Flexible features that keep improving

Pros

What keeps me excited about using this platform is its functionality and the way the platform keeps evolving over time. I have noticed that more and more features are now configurable which gives me and my team better control to modify things based on what the customer actually needs. that flexibility makes the system feel much more practical and user-focused and I genuinely appreciate how the product continues to improve instead of staying static.

Cons

I don't have any major complaints about Meritto. The only area where I felt things could be better was during the initial setupbecause I would have preferred quicker communication and faster sharing of all the necessary information. Aside from that early-stage delay, my overall experience has been very positive.

Efficient lead management

Pros

If I had to pick the one feature that delivers the most value, it would be the lead management featurebecause it helps me handle and track leads in a very efficient way. this part of the software stands out the most and has been the biggest advantage for me while using it.

Cons

It is an enrollment management platform that really fits the specific needs of the education sector. it brings together a complete set of tools that help simplify different functions across an institution. User-friendly workflow and reporting

Pros

The reason I can focus on my work instead of the tool is how simple and user friendly the interface feels in daily use. the workflow model is easy and simple to follow which makes the platform comfortable to work with. I have also found the statistics and reporting features to be really useful and effective for tracking performance and reviewing data.

Cons

Honestly I haven't run into any real issues with Meritto so far. From what I have seen, it's been a very reliable tool for my needs and at this point I don't really have any complaints to mention.

Admissions workflow done right

Pros

What I appreciated most about Meritto was how much it simplified our admissions process from start to finish. I found the interface very user friendlyso both applicants and our administrative team were able to move through the platform without confusion. We were also able to adapt the workflows to match our institution's specific requirements which helped us streamline the full journey from application submission all the way to enrollment. On top of that, I got real value from the reporting and analytics tools since they gave us useful visibility into admissions performance and helped me make more informed, data-backed decisions.

Cons

Meritto offered a very complete admissions management solutionthough I did notice a few minor glitches and occasional delays when system updates were rolled out. That said those issues were handled quickly whenever they came up and the support team was responsive in resolving them. Because of that, the problems never had any major effect on my overall experience with the platform.

Powerful reporting and lead insights

Pros

What stands out to me most in this CRM is the range of features it offersespecially for report generation, data analysis, comparisons, cost tracking and graphical reporting. I have found those tools genuinely useful because they give me a clear view of total lead output along with individual counsellor performance. the way every lead integration can be tracked and reviewed across different workflow stages is also very impressive. As an admin, I can access and evaluate each step of the process which really helps me monitor operations closely at every stage. I honestly feel that if call recording is added as a feature, this would become an even more complete product.

Cons

I find the interface convenient and effective overall but in my view, it could use a few more training sessions or onboarding support to feel more user friendly for someone like a slow learner. Once I spend time with it, it works wellthough the learning curve may be a little longer for some users.

Flexible access and clean interface

Pros

What makes Meritto a pleasure to interact with is the clean interfacebecause it makes the platform feel easy and comfortable to use. I have found it flexible in day to day work and being able to access it from different devices makes things even more convenient for me. it's a user friendly tool that doesn't take much effort to get familiar with.

Cons

I wouldn't say I dislike anything about Meritto but there are a few additions I'd really love to see. I'd appreciate a feature that allows me to search multiple email IDs at the same time since that would make bulk emailing much more practical. Another thing I'd suggest is allowing Grammarly or similar writing tools to function inside the advanced email creation section while I am communicating with leads. It would also be very useful for me and likely for many other users, if the platform supported adding more than one attachment to an email.

Reliable support and full funnel tools

Pros

What I have liked most about Meritto is the responsive customer support and the clear pricing since I haven't run into any surprise charges. it covers pretty much everything I need to move a prospect through the entire journey, starting from lead capture all the way to enrollment.

Cons

At the same time, I have noticed that some tasks still need to be handled manually. In my use, setting up certain automations, running drip campaigns or making updates to the landing page can require extra intervention when I would prefer those parts to be more automated.

Flexible lead tracking win

Pros

As a user of Meritto, I can honestly say the platform gives me a lot of flexibility and tracking admission leads feels much more convenient and manageable from my side.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is a multiple-select option in the in-app call logsbecause that would help me quickly check the count without doing it manually.

Responsive support and helpful team

Pros

Overall it is quite user friendly and what really stands out to me is how supportive the customer relationship executive has been. In my experience the Meritto team responds very quickly which makes a big difference whenever I need help or have questions.

Cons

At the same time, I feel the software can be a little complicated in certain areasso I did need some initial training to understand how to use it properly. Once I got familiar with itthough, it became much more manageable.

Cons

Useful lead tracking, pricey add-ons

Pros

Meritto is quite user friendly in day to day work which makes it simple for me to manage tasks without feeling lost in the system. What I really appreciate is the lead nurturing feature since it helps me stay connected with prospects in a more organized way. Another part that stands out to me is the lead activity timelinebecause I can clearly follow interactions and understand the journey of each lead better.

Cons

What frustrates me most is how the platform seems to have too much control when it comes to increasing prices for things like SMS, WhatsApp and even online payment charges. those added costs can become hard to justify over time. I also feel limited because I am not able to track raw data related to nurturing activity and that makes it difficult for me to run truly effective nurturing campaigns based on detailed communication data.
