“Application tracking that really helps
Pros
What I like most is how I can track applications with a lot of useful logic and detailed information. it gives me better visibility into the process and helps me stay organized while handling multiple records. I have found the tracking structure quite practical because it lets me follow updates in a more informed way instead of guessing what is happening.
Cons
One thing that has been a bit frustrating for me is that I cannot always see activity in real time. In my usage, updates usually take around 10 to 15 minutes to appearso there is a noticeable delay when I am trying to monitor actions immediately. I feel that faster syncing would make the experience much better.

What stood out to me first was the interface which looks modern and appealing. I find it mostly user friendlyso getting around the platform usually feels quite comfortable for me.
Cons
I have noticed is that the filter function tends to create the most lag. In my experience using filters often makes the system hang and that can be frustrating while working.

“Feature-packed and user-friendly
Pros
If I had to describe Meritto in one word, it would be complete for day to day work. I use the dashboard reports a lot and they give me the visibility I need without making things complicated. The marketing automation tools have also been very useful from my sideespecially when I want to manage outreach in a more organized way. On top of that, I find the registration process quite handy and following up with leads feels much more manageable for me. Another thing I appreciate is that the app is both user friendly and mobile-friendlyso I can stay on top of tasks even when I am away from my desk. the client service team is also a big plus and adds a lot to the overall experience.
Cons
That said I do feel the cost of using Meritto is on the higher side. In my experience the pricing becomes especially expensive when WhatsApp integration is added and the per-user ID charges also increase the overall usage cost. While I find the platform valuable, I personally think the pricing could be more reasonable.

I find Meritto really user friendly and the features make sense without much effort. everything is laid out in a way that is clear and readableso I can quickly understand what to do with any particular lead created in the system. What I like most is that the functions don't feel confusing and I was able to start using the software without struggling to figure things out.
Cons
One thing that does bother me is the auto log-out featurebecause it keeps making me sign in again and again. In my case, that part becomes a little frustratingespecially when I am working continuously and do not want my session to keep getting interrupted.

What I have really appreciated about Meritto is that they assign dedicated client managers for each specific region and that has genuinely improved my overall experience as a user. Whenever I need help, whether it's technical or non-technical, I feel like I have the right person to reach out to for support in any kind of task or situation.
Cons
From my side, I think the dashboard interface could still use a few improvements. Some changes in the layout or overall design would make it even better to use.

What stood out to me about Meritto was its clear focus on the education sector. I could really see that the platform was built with institutions like ours in mind and that made a noticeable difference in how well it fit our needs. the updated technology helped streamline several of our processes, improved engagement with students and made the enrollment journey feel much more seamless for both the applicants and our university team.
Cons
One thing I liked less about Meritto was its limited support for additional WhatsApp API integrations. I also felt the absence of direct Meta account access was a drawbackespecially when we needed timely updates about template rejections. Because of that, staying on top of communication issues was not as efficient as I would have preferred.

Pros
From registration all the way through student enrollment, I have found that managing and analyzing data feels much quicker and more organized with Meritto. In my experience each step is handled faster and I am able to keep track of student information without the usual hassle.
Cons
What I have noticedthough, is that users do need some training before they can really become confident and fully familiar with the software. It wasn't something that felt instantly user friendly to me without a bit of guidance.

I find Meritto really simple to move around in and I can usually locate the information I need without wasting time. the layout feels user friendlyso getting from one section to another is quite easy and comfortable.
Cons
I have noticed the form can lag a bit which slows things down. I also get confused occasionally when data doesn't get accepted because the system doesn't always explain clearly which parameter wasn't met and the full reason is not provided.

What makes complex processes feel simple is how well the overall process is structured and the built-in automation features make the platform feel very user friendly in day to day use. it helps me handle tasks more efficiently without feeling complicated which makes working on it much more comfortable.
Cons
One thing that does bother me a bit is the telephony pop-upbecause it can feel slightly distracting when it appears. That said I still think the telephony feature itself is very useful, even if the pop-up could be made less intrusive.

Meritto is very simple to use and the features are explained in a way that makes them easy for me to understand and also easy for me to walk others through without much effort.
Cons
What I feel still needs improvement is the reporting sideespecially when it comes to customization. I'd also like to see Meritto expand its integrations with more channels to better support lead managementespecially options like live chat and calling.

Using Meritto has made my workflow feel much more manageable and I can personally keep track of leads without the usual confusion. I have found that it helps me stay organized during day to day work and following up on things feels a lot more convenient with it.
Cons
One issue I have noticed with Meritto is that some features still feel unavailable or missing when I need them. I also find creating advanced filters to search for a lead a bit difficult and that part could definitely be made more user friendly.

The database has been really impressive in my experience and I find the platform very user friendly overall. As someone who works with it regularly, I feel that almost anyone can understand how to use it without much difficulty.
Cons
I genuinely enjoy working on this platform but one thing still feels missing to me. Since I am a team leader, I would really like to have call audio recording added so I can listen to my team's conversations, coach them better and help them improve on their weak points.

This is honestly one of the best CRM platforms I have used in the past 11 months. From my experience as a regular user, it has worked really well and consistently delivered what I needed.
Cons

The reason operations and guest experience have both improved is how much Meritto helps me streamline day to day operations while also improving the overall guest experience. From my side, the real-time insights are especially useful because they help me track what is happening and make quicker decisions without waiting around for updates. I also appreciate that it integrates well with other systems which makes the workflow feel more connected instead of forcing me to jump between disconnected tools.
