes handling tasks more convenient without adding extra complexity.
Cons
The main dashboard can take a while to load and at times I do experience some lag. While it does not happen constantly, it can slow me down a bit when I am trying to get things done quickly.

What makes my daily workload actually feel manageable is how I am able to manage a huge number of leads every single day while still prioritizing them properly. Meritto helps me stay organized and respond based on urgency instead of getting overwhelmed by the volume.
Cons
Honestly I haven't come across anything negative so far. In my use, everything in Meritto has been genuinely helpful and supportive for handling day to day work.

Having worked with many CRMs throughout my career, I can say Meritto stands out as one of the most user friendly I have used. In my experience it has been one of the most user friendly CRM platforms I have worked with throughout my careerespecially when I compare it with other tools I have used before.
Cons
The only downside I have noticed is that whenever I run into a problem, getting in touch with customer support can be a bit challenging and sometimes takes more effort than I would expect.

“Powerful admission and lead tracking
Pros
Something that has genuinely simplified our admissions process is how the form filling process supports applicants on its ownso much less dependence is placed on the call center team. In my experience it works as a complete solution because I can manage everything from lead generation and lead tracking all the way to final admission and even fee management in one place. That end-to-end flow has helped me close the sales cycle with fewer dropouts during the process. Another thing I appreciate is the admin dashboard since the analytics available there are genuinely useful for remote monitoring and controlespecially when I am handling online education operations.
Cons
One area where I feel Meritto could do better is collecting feedback from candidates about their admission experience. I'd really like to see that information included directly in the dashboard and presented in a graphical formatbecause that would make it much more practical to review and act on.

Pros
What makes Meritto feel like it was built just for me is how the filters can be customized and the layout can be saved based on my own preferences. That makes the platform feel much more personal to the way I work and I find myself using it more comfortably because of that.
Cons
it does get quite slow. When I am working with heavy data, I end up waiting much longer than I'd like which can be frustrating during busy hours.

Pros
What stood out to me was that Meritto turned out to be much more than just a CMS platform. I found that it includes a wide range of marketing and sales features which makes it really seamless to use once I got familiar with it. At first, the platform did feel a little difficult to fully understand because there is so much packed into it but their team has always stepped in whenever I needed help. Meritto has been a dependable and trustworthy brand for Learning Matters by Max Learning Ventures.
Cons
One thing I feel could still be improved is the user interface. In my view, Meritto, formerly known as NoPaperForms, would be even better with a more refined and updated UI.

The biggest improvement I have noticed compared to other CRMs is how much better Meritto organizes leads compared to other CRM tools I have used. the lead management feels more structured and practical which makes it easier for me to track follow-ups and stay on top of my pipeline without things getting messy.
Cons
The payment gateways feel a little slower in comparison. While it hasn't been a major issue I do feel the processing speed could be improved to make the overall experience better.

What makes Meritto work for our whole team is how unique yet accessible it feels for users and that has made day to day tasks much more manageable for our entire team. the platform helps us work more efficiently because the features are easy to use and support better coordination across the team.
Cons
One issue I have noticed is that it does not work consistently on every Android version and I have occasionally faced problems while using it on certain mobile handsets. In my case, that has made the mobile experience a bit unreliable at times.

If you are looking for a CRM that grows with you, here is my experience: Meritto's interface feels user friendlyespecially when I am managing lead flow on a daily basis. It offers a wide range of features along with plenty of customization options which has helped me adapt the platform to the way I work. The reporting feature really stands out to me because the reports are detailed, insightful and actually useful for tracking performance. the product has also scaled quite well as our needs have grown. On top of that, the relationship manager assigned to us has been very prompt, supportive and genuinely helpful whenever I have needed assistance.
Cons
One thing I feel could be improved is the integration speedbecause it doesn't always feel as fast as I'd like. I have also noticed that the mobile app still needs work since the available features are fairly limited right now and that can restrict what I am able to do when I am away from my desk.
