Helpful onboarding support

Pros

During the onboarding process, I felt really supported by Faiz and Priye. They were both incredibly helpful throughout and made sure I understood everything properly which made the whole experience much more comfortable for me.

Cons

What I like is that everything is available in one place and I find the platform quite simplified and convenient to use. From my side, that has made day to day work feel much more manageable and organized.

Helpful filters for lead tracking

Pros

The filters are really useful and applying them doesn't take much effort. It helps me quickly identify organize and classify leads without wasting time.

Cons

What I like about Meritto is that I can use and manage it comfortably without any confusion. it feels very easy to handle in day to day work.

Student onboarding done right

Pros

What makes student onboarding feel completely manageable is how simple Meritto feels to use while still covering every part of the student onboarding process. it brings all the key pieces together in one placeso I can manage things without feeling lost or overwhelmed.

Cons

Customization can take quite a bit of time and often needs repeated follow-ups before everything is set the way I want. that part of the experience has felt slower than expected.

Powerful data insights and tracking

Pros

In my experience data analysis is one of the most important parts of any business and that's something I can handle quite well with NPF. I am able to create filters based on my specific requirements, set up data properly and manage lead scores and lead information without much trouble. What I also find really useful is the email tracking and overall, there are quite a lot of benefits packed into the platform.

Cons

From what I have seen, there really aren't many drawbacks to mention because most things work well for me. The interface feels user friendly and I find the platform simple to use in day to day work. If anything could make it even better, I think adding training videos for new users would be a nice extra advantage and would help them get started faster.

Lead tracking that really works

Pros

I can manage leads without much effort and filtering the data is very convenient for me. What I like most is that all the lead information stays stored for a long timeso I can always go back and check older records whenever I need to.

Cons

follow-ups are also quite manageable and filtering the data while searching is very helpful. I am able to find the information I need quickly which makes day to day work much more organized.

Marketer-friendly crm experience

Pros

What stands out to me most is how user friendly Meritto feels in day to day use and the overall look and feel makes it one of the best CRM platforms I have used as a marketer. I personally like how user friendly it isbecause I can move around the system without feeling lost and the interface feels modern and well thought out.

Cons

One area where I'd still like to see improvement is the reports dashboard. I feel it would be much more useful if I had access to something like a VLOOKUP-style feature and I'd also appreciate having more filters so I can dig deeper into the data and customize reports better.

Lead manager works really well

Pros

The two features I rely on most every day are the follow-up reminder email and definitely the lead manager. It helps me stay on top of my leads and makes daily tracking much more manageable.

Cons

One thing I feel is missingthough, is a more structured lead stage system like the one in LeadSquared. In my experience it would be much better if Meritto had clearly defined categories such as hot, warm and similar lead buckets for better organization.

Helpful for lead handling

Pros

Cons

Its connection with our calling software is not always reliable. I have also come across a few bugs which can be a bit frustrating at times.

Helpful tracking for applications

Pros

Helpful lead tracking features

Pros

The kind of speed I need when things get busy is how quickly I can pull up a lead's details whenever I need them. The search bar customization options have also been very useful because I can adjust things in a way that fits how I work and find information faster.

Cons

One issue I have noticed is that calling a lead through Meritto can sometimes be a little difficult, even when my network connection is working perfectly fine. That part has not always felt as reliable for me as the rest of the platform.

Lead tracking needs better filters

Pros

From my side, lead management feels quite convenient because I can clearly see what my teammates are working on and keep track of their activities without much confusion.

Cons

What bothers me is the lead filtering partespecially when I want to check only today's or yesterday's leads. Right now, all the leads seem to get merged togetherso I have to apply extra filters before I can view them properly by date.

Lead details are very convenient

Pros

The reason I can move through lead entry so quickly is how conveniently I can enter and manage lead details in the system. feeding in lead information feels quite easy and that really helps me save time during daily work. I have found this part of the CRM genuinely useful because it makes handling leads feel more organized and practical.

Cons

On the downside, I have had ongoing issues with the reminder feature and the on-call add lead display option has not been functioning properly for me either. Lately, another major problem has been that I haven't been able to place calls through the CRM since last month. Because of thatsome important follow-ups have become harder to manage which has been frustrating in regular use.

Helpful sales cycle tracking

Needs stronger data reporting

Pros

I found Meritto quite user friendly overall, with a layout that feels simple, user friendly and comfortable to work with. What stood out to me was the amount of customization availablebecause it lets me adapt the platform to fit my workflow instead of forcing me into a complex setup. it does not take much effort to understand the basic functions and that has made day to day use more convenient.

Cons

What has been frustrating for me is the data management sidebecause the current system does not feel very efficient. I find it harder than it should be to locate and access data and the lack of centralized reporting makes it more difficult for me to track information, spot trends and make informed decisions. Another limitation I have noticed is with the filters since they are not granular enough for my needs. I am not able to narrow down data as specifically as I would like which reduces the level of insight I can get. On top of that, the dashboard currently shows only a limited set of information. I would really value having multiple real-time dashboards so I could monitor different activities at once, keep a closer eye on performance and make faster decisions when needed.

Helpful for managing data

Pros

Using it for the past six months and it has been really convenient to use for handling and managing data. What stands out to me is that I can work with the platform without much confusion and it helps me keep things organized in a practical way. Over time, I have found it useful for day to day data management and it has made that part of my work feel much more manageable.

Cons

One thing I have struggled withthough, is the filter option. In my experience it can be a bit difficult to locate and use when I need it which sometimes slows me down while trying to find specific information. I feel like that part of the system could be made clearer so I can access filters more quickly.

Helpful records and history search

Pros

From my experience with Meritto, it does a really good job of keeping all the important data and documents saved in one place. I can also look up past records and search through the history without much trouble which has been very useful for NPF-related work.

Cons

The opening process takes quite a while. I'd really appreciate it if that part could be shortened and made faster.

Top-notch and user-friendly

Pros
