“Helpful dashboard and lead tracking
Pros
I have been using Meritto for the past year and during that time I have found a few features that really stand out. One thing I personally like a lot is the dashboardbecause it gives me a clear view of each individual's productivity. From my side, it has been very useful to check statuses and keep track of follow-up tasks all in one place. Another feature I value is the lead management system. It helps me organize and handle all leads properly and I am also able to customize them based on my specific requirements which makes the platform much more practical for my daily work.
Cons
I have noticed that Meritto takes a little longer than expected when I try to open a lead. Other than that, I personally haven't run into any major problems with it.

“Helpful tracking and record keeping
Pros
I find Meritto very user friendly and it really helps me save records for future reference without any hassle. What I also like is that I can keep track of timelines quite easily which makes managing things much more convenient for me.
Cons
I am unable to find the recording of a recent audio conversation when I need it and that can be a bit frustrating.

Pros
What saves me the most time during busy days is how effective the filters are for CRM tasks. In my experience they work really fast and make it simple for me to find and manage the right information without wasting time. I have found the overall usage very easy which makes my daily work much more convenient.
Cons
Honestly I haven't come across anything negative to mention about Meritto so far. Everything has been working well for me and my experience has been completely satisfying overall.

“Helpful for record keeping
Pros
Meritto is really simple to use and it helps me maintain records without much effort. Even someone without much technical knowledge can start working on it comfortably which has been a big plus for me.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is the double tab in the follow-up section. I feel like it adds unnecessary extra steps and ends up wasting my time while working.

“Lead status tracking is excellent
Pros
The reason my pipeline never turns into chaos is how Meritto organizes every lead based on the required status which helps me keep things structured and manage my work much more efficiently. I find it very useful because it lets me quickly understand where each lead stands without any confusion and that makes my daily workflow feel much more organized.
Cons
I do notice that the platform gets a bit slow and moving a lead from the lead stage to the application stage can take longer than I would like. In my experience this delay can be a little frustrating when I am trying to handle tasks quickly.

Pros
The kind of reliability I need from a platform is how flexible Meritto feels in day to day use. I can work with it comfortably and it adapts well to different needs without feeling restrictive. On top of that, I have found it to be compatible across all versions which makes the overall experience even more reliable for me.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any major drawbacks while using Meritto. From my side, the only thing I'd suggest is continuing to improve the performance and making the interface even more user friendlyso the experience feels even better over time.

Pros
One thing that makes data management feel effortless is how easy Meritto feels when I need to reassign leads. I can also create filters and sort data without much hassle which really helps when I am managing a lot of records. Another useful part for me is that it works well with Google Sheets as well as offline Excelso I have flexibility in how I handle and review my data.
Cons
At the same time, I do find report creation and analysis a bit difficult on some occasions. When I need deeper insights, the process can feel less user friendly than the rest of the platform. I would personally like it to be made simpler so creating reports and doing analysis takes less effort.

What makes Meritto a complete package in my experience is how well it handles reports, integrations and lead flow in one place. I have found the reporting quite useful for tracking what's happening and the integration options have helped me connect it with other tools without much hassle. the leadflow feature also keeps things organized and manageable. On top of that, I have had a positive experience with the support team and that has made using the platform even better.
Cons
One limitation I have noticed is that it seems to be mainly suited for admissions and fee collection. In my case, I feel its use is somewhat restricted beyond those areasso that can be a drawback if someone is looking for a solution with broader functionality.

I find Meritto very convenient to useespecially when I need to work with data quickly. The filters are really helpful and I can operate the platform without any confusion. moving through different sections feels natural and I am able to navigate everything without much effort.
Cons
I still cannot download a status-wise report from the user login. That part feels limiting especially when I need that specific report for tracking or sharing updates.

What I like most is how the online platform speeds things up compared to older, manual ways of working. I can log in from anywhere as long as I have an internet connection which gives me a lot of flexibility and makes day to day work far more convenient. the interface feels well thought out and user friendlyso I do not have to struggle much to find what I need or move through different sections. Cons
integrating Meritto with other tools or existing company systems can sometimes be difficult, depending on the setup already in place. In my experience it is not completely free from the usual software problems either since technical glitches, downtime or bugs can show up from time to time. When that happens, I feel the impact quickly because it can interrupt normal usage and create frustration. Those kinds of issues can also affect performance management workflows and make the platform less reliable in critical moments.

Whenever an incoming call appears on my screen, I can quickly add the disposition directly to the lead which really helps me keep my follow-ups updated without wasting time switching around.
Cons
when a call is missed, I am not able to add tagging to that same lead because the system shows an error or something goes wrong which can be a bit frustrating.
